I took my car for an oil change last week and before I picked it up I asked them to check my coolant because I noticed it was low. Sean who works behind the counter said he'll do it for me. He came back saying that my cap broke when he tried to open the coolant tank so he asked me to purchase a new one for $90+ plus tax. He basically broke my cap and asked me to purchase a new one. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying "I'm not paying for it! ". I just couldn't believe it!
This is a 2 year old German car so parts don't break that easily. Even if it did, the garage shouldn't be asking me to pay for a part that they broke accidentally.
I told Sean that this is unfair and unacceptable so he ordered the part and asked me to come back the next day so they can replace it for a charge. He asked me to talk to the manager (Alexis) the following day to see what he can do about this.
I left the garage very disappointed and worried about the current state of my car and while I was driving, within 5 minutes the car started to heat up, red lights came up on my dashboard and a voice message started to ask me to pull over immediately and turn off my engine. I was livid!
I pulled over in the middle of the highway and called Sean to inform him what just happened to my car. He asked me to bring the car back to the garage so they can check it. I couldn't drive the car in that state and after what just happened, I had very little confidence in Service Auto Speedy.
In that moment of panic, I made the wise decision to contact my German car dealership. They immediately sent me a towing truck and they drove me to the closest dealership. They inspected the car, they identified the problems that were caused by the broken cap and they fixed everything without charging me a penny. Yes, everything was fixed at 0 cost including the replacement of the cap that Sean broke.
What shocked me even more is that the dealership informed me that my oil level was a bit low and that they needed to top it off to meet standards. That tells me that Service Auto Speedy did not put enough oil when they changed my oil that same day.

It's been over a week now, Service Auto Speedy never called me back even after the emergency call I made from the highway. Let's not forget that Sean was supposed to call me the following day to replace the cap that he broke but he never did.
Needless to say that I will never go back to Service Auto Speedy. My wife who recently became their customer will also never go back to Service Auto Speedy. My brother in law who was also their loyal customer will never go back to Service Auto Speedy.
They could have kept all of us as customers if they would have done the right thing. I hope they learn from this lesson.

Poor costumer service! Took my car for a simple tire change, and they added extra costs to change other parts and I ended up paying them 900$! Told me I need to change my break pads an discs. The breaks didn’t even make a difference after their service.
They didn’t even check my tire pressure after they changed the tires. Went out of the garage only to realize my tires are low in pressure! The cherry on top was when I saw that they put my dirty tires is a small plastic bag that doesn’t even fully cover the dirty tires and left them on my bright car seats. Made them all dirty! Will never go back here!

I had a rattling noise in my car and took it for a quote, I was told I need an alignment, needed to replace both tie rod ends and needed to replace top plates and bearing for 1200$, I took it to a mechanic who’s been in practice for over 40 years and was told all I needed done was a tightening of my bearings and top plates and change my tie rods. I was charged 250$ I saved $950 by not going to speedy. They find minor problems in your car and add on additional costs of things that do not to be fixed and replaced. They are digging their own grave and building a terrible reputation.

Que dire d'un garage qui oublie une guenille, un gros tournevis pres des bougies et oublie deux vis pour maintenir le capot de plastique au-dessus du bloc de moteur? !? Pas sûr de vouloir y retourner et recommander Speedy Kirkland. Je ne parle pas du prix.

Speedy was amazing! I needed an urgent appointment to change the oil on my car and they had a spot for me. The oil change and filter were all done in just under 45 minutes, a really reasonable price and my old car is purring like a kitten now. Amazing job guys and we’ll be happy to go there again.

Diane on the front desk is a delight. Knowledgeable staff. Nothing is inexpensive these days, but this place has always been fair and honest to me.

Went for a simple tire change and they tried to charge me 900$ for a bunch of repairs they deemed “essential” and took a while to give my car back after demanding it. Went to a different mechanic for the repairs they insisted I need and payed 400$ for them

Outstanding Service, Good Prices, Always Available!
Finally found a reliable mechanic who is reasonable and honest. Each time I have had an issue with my car they are able to see me and I leave with my car running better than expected.
I am soo pleased with Speedy that I would recommend them to anyone.

Good service, not fast but effective, I've been storing tires with them for a few years. Winter tire appointments fill up fast but I schedule ahead with Diane and there's no problem.

Went in last season. Did not respect appointment.made lame excuses as to reason why. Unprofessional and rude. Total disaster

I had an appointment at 4. I showed up at 3 40.at 355 a lady with a toyata 4 tires on rims, who had called earlier showed up.she asked " can you still take me even tough i am late? " and you put her straight on the lift. I am guessing that was my spot she took

by 4 40 I was still waiting to be serviced. I had a pressing appointment after my shedualed appointment with you. (I had alloted 90 minutes for you to do the job, 4 tire changed and balanced).

by this time since it was impossible to get the job done and still make my other appointment i advised you that I could non longer wait.there was no real response from you or your counter woman.just vague embarrassed reasonings. Weasels.

I posted this to refresh it for the new season because folks need to know how you operate. I live 5 minutes from you.you would have had a long term customer who owns an aging car.
You lost a few thousand in the long run.

You and your staff are ungracious, glad I never became a customer.
