Je fais affaire avec Simon depuis plus de 10 ans. Et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Toujours super honnête, ne va pas essayer de te vendre plus que ce dont tu as vraiment besoin. Un canon pour démonté et remonté les ordinateurs.

Après 8 ans d'intense utilisation (12-16 hrs / jr à faire du rendu en 3D) de mon laptop, je n'ai eu qu'un problème majeur: Une mise à jour de Windows 10 a désactivé les services audio et j'ai dû réinstaller le système d'exploitation. Simon m'a grandement aidé à distance, car j'étais hors Canada pendant 6 mois. On ne peut pas demander meilleur support après vente. Merci SGXTECH!

The pc he sold me came with a faulty ram, I tried mailing him to figure out what was wrong with my pc but he stopped answering me. I had to buy a new ram and install it my self. I did tell you it was below 100 fps and in low settings. And the ram is not running properly after changing it my pc had no issues.

Il y a 2 ans et demi, j'ai acheté 1 ordinateur custom à ce magasin et j'ai vraiment aimé le service auquel j'ai eu droit. Quant à ma machine, elle fonctionne toujours à merveille; j'espère retourner à cet endroit dans le futur.

This guy, and his gf/wife are jewels of human beings. Both very knowledgeable and good hearted, i can't go anywhere else for my PC needs even if i was living in Vancouver. Thats how sold i am to go there. They didnt just do plenty of compromise with me, but they literally HELPED me when i had serious GPU and RAM issues. They arent oversellers, they discourage that as a matter of fact. There is seriously no reason to go somewhere else.

I would rate 5 stars, both for the product, and for the customer service. Bought 2 ryzen 7 gaming pc’s, one for me and one for my brother. Switching from console to pc I wasn’t sure what I needed, but these guys really pointed me in the right direction. They helped me find what i needed, I ordered, and in a couple days the pc was built and shipped to my door ready to use. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now, playing games like (rust, gold rush) and haven’t had a single lag or problem yet. For the prices, they probably have the best around for the quality of the work and parts, I would 100% recommended if your looking for a gaming pc.

I got fed up of dealing with box stores and computer companies like Dell etc. I started searching online for computer builders and I found Sgxtech. To make sure there would be no misunderstanding I took down the address and went there personally to speak with someone who could help me get a computer that specifically met my needs. I'm glad I did! Simon is the man! He immediately knew what I needed and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need! Tres bon service, bon conseil montage du pc devant toi avec piece de qualite. Rien a redire cote pc fonctionne parfaitement tres satisfait, merci au proprietaire Simon. J'ai achete un autre pc au mois de decembre 2019 encore la rien a dire de negatif sauf peut etre la carte graphique un peu bruyante

Bought a build system 3 months ago. I made a few upgrades of my own (EVGA 850W 80+ Bronze Modular PSU, 32 gb 3200hz OCable RAM, ML fans, case mods) and all I can say is that I feel Simon' very welcoming but focused attitude towards its clients is on par with his building skills. Fantastic job on the rig, enclosure is clean and the wiring is good. Pre-builds options are relatively on the budget side, offering flexibility when asking for specific parts (Larger cases, overclock enabled MOBOS). The only hickup, which is minor in nature, is the limited choice of enclosures, but anyone could buy its own of their choice, along with parts of his liking and bring it to Simon so he can exert its skills and expertise.

Best place in montreal for a custom PC. Prices are right. Service is excellent. Last 3 custom PC's i bought were all from this place.

J'y achète mes ordi depuis biens des années meme si c'est a 1: 30 heure de chez moi. Rapport qualité/prix tout simplement imbattable! Et le service est rapide et irreprochable.

Need a Gaming PC? You know the game you want to play at full performance and graphics. Just ask ' Simon ' he will tell you what you need to enjoy the game at full capacity. Required a monitor and mouse or SSD card? There's no need for Amazon this shop got a variety of useful components and product for your computer. Visit their site to know the type of computer you want. If you have all the components for one but don't know how install everything? Don't will do it for you for a good price. Worth the visit for their great services.

Au cours des 5 dernières années j'ai acheté 2 PC a cet endroit et recommandé l'endroit a 4 amis ce cherchant un nouveau PC. Nous avons tous été très satisfait de nos achats.

Seul petit bémol: Il est préférable de ce rendre en magasin pour obtenir de l'information. (Je n'ai recu qu'une seule réponse sur les 4 e-mails que leur ait envoyé au cours de ces 5 dernières années)

J'ai déjà acheté 2 pc, 2 tours depuis une dizaine d'année chez SGX. J'ai aussi fait installé un disque dure SSD sur un vieux pc, qui marche maintenant comme un neuf. Je n'ai jamais eu d'inquiétude sur le rapport qualité/prix de ce que j'achetait. Le propriétaire (Simon) m'a toujours bien guidé en fonction de mon budget, et il est clairement important pour lui que le client soit satisfait. Leurs service est impeccable, zéro vente à pression ou parti prix douteux. Quand je trouve un magasin avec un excellent service, je l'adopte!

Je voulais faire l'acquisition d'un laptop de gamer. On a conseillé selon ce que j'avais besoin et au lieu de me le vendre sur le champ comme je le voulais, on m'a suggéré de revenir la semaine prochaine, car le modèle que je désirais aller être en spécial et j'économiserais 150.00$ sur mon achat. Donc en plus d'avoir un super ordinateur qui fonctionne super bien, ils m'ont fait épargner sur mon achat. Je présume que c'est pour cette raison que plusieurs personnes de mon entourage font affaire avec cette entreprise maintenant.
