Services Ecovista

When first used about 4 years ago, it was a good service. Now it is awful service, they do not clean properly what so ever. And they no longer have a satisfaction guaranteed.
Ridiculous to pay such high prices and be left with a mess. Do not recommend!

Mise-à-jour plus d'un an plus tard: nous n'avons plus jamais eu de pépin avec cette entreprise. La qualité du nettoyage est excellente et constante, peu importe les employés qui ont eu à faire le nettoyage chez nous. (4 ou 5 différentes personnes au moins à ce jour, j'ai pu obtenir des modifications à mes journées en fonction des préférences de mon horaire à plusieurs reprises) on apprécie beaucoup la flexibilité! J'ajuste donc ma note à 5 étoiles:)

Après un premier ménage moins satisfaisant et une annulation de dernière minute pour le 2e rendez-vous, j'ai décidé de donner une troisième chance à ce service. Je n'ai pas été déçue. Service à la clientèle impeccable! Nous avons maintenant un employé de service très fiable et compétent depuis quelques mois. Nous avons pu déplacer un service pendant le temps des fêtes et on nous a envoyé quelqu'un d'autre en remplacement. Le site web très facile à utiliser pour réserver en ligne, les rappels et évaluations du service par courriel automatisés facilitent la vie, très professionnel comme plateforme.

Quality of the work is highly dependent on who you get. First indoor cleanup, there was still dust on a lot of surfaces, bits of food on the floor and overall not happy. Second person they sent us is great.

Outdoor window cleanup was so-so, did a great job on most windows, forgot to clean the top third of a few other windows (as if they had no ladder available so they just cleaned what they could reach?)

Mise-a-Jour: J'ai envoye un courriel a EcoVista, et directement a celui qui a nettoyer les fenetres, et quelque semaines plus tard, j'ai aucune nouvelle de la compagnie. Faites-attention avec le service de nettoyage exterieur, ils font les choses un peu vite et ne semblent pas preoccupe par leur travail mal fait.

We decided to hire this company for deep cleaning for my sister who was still at the hospital after having a baby. They sent a guy to clean, he only cleaned visible places, I showed him where he had missed to clean and I asked him to call me to verify before he left. He left without telling me. My sister came back from the hospital and she was very mad that we didn't clean the house because the house looked not clean. I explained that we paid a company to come and clean and we were all chocked. Don't waste your money. They look professional with their calls but very unprofessional.

After reading your comment, I decided to post a conversation I had with your company by email. Indeed, my story is true and I cancelled all future cleaning appointments with your company. I tried you once and I decided I will not continue because of the bad cleaning service provided. Please help don’t waste people’s time and money. I even have receipts.

Première fois que j'utilisais ce service. Le ménage a été bien fait, en général. Cependant, la dame a oublié le tapis du salon, qui était vraiment plein de poils de chats.
Il y a eu un rappel rapide de la compagnie afin d'eclaircir la situation.

L'équipe d'Écovista est disponible et en mode solution pour répondre à mes besoins. Bien que le personnel ne soit pas toujours stable, 90% de leur personnel qui est passé chez moi était professionnel, efficace et courtois. Je fonctionne à partir d'une liste de tâches que je laisse sur le comptoir et la personne qui a été mandatée pour effectuer le travail ce jour-là peut s'y référer au besoin. J'y indique aussi les particularités (exemple: verrouiller les commandes du four avant de nettoyer ou utiliser tel produit pour tel endroit) afin de bien communiquer mes attentes. Écovista gère aussi un dossier client dans lequel mes commentaires ou mes demandes d'ajustement sont inscrits pour les prochaines fois. MERCI!

Super service d'entretien ménager à domicile en Outaouais. Les services sont professionels, ponctuels et de qualité supérieure. Ils utilisent des produits éco-responsables et nous en sommes plus que ravis! Nous recommandons fortement ce service.

I used Ecovista when I started feeling really stressed and my environment was feeling overwhelming to take care of. I had never used a cleaning service before and now I cant even see myself not using it! I started off with just a clean here and there and now am doing bi weekly cleans. It takes a lot of the stress and worry away, while I can give my time and attention to other important things!

OH! And its very very reasonably priced! Basically the cost of eating at a restaurant for the night, instead I get a clean house all week!

The people are also very friendly and always happy to answer any questions. I have recommended this service to all of my family and friends.

J’ai demandé leur service en août et on m’a dit qu’on me contacterait lorsque disponibilité, depuis plus aucune nouvelle malgré courriel et appels

I would recommend looking elsewhere as they provide an inconsistent level of service and are unreliable with their scheduled cleanings.

I hired this service because I have a new baby at home and wanted one less thing on my plate. My first clean with them was great. After receiving a good clean I booked them for a regular monthly clean. The first month they cancelled because the employee they had assigned to my house was no longer able to clean. After talking with the customer service team they rescheduled to a Saturday with a different employee. This person did a terrible job cleaning, leaving my floors sticky (that previously were not sticky), beds unmade, dusting not done, nothing cleaned around, etc. Instead of enjoying the rest of my Saturday, I cleaned the house. When I talked to the customer service team on Monday, they offered to have someone else come clean within a few days but I had already cleaned so that didn't work for me. They said that they would be sure to send someone who would do a quality cleaning for my next monthly clean at no charge to compensate for the previous poor job. That cleaning was coming up on this Thursday. This morning minutes after receiving confirmation of my upcoming clean on Thursday, I received another message stating the person who was to do the clean has gone back to school, was not available on Thursday and my cleaning was cancelled. Someone would only come next month. No offer to reschedule stating that there are staffing shortages. I understand in the current environment it is difficult to find employees but it does not excuse cancelling a few days before a cleaning especially after I had been reassured that this month I would receive quality service. I have cancelled my regular service and was reimbursed for the poor job done last month.

Ordered a move-in cleaning, everything was good. Easy communication, the cleaner even came and did the job in our absence. Recommend.

Excellente expérience. Judith était très professionnel et elle a fait un beau travail dans la salle de bain et dans les escaliers. Je déménageais de Montréal vers Aylmer et cela nous a beaucoup aidé.

I've been receiving service from Entretien Ecovista now for approx 3 months and I am very satisfied with the service.

It took a few visits to get to the level of thoroughness that I was hoping for, but I am now very satisfied with the results.

I really appreciate the easy billing and the recurring service. You are provided the opportunity to give feedback after every cleaning. I like that it is almost always the same person coming to clean our house.

I have also had positive experience with the administrative staff, receiving prompt follow-up communication by phone or email when needed.

I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Le premier ménage n'avait pas été totalement à la hauteur de mes attentes. J'ai communiqué avec eux et les ménages suivant ont toujours été plus qu'à la hauteur! Le prix est raisonnable et je suis très satisfaite!

J'ai eu plusieurs femmes de ménage dans le passé et je n'ai jamais autant été satisfaite qu'avec Ecovista.
