Bon plat et portion généreuse.
Très bon général tao et une option sans gluten pour ma conjointe. Un pad thai au poulet, légèrement piquant.

Un très bon moment passé au sésame. Le pad thaï était délicieux et très copieux.
Par contre, un peu cher je trouve mais la qualité est là donc ça vaut vraiment le coup!

Food is ok; nothing exceptional, decent price, cusine is Asian fusion. Service at 8pm on a Saturday evening was poor, had to wave down our waitress multiple times for the bill, to ask for more water, to ask for the dessert menu. Modern and chic dining atmosphere.

Exceptional food, great service and would suggest to all. Atmosphere was busy and loud but fitted perfectly with the feel and wasn’t imposing.

I had a Pad Thai, it was not good. The sauce seemed like it was made with sauce from IGA, shrimps had no taste, pasta were drowning in sauce.

The food was really taste. The service was awful. We were seated at the bar and after a server came to take our order, we were completely ignored after that. We had to flag down a bar tender to get anything at all, our server NEVER came back. The two bartenders were not overly busy, clearly there were times where they were looking for something to do, but not once did anyone ask how our food was. My drink was empty for the last 30 minutes we were there, no offered me another. Total breakdown here.

Typical Asian restaurant. I ordered the Bao burger. Not a lot of chicken. The bread for the burger, was all white, limp, mushy, unappealing. The accompanying salad was the least expensive low-cost option, with mostly shaved cabbage and shaved carrots. The two rolls were overly greasy. I only liked the tea, which they didn't make themselves, and the green tea ice cream. Overall, next time, I'll avoid it. In my opinion, there are many better Asian options in Montreal. Sad and unsatisfying.

Service accueillant et attentionné malgré qu’il s’agissait d’un samedi soir achalandé! Nos repas sont arrivé même avant nos drinks! Plusieurs options végétarienne et vegan! Bon prix surtout considérant l’emplacement au Vieux-port!

We had two kids in our group of 6 and our servers were very nice and patient with our order requests. Highly recommend.

Nous avons commandé un tofu au beurre vegan et il y avait du poulet dans l’assiette. Nous avons avisé la serveuse, qui a simplement dit “c’était vraiment une erreur” sans rien faire d’autre. Inacceptable.

I ordered take out but I really liked the decor I would definitely come back for a dine in. They have a nice selection of vegan food that was pretty good and tasty and I watched the cooks as they made the dishes they clean/wash the pots/pan between each meal to avoid cross contamination, they even ask if you have any allergies or restrictions when you order so it's a good allergy and vegan friendly spot. The prices are better at the counter than if you order online.

My grandmother, my mother and I visited Sésame while traveling to Montréal on a trip. Sésame was recommended to us by a hotel staff. I ordered dumplings and a burger, my mother ordered noodles, and my grandmother ordered shrimp fried rice. My meal was delicious, especially the dumplings. Everything was plated excellently, and our waiters were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here again if I ever come back to Montréal. The only bad thing about this restaurant was the wait for the food, which was long. However, the service and food made up for this small grievance. I highly recommend you come here.

Des plats sains et excellents dans une ambiance décontractée branchée! À essayer et ré-essayer!
Oh et croisez les doigts pour avoir Claire comme serveuse! Elle est rayonnante et très compétente!

really enjoyed the fusion asian cuisine here! (general's tao chicken) + (salmon tartare, highly recommended!)

Went here for lunch with my coworkers and ordered our dishes to go. I ordered the salmon and tuna poke bowl and was quite disappointed. The fish didn’t taste fresh and the bowl itself tasted quite bland. There was not a good ration
of toppings to rice as there was way too much rice. The workers also seemed quite confused when we came to pick up our order. For instance, when we asked for our order, they said they didn’t it have it but It was right behind them. Also we asked if there were chopsticks in the bag and they said there were but when we opened the bag, there were no chopsticks. Wont be coming here again unfortunately.

We did not end up eating here. We passed by Monday afternoon, checked their posted in the window hours & menu, tried the door, open (after pandemic & shoulder season-not everything is as listed) picked out what we wanted for dinner & came back at dinner during posted open hour, to find out they were sitting inside with the door unlocked but not open for business. Very disappointed.
