N'utilisez pas le Lave-Auto, ça ne lave rien dutout. Ma voiture est sortie presqu'aussi sale qu'à l'entrée et on me dit qu'on peut rien faire.

Don't use the Lave-Auto: completly useless. The car is as dirty as it was when I entered it.

Toujours eu un bon service à cet endroit.
Mon seul bémol c'est que le lave auto est souvent non fonctionnel.

Stuck in washing machin for 10min no phone connect any care at all so have to call 911 so bad and awful experience need to check machine.yes, machine have a chance not working but the staff reaction make me angry he watched just in front of monitor but nothing do I will not go there ever

Went here last night April 2,12: 30 am- 1: 30 am. I was trapped in the car wash for 20 minutes because the worker wasn't answering calls, (I initially phoned to ask if the car wash was still open and he answered so I know it was the right place and later as he looked at my phone he said that's the right number.) After the wash stopped rinsing half my car of the soap, it hit my car a bit and then stopped spraying and the green light went on, I stayed as my wash wasn't complete but after a minute or two I knew the machine was malfunctioning, the green light was on and so I tried to exit. The car wash door didn't open and I tried to call the worker 3 or 4 times but maybe he was really into his video game or cellphone, so I had to call the police for them to tell the worker that I was trapped inside. The wash stopped working which left half my car with soap still and when I asked to get a refund he refused and said to go back again to get a wash even though I did not want to go back as it was clearly malfunctioning and I didn't want to be trapped inside again. So I went back to get a wash, and surprise surprise, I was locked in again! Luckily he answered the phone this time and let me out.

It took police officers to get that guy to do his job, someone could have gotten injured while the worker was playing video games on his phone. I feel like I should talk to a lawyer about this but beware for this car wash and the unattentive workers, unsafe!

Aurait seulement besoin de vider plus régulièrement la poubelle près de l’aspirateur en ce moment très achanlandé du grand ménage du printemps. Après un hiver confiné, les automobilistes ont beaucoup de déchets à vider de leur véhicule et avec raison.

À chaques fois que je viens à cette station, l'employé derrière le comptoir est toujours sur son telephone à jouer à un jeu ou écouter une video. Quand je me présente à la caisse, généralement l'employé prend bien le temps de finir ce qu'il faisait sur ton telephone avant de se lever et me servir. Me servir est un bien grand mot, en fait il ne me dit pas un mot, pas un bonjour, rien du tout et surtout semble frustré de se faire déranger dans son activité avec son téléphone. Ceci à plusieurs reprises.

Here’s a pro tip: if your car wash is broken, don’t allow someone to buy a pass for the car wash! And have a cashier competent enough to know how to refund me properly in less than - no word of a lie - four transactions. *shakes head*

Très mauvais service de la part du préposé
J'ai quitté la station sans mettre de l'essence
Tellement le manque de respect pour la clientèle de ce préposé qui oublie ou ne pense pas que son salaire et revenus de la station est grâce à la clientèle.

Service un gros zéro aucunement professionnel et la plupart du temp quand j’y vais les employés me disent je sais pas comment faire.

L'endroit est très propre, mais c'est le service client qui laisse souvent à désirer. J'ai écris à Shell Canada pour faire une plainte sur une expérience précise avec un commis. J'ai eu un suivi de Shell Canada qui ont transféré le courriel à cette sucursale qui eux n'ont jamais répondu, même après un rappel, à preuve que le manque de délicatesse n'est pas seulement derrière le comptoir.
À compter de maintenant, je vais seulement au Ultramar en face. En plus, ils ont plus de produits à l'intérieur si besoin.
P. S. Il aurait fallu qu'un suivi afin d'éviter ma mauvaise note.

Went there for the car wash and it was a pretty smooth operation. But the way it's implemented on the lot is a bit weird.
