Serano Pizzeria

I ordered 2 pizzas and a fry and gravy.when the order came I had no fry and gravy. I asked the driver to get the rest of my order please.first he argued with me and said I can pick it up tomorrow. I said what good would it be tomorrow. They said it would be sent as soon as possible. I posted a review and the restaurant called me and said they were sorry and would sent some Xtra food for the mistake they sent 2 Pepsi and and a submarine sauce.thank u for the free food.but I won't order here again.bad service and nothing was done.

For 24 inch pizza they give 10inch+14inch. Thats half the quality of 24 inch pizza. And the pizza taste was not worth the price.

Had cravings for pizza and was new to this place and so thought of trying Serrano Pizza. WORST! Decision ever. I ordered 24 inch and they provided one 10 and other 14 inch as it totals 24 ya the maths make sense but wat about the AREAA! It's half of the 24 inch pizza. If you are generous and ignore this then comes the quality of food, not so good. Would never recommend this to anyone.

SOOO GOODDD! I went there with some friends recently to get a takeout. The pizzas were on point! We got the steak and pepperoni one.
We also had the Greek salad that was nice too and their poutine which was so cheesy! (loved it)

The service was pretty fast and the waitress very friendly!

C'est la meilleure pizzéria, la nourriture est délicieuse, les commandes sortent rapidement et les membres du personnel sont très sympa.

Never sends undercooked food hahahah! Look at the pic and stop your lies! This is you not caring about the customer! Frozen food STILL FROZEN when received! Whatever happened to freshly made like before? Garbage food! Chicken wings are the frozen kind and way undercooked could’ve killed my unborn child you duambasses

Différents types de pizza les unes plus bonnes que les autres, les employés sont très gentils et j'ai toujours été satisfaite!

Is there new owners? Pizza taste undercooked and gross and I had asked for well done.the gravy with the fries was the only good part I’ve never had to throw away a pizza before but while eating 2 slices it made me feel sick not to mention the ridiculously prices 40$ in the garbage. Stay Away, they are ripping people off a lot of better pizza places in lasalle

3 months ago I had nothing but good things to say… now, 0 stars! Service has really dipped especially since the best rep you had was canned. Experience ruined! Food awful now too. One day it’s ok and then it’s like you don’t care.

Old review: Love the customer service over the phone with the evening ladies! They are both amazing people! Hope you gals get a raise, always a pleasure to talk to them.
Also the delivery men and the one lady that delivers now are great! I recognized the voice of the delivery gal that came to my house last week, because she’s the same at the counter and on the phone! All kind and patient people.

Please, everyone should tip them handsomely for their work!

Just ordered extra pepperoni pizza with bacon repeated extra pepperoni 3 times and they send just a bacon pizza! I call back the guy tells me it’s his mistake but can’t do anything about it! We will never order there again biggest fraud ever!

Worst client service experience. Called at 8 and answering after 11 times the phone rang tells me rudely WE ARE NOT COMING AT YOUR PLACE WE ARE CLOSING SOON (They close at 10pm I called at 8.what a lie) They not only lost a client but I am telling everyone I know not to go. Your pizza is not the best btw.

I've been trying to call for about 3 weeks nobody answers the telephone.
Serano has a white paper in door, I haven't stopped to look but it seem closed permanently.
I didn't realize they close for 3 weeks each year, alls good

My snack, a small meat lovers pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and bacon simply amazing, best ingredients and the crust is cooked to perfection, and also all dressed special.both awesome.

Chicken Brochettes are amazing. However they will be closed until the 9th of August 2021. Had to drive there to find out what was up. An answering machine or something would have been nice.

This place is complete trash. Overpriced subs. Never answer the phone. Who runs a business like that?

I've tried their burger, poutine, sub; all are very good. Especially good sub.

Pizzas are also very good. This would have been a 5* rating, but be warned about their "extra large"/24 inch pizza option. There is no actual extra large size, despite their menu having a whole column for it. Their menu claims "For the price of an extra large, get a small and large pizza", worded like it's an alternative to an actual 24". But no, that is just all what the extra large is. If that's not a big deal, maybe the fact that you're getting less than half of an actual 24" pizza is. Total combined food from a 10-inch + 14 inch pizza is actually way less than one 24-inch pizza.

Just avoid the extra large option.

Really good pizza, fair amount of topings without overloading the pizza. Will have to come back to try the subs.

Le plat végétarien est dégoûtant c'est juste de la salade iceberg avec 3 patate et 8 kilos de riz pour 15$.

Honnêtement j'ai mangé des plats ordinaires dans ma vie mais ça c'est le top de la déception.

One of my coworkers recommended the place about a year ago. Since then, we order from them regularly! Amazing hot Italian subs and pizzas at a reasonable cost! It can be very busy at times but it’s well worth the wait. Try a hot sub with the homemade pizza bread!

I used to work near by back in the day and loved the small and cozy sit down restaurant. It's now take out or delivery, but the food is just as amazing. Their Greek dishes are fantastic and I still go out of my way for their pizza. Tons of toppings and delicious.

Drove home from LaSalle to Dunham.was still warm when I arrived! Really.they need to open another restaurant around here! Amazing.the personnel were exceptional.we will be back!

Got there about 8: 30 pm to find out that they only do takeout as of 8pm so no eating there after 8pm. Even at that they have 3 tables, so seating is very very limited. So I ordered a sub made with thier pizza dough. Knowing that I was taking this sub to go I already knew that it was going to end up being a very soggy sub. I had eaten the sub there I'm sure it would have been a lot better. Should have ordered pizza instead.

On a rare trip down to the area, I stumbled upon Serano, and I was told that I had to try their Greek food. Now, I'm not sure if I would be able to tell between good or bad Greek food, so the only thing that concerned me was the question "was it delicious? ". To which the answer is a resounding "Yes"!

Tiny place to sit, so it is more a place to order out from, but if you are alone or 2-3 max, you can fit into a booth and enjoy the service and the food.

Clean place, food arrived quickly with a smile, and I enjoyed every second spent at Serano's.

Will definitely come back to try the pizza next time.

Food is amazing! From the pizzas to the souvlakis, all is very good.
The most amazing is their salad dressing.
So damn good!
Portions are very generous.

The pizza was excellent, the ingredients are very good and the crust was super good. My son & I can't resist it and eat complete pizza. We came from Mississauga, comparatively, it was a little rate pricey. One more thing they should cut the pizza a little bit better.

Ouffff Trop long fermer 3 semaines. J'espère que vous n'avez pas vendu, parce qu'il ne reste que vous à Lasalle où la bouffe est bonne.

Probablement le meilleur restaurant des environs, il y a toute une variété d'assiette. Du Grec, de l'italien et même de la nourriture comme de la poutine ou des cheeseburger. Leurs meilleurs repas selon moi sont les sous-marins, les pizzas et leurs assiettes grecs. C'est un restaurant à essayer, je connais peu de personne déçu de cet endroit. Idéal pour se faire livrer ou prendre en take out, puisqu'il n'y a que trois tables à l'intérieur.

La pizza est super bonne, mais le livreur est incapable de dire bonjour et merci en français. En 2019, c’est honteux.

Very good old fashioned Greek made Pizza very good because always consistent ingredients and the way it is cooked.

The pizza is excellent and the owner is wonderful. They are often crazy busy and occasional mistakes can occur but the pizza is just so good.
