Sentier du mont-sourire / Stationnement

Beaucoup de roche dans le trajet mais très faisable. Ce n'est pas trop long pour atteindre la vue magnifique. Très belle endroit.

We drove two hours from Montreal to hike and there was no parking spaces available. We saw many cars park beside the roads, we parked there as well. We got a ticket of 277$. We tried to pay it online but their online website couldn’t find my ticket number. I tried to call to pay it, but they only allow voice mails. Left a voice mail and they didn’t call back. After a couple of weeks trying to pay this ticket online but their website still can’t find my ticket, I forgot about this. Two months later, I got a mail with this ticket + interest, which is around 350$. The miracle is when I search it online, the website found the ticket and I can finally pay it. Never going to that area again, the hike is too short, the view is not worth the gaz price, and it seems very tricky to me how expensive they charge for their ticket and how they don’t allow you to pay at first.

C’est une belle randonnée qui donne une magnifique vue sur le lac Ouareau. Nous y reviendrons certainement afin d’explorer davantage ce site. Je recommande le déplacement !

Did not have a problem finding a place to park on a Sunday. There is an Outhouse toilet just before you begin which is a good thing too.

Tres beau point de vu à 30 min du stationnement seulement.mais attention tres rocailleux pour de jeunes enfants … faut aller doucement!
Ca vaut la peine j’y retournerais avec plaisir et en plus c gratuit

Very short trail to arrive at the view point. With a bit of elevation and muddy trial, you can get to the view point in 20-30 minutes. First view point is free, parking pace is pretty limited. But you can park on the road side. So make sure to come early on holiday.

Le magnifique point d evue du mont sourire est 30min de marche du parking. Idéal pour y faire un lever de soleil. Coin paisible avec peu touriste et gratuit.

La montagne est parfaite pour être montée avec un enfant. Ma 6 ans n'y a vu que du feu. L'avons même fait 2 x de suite. Elle m'en reparle souvent. Vue vraiment superbe. L'unique bémol, ne faite pas la gaffe de déposer votre lunch le temps d'une photo, un gros chien en liberté que je n'ai pas vue arriver à sauter sur mon lunch et a tout bouffer. Les maîtres étaient si loin qu'ils ont rien vu ni entendues.

Très très belle vue mais pas nécessairement une balade de santé sans être une piste pour expert. Peut-être pas recommandé pour enfant moins de 7ans

Très belle randonnée avec des beaux point de vue.j'y suis allée durant les couleurs d'automne et c'était sublime!

In St-Donat and want a short hike? This is only 45 minutes with a prize view at the type. A bit challenging but very short.

A truly beautiful hike. Worth going early to avoid the crowds! Not only are you rewarded very early on in the trails with the stunning view of the lakes, but the rest of the trail is a real treat. Wear hiking shoes if you can, the thick soles will help with the terrain and bug spray is a must! You’re in store for a beautiful day with a moderate to easy hike!
