They are very rude to old people. My father went in there to cash a ticket he won $10 and the guy In there told him he didn't win anything when my dad clearly knows he did. So my dad took the ticket somewhere else where they said he did win $10 but it was cashed. This isn't about the money. This is how he was treated.
