We consulted with several companies before choosing to go with Prime. From the very first meeting it was clear they are next level in terms of sophistication and design. From the computer rendered designs of our yard and pool, to materials selection, on-site discussion with work crews and sub-contractors, our project came together exactly how we wanted and even exceeded our expectations in several areas. We had a large and complex project and Paul kept us informed and was engaged every step of the way in terms of both scheduling and costs. And he was on-site regularly to review progress and address issues. The team did an excellent job on my parent's driveway and walkway.
They made it very easy to coordinate even though I am in Toronto and the project was in Pointe-Claire. The project was on time and on budget, and the team was always available if I had questions.

I used Services Prime for our whole back yard project.
From design to installation they installed the pool, lighting, unistone for deck and gallery, fencing, retaining wall, grass and unistone flower beds. They are a professional company with a polite and friendly staff. Their work was timely and the quality was great. I was very pleased with the end result.
More importantly, great after sale service.

We hired Les Services Primes this past fall to install an inground pool as well as stone work around the pool as well as for our driveway several years ago. Service Prime sont des professionnels pour qui le souci du détail et la satisfaction du client sont des priorités. Tous sont dédiés aux clients, des propriétaires aux équipes terrain en passant par les architectes paysagers et les gens responsables de la cueillette de données terrain. Le plan 3D facilite la vie du client dans ses décisions. J’ai fait refaire mon paysagement avant et vais refaire affaire avec eux pour mon paysagement arrière.

Avis de 2022:

Comme prévu en 2018, j’ai recontacté Services Prime pour ma cour arrière et le résultat est hallucinant. L’attente peut être longue mais ça fait partie de faire affaire avec des pros ayant le souci du détail à cœur. Je les recommande chaudement

Edit: Suite à la discussion avec Paul de l'entreprise, j'ai pu comprendre que Services Prime n'a pas été le maître d'oeuvre sur ce projet et par ce fait même, ne peut être 100% responsable des dommages et du désagrément causé par ces travaux. Le gros des dommages semblerait venir des sous-traitants engagés par notre voisin directement.

Un conseil, lorsque des travaux d'envergures sont de mise, conseillé vos clients à communiquer avec leur entourage des désagréments potentiels qui vont survenir et ne rien prendre pour acquis. Une visite lors de certaines interventions reste quand même ma recommandation dans le but de conserver une harmonie avec les voisins qui sont en "collateral damage". Être proactif restera vraiment la meilleure approche. Ceci étant dit, je remercie Paul d'avoir pris le temps d'expliquer les faits sur ce projet.

Je suis le voisin d'un client à Services Prime et je dois admettre que le respect des voisins, ce n'est pas leur force. En aucun moment est-ce que la compagnie est venu nous rencontrer pour nous aviser que notre terrain serait abîmer, qu'une grue viendrait se "patter" sur mon terrain qui a causé des trous, que les employés allaient marcher sur notre terrain comme si ils étaient chez eux, des botchs de cigarette, des délais (même si je comprends la pénurie de main d'oeuvre) de réalisation, les employés qui écoute de la musique à pleine tête, de la coupe de pierre qui dure des journées avec de la poussière qui a trois reprises, a complètement débalancé mon eau de piscine en plus d'avoir à faire plusieurs backwash. Bref, l'expérience pour les gens qui doivent vivre avec leur réalisation n'est aucunement bonne.

Une simple visite chez nous aurait probablement aider à promouvoir leur entreprise mais au lieu, rien. À titre informatif, notre terrain avant a été pas mal scrapper sur 25% pendant plus de 3 mois.

Si vous voyez une pancarte de cette entreprise, prenez le temps d'allez les voir si vous êtes un voisin parce que ce ne sera pas eux qui vont venir vous voir
