Second Cup CAFÉ & Cie avec Pinkberry yogourt glacé

The rest room was sooooo dirty, the door opens with a code, the code is written on a piece of papier at the counter, when I was in the toiletes someone took the code and came. It’s shamefull … no respect for pirvacy. Don’t recommend this place.

Je vais tout les jours a ce café malgré les petites problématiques! Ce cafée ferme toujours avant l'heure de fermeture wish is so annoying oh et une des employés ferme toujours son fours deux heure en avance et aussi c'est la plus désagréable iels a un air super bête on dirait qu'on dérange Breff other than that the staff is really nice and the coffee is really good

Staff is sweet. This location is right next the The Paragraphe. They have a love my indoor area if you like that coffee shop aestheti, and during the warmer months cosy outdoor seating. I also love their sparkling refresher, amazing for the summer months!

Not a fan of second cup but this brunch has really good quality in coffees. Great service compared with other sc I have been and super clean.

Had an iced vanilla latte that tasted like the ones in high school! Very nostalgic, and the service was good. My friend’s drink got a bit spilled but it was overall good service!

Where to start? The quality of food is not consistent. In the past year they have changed twice pastry supplier.

Also the staff is organized often muffin are not refill for opening, no more almond butter, sometimes they put butter sometimes no.you ask for a cappuccino they give you a latte.
Finally the staff is always new or act new or are lost.they are nice but lost.muffins are not properly identified which is not a problem if staff knows them but they dont.

I love this spot to go study, right in front of McGill's campus. McGill's library closes pretty early, so you can always go here.

I want to take the time to acknowledge Natalie for her wonderful gesture and service. On a really cold winter night, the battery of my iPhone was draining very quickly so I decided to stop at Second Cup to warm my hands with a large White Hot Chocolate. As I entered the store and was about to place my order, my phone died. I panicked because I had a free reward on the Second Cup app and I really wanted to splurge on a large beverage. She offered me a charger so that I would be able to redeem my prize. I was shocked. 5 star amazing service

I went there at 1 p.m. And I did not order. Every customer had a disposable coffee cup while sitting inside. Very sad for the planet. I read on the door « Proudly Canadian » so should I associate the words « Canadian » and « polluter »? Sad, sad, sad.

Having been to numerous Second Cups in Toronto, this Montreal location one is definitely well above average. Friendly staff, clean store, great Batista who made my drink perfect with no confusion and delay. Just overall a great experience and left a good impression.

Très belle place pour aller prendre son late et avancer dans ses travaux. C'est un endroit très calme et agréable.

The building's bathroom had no soap so the staff let us use their hand washing station which was definitely really cool. And the lattes were as amazing as ever.

Nice space to relax and drink a coffee. Great views. Coffee is not the best but it fills the need.

Not only the white hot chocolate was bad but the tall server was extremely grumpy and rude. On asking why he didn't put the whipped cream/butterscotch on top, he replied saying 'we don't serve the respective fruits with the smoothies, do we? ' Also, when we thanked him at the end he replied back saying 'do you know how to say merci? ' SO RUDE!

Coffee is always good as it’s brand Second Cup. However, the service from the tall guy is terrible. Manager might need to pay more attention.

Terrible. The cheesecake is too artificial and the coconut flakes dessert was too much, they forgot to put sugar on my husband's coffee.

Lieu agréable, un peu étudiant pour le bruit, avec une belle offre de café dont un bon expresso:), et aussi de quoi prendre un goûter, pendant un après midi sois disant printanier:)

Good location for group studying, which happens a lot here since it's close to McGill. The coffee is good but I wouldn't say they have a great food selection.
