My ex wife has two kids age 11, and 9 years old.she has no income except the amount of money her kids received from me and the government, she is waiting for her chomage 3monthes, she does not receive anything tell now.she borrowed money from friends, she can not pay her rent, she was working and they deducted tax from her.she is poor, she was working to eat and feed her kids and she saved nothing, I wish they feel the same like her, and suffer like, her to understand what is the poverty, and how is very bad to be a poor ….

J'avais un rendez-vous pour un renouvellement de passeport, passé très rapidement, service impeccable et 7 jours ouvrables après j'avais mon passeport avec le service standard.

La madame au lunette.: vraiment pas accueillant elle nous criais dessus et nous accueil sans sourire et nous a rouler les yeux

Les gens que j'ai côtoyer aujourd'hui au téléphone et en personne était tous gentil

Went here for my husband’s passeport. The lady at the reception (march 7 at about 2pm) was extremely rude. She was yelling at my husband and I. She humiliated us in front of everyone. This is the worst service we ever had.we were unfairly treated.

Arrivez en 2iem a 8h, pr me faire dire a lentree daller a l’ordinateur et m’arranger tout seul, me donner une fiche d’instruction a suivre sans aucun repere. Je fais une plainte lundi prochain, NON RECOMMANDER comme bureau

J'ai reçu un excellent service par les trois dames qui m'ont servi. Si vous êtes de Montreal mais pouvez vous déplacer, venez à cet endroit 15-20 minutes avant l'heure d'ouverture. J'ai rencontré une agente à 8h35. Il y a une grande espace pour attendre à l'intérieur.
