Une commis désagréable et impolie.
La jeune fille au comptoir semble être dérangée quand un client lui demande un service. J’ai demandé si vous avez du Coca Cola en cannette, méchamment me répond si ce n’est pas là-dedans dans le frigo c’est qu’il n’y a pas, surpris de sa façon de répondre je lui ai dit mais j’ai juste demandé pourquoi vous me parler sur ce ton. Elle me dit que je suis BIZARRE encore avec méchanceté. Je ne sais pas si cette vendeuse est sous psycotrope ou à fumé du cannabis mais on ne parle pas aux inconnus de cette façon encore moins aux clients. J’ai fini par rendre les articles que j’allais acheter car vous ne méritez mon argent. Je ne paierai pas un salaire à une impolie comme elle. Et je ne ferai plus jamais l’essence dans votre station. Dommage pour Shell d’avoir recruté de tel agent sans aucune éducation.

Attention arnaqueurs!

Ticket lave auto acheté pour 2 lavages valable 1 an.
1er lavage tout est OK mais second lavage 5 mois plus tard ça écrit que mon second code est invalide. Aucun remboursement possible 1ère arnaque.

Lavage à l'aspirateur le vendeur me donne des pieces de 2$.
Je mets 3 pièces de 2$.
Il faut 3$ pour lancer l'aspirateur.
C'est 1$ la minute donc je mattends à avoir 6 minutes et bien non 3 minutes seulement.
Bien sûr le vendeur ne veut pas me rendre mes 3$.
2ème arnaque.

A éviter à tous prix ce sont des voleurs.

Honestly would give minus stars if I could. We've been denied access to the bathrooms with a 3 years old toddler that needed to go for a pee badly.

What a freaking joke. With the money we spend on gas, being denied such basic services from a clerk that has as much charisma than a dehydrated camel is disrespectful.

Ce matin vers 9: 45, nous étions environ 6 voitures à attendre « l’autorisation » pour mettre de l’essence aux pompes. Les pompes étaient en fonction et les lumières à l’intérieur allumées. Toutefois aucune réponse, après avoir attendu plusieurs longues minutes les gens se sont impatientés et sont partis. En quittant j’ai croisé la caissière qui arrivait à l’autre bout du stationnement. Je suis retourné pour lui expliquer la situation. Elle ne semblait pas étonnée et me dit que sont chiffre a elle commençait maintenant et que c’était « fermé » avant qu’elle arrive (un endroit supposément ouvert 24/24h). Il était environ 9: 52. L’endroit et/ou le personnel manque clairement d’organisation.

Depuis quand on doit écouter une pub avec de la musique en boucle quand on fait le plein? Insupportable! En plus l'essence n'est pas moins chère qu'ailleurs

Horrible customer service, and something is always not working (ie-debit machine, pump, receipts, air, carwash)

Débit crédit fonctionne jamais, souvent manque de gaz! Voyon dont! Service peux plaisant toujours sur leurs cell!

Has this gas station ever worked? Let me know because it's the closest to my house.

There was never paper for receipts at the pump. Even during Covid, we had to go inside and wait in line with 15 other people for a receipt. When I asked for a receipt at the cashier window, the person told me go inside.

They never take cards, only cash (lol). The car wash is always always closed. It says CLOSED but it's open sometimes. Today, it said OPEN but when I went to enter the code, it wasn't working.

Another day, the employee who was eating their fingers before serving me didn't seem to care when I told them someone had unhooked the nozzles and put them on the ground.

One time, another driver and I had to wait for the cashier to come back because there was no one inside and it was locked (in the afternoon). The person never came back so we left.

Last time I used the car wash, there wasn't enough rinsing so the car came out with soap stains all over it.

It's not as bad as the Shell near Atwater where groups of teenage boys hotbox in the cabin but still, what's up Shell?

They haven't had credit or debit for over 3 weeks can't use the bathroom never ever water to wash your windshield! PLEASE do everyone a favor and close this HELLSPACE down ASAP!

This shell is ridiculously plagued with constant problems. From a faulty air pump that takes your money and gives you no air to lazy clerks that can't be bothered to put a sign warning future customers of the faulty equipment.no fluid to clean your windows, broken car wash items that doesn't dry your car, poor item selection and currently no credit or debt for over 2 weeks?

add no working bathroom to this list.clerk this day had a sense of humor when asked if anything worked there and they said they did.

Rude and dismissive customer service today. After paying for my gas, realized the pump was slow to the point of almost faulty.

Requested an immediate reimbursement of which the service rep indicated was impossible when paying with a card. Amounts not taken would be automatically reimbursed and she would not provide a proof of reimbursement for the difference. She then indicated she knew pumps 1 and 2 were slow but only mentioned it after I paid? The interaction was handled with an negative attitude and sarcasm on the clerk's part.

Management at this Shell gas station needs to ensure that their customer service representatives are properly trained. Treating customers professionally should be the norm and not the exception.
