I just ordered my blinds. The website and instructions for the sizing was really clear and helpful. I am very eager to receive the blinds!

I ordered blinds a couple of months ago and I have needed some assistance along the way. I spoke to Anastasia who is the most pleasant and helpful customer service rep that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very very long time. Anastasia is standard that all customer service agent should be held to.i honestly cannot say enough about her. I do not write a lot of reviews but she really does deserve it. Congrats Anastasia! Love my blinds, perfect fit, easy to install. The only thing I found disappointing was the colouring of my brown bedroom blinds. They're not brown, more like a dark grey mixed with a little brown. All the other colours for the other rooms were fine. Just put my second order in for my living room blinds. Great service!

I have been ordering blinds from Select Blinds for the past 4 years now. The selection is excellent and I love the fact they will send you free samples of the materials etc before you make your final choice. The quality of the blinds are great and the installation is a breeze in my opinion compared to other blinds I have purchased in the past. I do find they can be a bit expensive but it's like they say.you pay for what you get!

Terrible experience. I ordered my blinds and they arrived and were too big. I contacted customer service who said they would fix the issue. Weeks later a new set of blinds arrived that were still too big. They were cut to the exact same size that the first set were. It has now been months since I ordered, I have had someone out twice to install, and I still dont have blinds that fit!

Ordered my first Zebra Blind for Family Room. Delivery was prompt and looks fabulous. Easy to install. Ordred two more today for my Dining room.

We ordered 1% SheerWeave Super Value Solar Roller Shades for our upstairs room windows on Sept 24th 2021 and the blinds were delivered ahead of schedule on October 4th, 2021. We promptly unpacked and installed them with little effort. They look amazing! Thank you for saving us money and providing great looking products. We may be ordering bamboo for our main floor now!

Shopped around for price and ease of use (UX) and this company was the best - along with the best reviews. Have ordered for them in the past for my work and now ordering for my home. Awaiting delivery thought I'm sure it will be great. Will try to remember to update review with a picture later.

To be honest, I would like to say that SelectBlinds is. GREAT! I've just finished ordering my shades and I definitely recommend this company to deal with. Chat representatives are polite and kind, the website is great and prices are probably twice lower than Rona or Home Depot could provide.

I will add more info when my windows shades arrive.

We started with our living room blinds and used the measuring and install service from Select Blinds. They turned out great. A year later we did everything ourselves for two bedrooms and a bathroom. They installed so easy and look amazing. I highly recommend Select Blinds for the ease of ordering, ease of installation, and GREAT price!

There is something very fishy about this company, given the number of 5 star reviews in contrast to the kind of blinds one gets. I ordered mid-line blinds and they arrived dirty and flimsy, not raising and lowering smoothly and one not retracting at all. I asked for a replacement or refund. They refused a refund and it is not yet clear whether they will at least permit a reorder with store credit. When I asked about the 100% guarantee they said it was only for errors in measurement! This is not how it reads on their website, so beware that you may have to put up a fight if things go wrong. Fingers crossed they will come through in the end. I will report back!

Ordered light filtering roller blinds for a cabin. Loved that Select Blinds sent out free samples. Taped the samples to the window to see the effect in the daylight as well as the night - made the selection that much easier.

Subpar quality. The blinds are telescoping to one side. Customer support asked me to review the product, I told them about the issue and they told me that a refund will be processed. After about 2 weeks, I emailed to follow up and the same agent said that Select Blinds Canada does not do refunds! I replayed with a screenshot of the email stating that a full refund will be processed and the agent said the best she can do is get them remade. Tbh the quality overall is fairly low. Easy installation, colour was good, don't look too bad.

I have not received my blinds yet, but purchased the track black out blinds as my wife works shift work and needs darkness to sleep during the day. Hoping these are a game changer for day sleeping. Fingers crossed. Unable to give a fair review at this time.

I am very pleased with the blinds that i received. Great quality and very easy to install! I bought the Slate 3% Solar Roller Shades for a great price and now my apartment looks so much better. I would highly reccomend.

I haven't opened the box yet, however I am disappointed that my blinds shipped from the US. Company name and information on the website tells me it's all Canadian, however in the fine print it says it could ship from the US. I found it to be misleading

We were not too sure about ordering blinds online so we tried one room - the master bedroom. They were so easy to install and they exceeded our expectations - and we are picky. After installing the master bedroom, we ended up ordering blinds for the rest of the house except the patio door. Waiting for our samples to find track blinds to complement our zebra blinds.
