If I can give this art studio 0 stars I would! Never ever trust this studio in taking the one glass you smashed on the one and only best day of your life! I am absolutely livid with this place! My husband called up a few times to ask when our wedding glass will be ready and only to hear much later on that they lost it! THIS GLASS IS IRREPLACEABLE, nothing can replace it! I just took 2 years to convert and the one glass that my husband smashed on our very wedding day is lost forever! I am sickened by this and in tears! No big deal they say, I can't believe, dishonest and irresponsible!

I cant believe what this company did!
They LOST my glass for my wedding I broke (that I bought from them and brought it to be made into something).
I kept calling to see when my order would be ready. I believe it was the owner said "don't worry once we get we call you". Over 2 months of waiting I find out they (Shayne Gallery) come back from vacation.
They finally admit they lost it!
owner said " not a big deal.we can always brake another free of cost"
Now I need to look at a piece of glass that i didn't even brake from my wedding
