This is my regular gas station.
Long wait for pump authorization despite the employee being in front of the screen.
I normally pay via the Shell App so I can avoid entering the store, waiting in line, scanning my Airmiles Card, paying with my credit card and then waiting for the receipt.
The employee was super terrible and incompetent.
