They got some good cakes over there, but not ideal for studying because it’s usually pretty loud and crowded. Nice art on the wall.

A cozy place where very friendly people work. There is delicious food and coffee here, I really like the hot snack. I recommend!

Je donne 2 étoiles pour l’insalubrité de vos toilettes (voir les photos et les élargir) : miroir plein de taches, toilettes très salle, le lavabo… Le gérant svp, utilisez-les vous-même! Les toilettes sont dégoûtantes et insalubres.je n’y suis pas entré! Il faut un contrôle hygiène dans votre restaurant.les toilettes comme ça nous rendent des doutes sur la propriété de vos nourritures. A part ça, le personnel est très bien accueillant. Le café est délicieux mais vu l’état des toilettes, je n’avais pas envie de manger mon croissant aux amandes!

Endroit agréable, personnel accueillant, et jolies (les serveuses laotiennes, cambodgiennes, très belles et gentilles, pourquoi pas?). Il y a des prises pour brancher son ordi, charger son téléphone, une terrasse sur le coin de la rue, face au métro, bien situé. ça change des Tim Horton.la plupart du temps "surpeuplé", le café des pauvres!

Commande deux Apricot Green Tea Lemonade et j'ai eu deux Passion Fruit Tea Mojito. Pas fort la gang. Vraiment pas pro pantoute.

Je viens tout juste de commander un latte au lait d'amande.
Et le lait est périmé, vous devriez le vérifier car le latte est infecte et acide.
Je l'ai goûté en prenant le métro et je ne pouvais pas le rendre car étant pressé pour aller au travail je n'allais pas remonter.

This particular location has danishes and other Jewish foods. (Kinda nice, but inconsistent to the branding and expectations of a second cup).

Very unpleasant and chaotic environment when I was there. One of the staff kept going around playing music on his phone, yelling to and at customers, etc. Came to study and had a very difficult time focusing on my work.

The bathroom is always broken and overflowing. It's disgusting. Get your act together.

Very very poor service. I don’t recommend anyone getting coffee here, service is slow, and they don’t appreciate the clientele. Closing hours say 9, I was told they changed to 8 and it was 7: 50pm. Poor communication and they don’t seem motivate to service there clients

Always calm and clean second cup, the staff are friendly and coffee much better than in starbucks in my opinion. Not to much people, so if you want to study or work on the computer it is an exellent place. They have also places to charge your phone or laptop, so it s amazing. Their cakes are awesome, specially strawberry cheese cake. Thank you for your service!

Very good desserts/ pastry & coffee many selections coffee blends. Nice atmosphere & next to plamondon metro, very easy to travel directions.

Bon café espresso, belle longueur en bouche avec une note amer agréable. Le local était mal chauffé pour le froid sévissant cette journée. Mais le café était réjouissant. Le stationnement un peu compliqué

Overall the café is perfect. Wi-Fi is strong and the ambiance is great. Ordered Almond shake. Taste 7/10. It taste almonds but has taste like banana.

July2 at 7pm the one of the crew this time hes a men he is not nice talking to costumer.hes mean.first time in mylife to encounter crew like this.we ordeeed but they gave us tje wrong one and they insist that thats our order.and hes not good in dealing costumers.i hope u will hire crew with good manners.thank u

It's great to stop for a quick coffee be while waiting for the bus, but I've also been there to visit my daughter and even to celebrate Christmas.

The worst customer service ever! Complained about something and was able to speak with the manager in a calm way but the manager/owner (Tangga) was very arrogant. Did not even apologize for what happened and did not take time to listen fully to my concerns. He was very arrogant and spoke to me in a very rude way. He went ballistic and walked away, sent one of his staffs to deal with me. This is, by far, the worst customer service experience I ever had. Definitely not recommending this branch. I mean, a good apology would suffice but I only got the worst treatment ever.

It was a beautiful morning stubbled on to a quiet resto. Service was great. Service was good

Their bathroom was filthy, and not in the sense that someone just walked in and made a mess. You can tell it's consistently unkept, the sink was dirty, the toilet bowl was filthy, the floor was gross. Hire extra staff to clean the place a few times a day you cheapos. I'd have walked out had I not already ordered. I'll give 2 stars for the girls that served me as they were very polite. But seriously, clean the bathrooms for goodness sakes. Gross, this is why I don't frequent these corporate chains unless I'm stuck which I was in this occasion.
