Super friendly staff! Excellent service! Julian super friendly and nice guy helped me with everything I needed!

Got there around 8: 45 AM to renew my passport, there was a queue but was out by 9: 30 AM. Much better service than the SAAQ.

Nous sommes venus pour obtenir un numéro NAS, en dix minutes nous l'avions. Personnel très agréable notamment l'agent qui nous a délivré notre numéro, ils nous as mis à l'aise, nous qui étions stressés car nous ne connaissions pas l'administration québécoise. Très bon moment.

The people and the guards were very kind and nice. It didn't take me more than 15 minutes for the whole process (including waiting). J'ai fait une demande de NAS.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, except the Caucasian security guard and Caucasian agent processing passport pickups, who treated an Algerian man horribly. The man spoke English with an accent, explaining his crisis of being on the verge of homelessness and needing to fly back to his family in Algeria to have a place to sleep. The agent so rudely told him that his need to fly was "inessential" and the security guard kicked him out, while smiling delightfully the entire time.
Those in line after him were travelling just as tourists, they spoke fluently in French, and were calmly told to return the next morning. They are always trying to racialize you here to determine how to treat you.

They ask you to make an appointment and to "arrive no more than 10 min early". But then, they don't follow the appointments and you end up waiting for hours!?

Awesome organization and service. Came in at just 15 mins before opening (830) and was all sorted by 9am!

Excessive bureaucracy for passport renewal (is like you are demanding it for the very first time), passport is a right not charity!

J'ai attendu 1h30 au téléphone pour me faire repondre. Cest beau je suis patient, mais me faire raccroché au nez à 5h pm pile, ça c'est inacceptable! Vous faites dur en sale. Jamais plus que le minimum comme on dit!

Il y a des grands files d'attente pour y passer, puis vers 14h40 la sécurité annonce que dû au grand nombre des personnes, ce n'es pas certaine que tout le monde dans le file y passe! Que les gens peuvent rester mais pas sûr qu'ils vont rentrer! Il y n'a pas de priorités pour les femmes enceintes ou avec des enfants, je trouve cela triste puisque elles devraient passer en priorité!

Not organized, agents are rude and if you ask a questions to them they never have the same answer. They have no consideration for people with handicap, kids ect.they make us go up and down left and right like sheeps.
