I am very unsatisfied with their service. I took off work early to do my passport at the canada service on beaumont. When I presented myself at the front desk with an appt, they said my form was wrong. I filled out the right form with my guarantor. I took a sit and my name was called by a lady. The lady asked why I filled out another form since I came in with the right form. I was very confused already with the staff not explaining correctly and not being on the same page. She said I didn't need a guarantor (I was applying for a new passport not a renewal). I was surprised but since she worked there I thought she knew better (she did not). I now receive a call a week later stating that I need to re do everything! I need to take new pictures, bring all the documents again! For her mistake. Because of her mistake I need to PAY for new pictures and I have to take off work early again. I am extremely disappointed. I tried to solve the issue with the passport program lady and I also called the general line for canada service, their reponse was the same we cannot do anything u have to go again. No solution for their mistake and not helpful at all.i am disgusted by their service. I should be reimbursed for the photos which I paid and provided for since she said the guarantor doesn't need to sigh when clearly they did.
