Personnel adorable et bien plus chaleureux que la majorité des employés des magasins avoisinants! Je suis ce qu'on peut appeler une personne timide, mais ils ont su me mettre à l'aise et m'aider à trouver les produits que je cherchais.

Super friendly staff - I wanted to do an exchange and they didn't have the product I wanted so the sales associate took the time to order it online for me. Store is very clean and organized. One of the nicest Sephora's I've been to!

I went for advices concerning a face scrub and a hair pommade and I arrived 10 mins before the store closed but a very nice short-dark hair person took the time to help and gave really good recommendations (if you’re their boss and you see this give them a raise)

Went there to buy and deliver an item for doordash. The girl there has no idea how is works so she called the manager, unfortunately the manager was even more disrespectful and stupid. Maybe that's how they were taught to treat men. Very pathetic

I love Sephora. It is one of the places that I can spend hours of time And I always loved their costumer service at Downtown Montreal. However, here at Rockland its not the same. People are not as helpful as the other branch. Yesterday I went to buy few items and when at the checkout I mentioned I had a credit attached to my Sephora account they asked me to see the physical gift card I explained I dont have it but they can see it on my account. The girl simply explained that fir fraud reason she needs to see the physical card I even told her I can show her the picture of the card on my phone she said no. So I had to go and come back again which was really inconvenient as I have 2 babies and cant easily leave the house. So today she saw the card and had no problem. I asked for an item and they said they have to check the inventory which took them more than 20 minutes (No answer even when I left) at. TheCheckout when she gave me the total it was more than what I expected so I asked her about the price of one of the items and it was not what I saw online. So she asked someone else a manager or colleagues and she told me I might be on us website which was not the case. The. She said its not the same size again was not the case and after wasting 10 minutes of my time they figured out that their system was wrong. Not even a sorry btw!
So definitely not going back there.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Tamara at checkout, she was really sweet and made me feel like a valued customer. Great vibes. Extra double shout-out to Mercedes who helped me find a cream that fit my budget and concerns. She really took her time to help me.

Worst customer service and when I decided I didn’t not want to be help by the store manager and started yelling at us. I try to explain to her it was ok I didn’t not want help anymore.

I had purchased a few products along with this Lily magnetic lash kit that a sales associate showed me a few days ago. She specifically told me to try them and if I disliked them that I can return them within 30 days. I only had to try it once to know they weren’t for me and decided to return them right away.

Upon explaining my situation at the cash, the person who appears to have seniority simply told me that they cannot refund lashes for hygienic reasons. She then told me the person who said that it was refundable is not a worker at Sephora and only a sales representative… How would she know who I’m talking about. Her attitude was simply condescending and finally ended up saying she will make an EXCEPTION and dashed off to end the conversation.

I thanked the other younger cashier for processing the refund for me but I did ask whether Sephora refunds other products such as lipsticks, foundations and eyeshadows? I rarely buy any products I’m not sure I want to keep but from what I know Sephora is known to accept returns for various types of products even after being gently used. However, it seems to me for the same HYGIENIC reason, the manager in a dark hair ponytail can casually refuse your return or allow it depending on her mood.

Extremely kind staff and helpful!
A HUGE amount of brands and diversity in products!
The vibe is amazing there, LGBTQ friendly to the maximum too, even the employees reflect that

Amazing job, prices are high but the experience is top quality.
Tho there is good catches and some prices that are lower too!

Took 15 mins for someone to approach me. There were 5 employees and one customer inside the store and myself. I had a $500 worth of purchase and they declined my mode of payment which is apple pay. I was informed that a “physical” card is needed for payment. Seriously? Ridiculous. I have bought $1000 worth of purchase in other stores before and never had this experience. Worst customer service ever.

Phoned Montreal Rockland branch to request a few days extension of pickup period (only 5 days) for an online order. Was turned down flat. Was told to re-order.
International customer service told me it depends on the policies of each store.
Just another bad experience at Rockland.

Très bon service, on n’a su bien me conseillé, en revanche j’ai voulu me faire rembourser 2article aujourd’hui pour un total de 70$. La caissière me dit qu’elle avait pas assez pour me rembourser.elle a finalement trouvé de l’argent et m’a remboursé 60$. Quand je me suis rendu compte elle nie les faits.je venais de quitter le magasin de seulement 5seconde j’étais encore devant la porte avec mon reçus et mon sac sephora et n’a pas voulu me rembourser. C’est hallucinant.
Pour 10$. Je reviendrai plus jamais ici.

Je commence par Laurent j'espère je l'écrit correctement omg il est magnifique, un service 10/10 un accueil souriant, son sense d écouté wow, ses conseils wow il a vraiment répondu à mes besoins.deuxièmement personne magnifique la caissière j'ai pas pris son nom, elle avais un service impeccable pourquoi pas 5 etoile c'est juste une des vendeuse était bête elle démontre clairement elle voulait pas travailler j'ai demander pour un item elle me dis c'est fini je demande si une autre marque aurait cette item elle me dis non et tourne son dos et pourtant la caissière m'a trouvé l'item dans une autre marque
GUY'S PROCHAINE VISITE DEMANDER POUR LAURENT VOUS ALLEZ PAS REGRETTER

J'ai payé aux alentours de 200 dollars pour eau de parfum soit disant connu
SI je l'ai acheté de Dollarama j'aurais pu épargne mon argent.

I visited the store in Carrefour Laval just before closing time and the staff was nice enough to let us shop. I couldn’t find what I was looking for but one of the sales people took her time and helped me find it. I expected to be rushed out the door but to my surprise I wasn’t
