My wife's kind of store but she loves and she told me I like it to lol

Just went to buy myself perfume and so far the service was fast and not busy too but didn't get me as excited as I thought it would

I just experienced the highest form of customer service I have ever received in my life! Polina and Esther and this gentleman went above and beyond to rectify my issue I had facing a delivery. I was determined to never deal with Sephora again because of a previous encounter I had with customer service over the phone. However they made all the difference and I will be returning to Sephora again thanks to their outstanding CS skills. Every company needs a Polina and an Esther and that young gentleman. They need a raise Sephora thanks guys for turning a bad experience into a good one.

Not the level of service one would expect from Sephora.
Are they even trained? Swatching on hand is the biggest foundation shade match mistake. Seeing me holding my baby and was super unhelpful. I know they’re not on commission but hiring experienced & empathetic staff would help your store experience.
