Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel

Restaurant was amazing. Great hotel for using the airport but coming back to pay for parking was a hassle. Thought I pd for both but could not find paperwork.

The shuttle from and to the airport is an essential service that make that room a nice choice.

The room was really confortable and with a lot of space. I had problem with the shower which didn't have enough pressure at the time of my stay.

The thing is that the price of the room is really expensive. I assure you that hotel isn't worth the price they charge. But you paid that price because you're near the airport and it's easier to reach it.

No pool, garden area closed, dinner for two nice but $75.00 without having any drinks but it did an airport shuttle.

Excellent service provided by receptionist Emili. The room is clean, everything in a good condition. Highly recommend this place for short stay.

DON’T GO FOR A BREAKFAST!
If you don’t want to be disappointed, go somewhere else. We waited 1 hour to get our breakfast, because they short of stuff. It’s not our problem, it’s management problem. Just hire more people. People who stay near airport don’t have time to wait 1 hour to get an omelet with toasts. Breakfast cost for 2 of us $54.

The rooms are very good. Big, clean and the bathroom is nice.
The breakfast is not included and it is quite slow because it is by order so they make it at the moment but the quality is very good. For this price I would prefer a buffet for breakfast but it is ok.

To lots here planes sounds like there's taking off in the parking lot plus it's a 100 mile away from everything

Rooms are dated, some of the staff at the front desk were less than pleasant.

The restaurant was ok but way too expensive. The location was great, but it gets loud with all the planes taken off.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was big and clean.
I will definitely come back.

Stayed overnight after picking up friends on a late arrival flight. Nice big comfortable rooms. Friendly restaurant team. Checkin team very helpful. All in all a hotel I will use again.

You can’t even call the front desk to this hotel.trying to find where the shuttle picks you at the airport for the hotel is like trying to solve what made the universe, the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with the “call centre guy” hung up on me and the other person had no idea where the shuttle picks people up! Are you kidding me! The worse experience ever

When there for the weekend had the worst experience, room was dirty, a/c wasn't working, spiders in room. Wish I didn't book

We stayed here for a night with our dog when there was a delay in handover of our apartment in the vicinity. This place is truly dog friendly. The staff, especially the manager, ensured that we, along with our dog were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel followed covid protocol seriously and diligently which put us at ease having stepped out of home after months. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice stay! The room was clean, TV with integrated Chromecast was a nice bonus. Pool is closed, which was a disappointment, but other than that we loved it. Beautiful runway views!

1ère chambre, le lit à moitié fait.
2e chambre, après 3 hres il faisait aussi froid. Le concierge a dû changer le thermostat.plus de 1 heure de gossage.
Même pas de couverture chaude.
Bouffe, RIEN petits repas de frigo et il ne reste jamais rien.

Bref, EXTRÊMEMENT déçue. Je le testait en tant qu’agent de voyage et c’est terminé. Je ne reviendrai pas et mes clients non plus.
Surtout au prix que coûte la chambre SANS petit déjeuner et un stationnement qu’on doit payer 20$ par jour.
Excécrable.
Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

I officiated a wedding here and while the hotel itself is lovely, the air conditioning in the room where the ceremony, for over a hundred people, was horrible. We were all drenched by the end of the wedding ceremony. Not happy with that, but all in all a nice hotel

Clean hotel with great amenities. Loved the pool/bath tub and spa. Awesome place to stay when close to the Montréal airport.

I always prefer to stay at the airport one when in mtl due the constructions around the city and theres a lil Italian restaurant just around the corner
Makes my stay complete and well free parking or just walk to the airport for other food goodies and the bar is pretty good

The hotel was really clean and the service is very good! Very close to the airport ofcourse! And the parking here is free which I really like!

This hotel is clean, neat and quiet. Just a good choice if u need a place nearby the airport. Decent rooms and nice club lounge. The bar in the lobby has nice staff and they are open till 1: 00 am

Long walk from reception to the rooms.no microwave in the room, very tiny fridge! Directory sign for the room # to be imroved, it took me more than 15 mins to find and finally reach to my room at 2nd level with luggage. No breakfast offered in the room rates despite the relatively high room rates around 200$ per night. Parking is also on charge 15$ per day.

Room key inop. Took forever to get to my room. No phones in hallway to call front desk, thank God the gym was close to my room so called them from gym to come change the key as I had bags and was really heavy to drag back to the front desk. Room 1035 needs deep cleaning. Very moldy and dusty. Smells like cigarettes. My sheets were dirty and had blood on them and took a while to get new ones, guess because their wasn't much staff at 2: 30am. Checked in at 1: 55am and it is now 3am still no sleep and waiting for the new sheets. Hav to check out at noon.only positive is that staff was nice. (PS. New sheets also stained and had some kinda dead bug in it.)

We were stuck here for a business meeting and weekend stay. This hotel is OLD and poorly updated. The ceilings are LOW, rooms are dark and the A/C barely cools. It was very hot (above 95°F) but other modern hotels are able to provide proper cooling. The shower (no tub) is tiny, the grout and shower head were covered in black mold, probably because there is NO ventilation in the bathroom. Management was polite but useless. They gave us a floor fan for cooling. This is NOT the Sheraton standard. My husband's company will NO longer be using this hotel for business travel. There are other, newer and cleaner hotels at the airport - stay in one of those.

Would recommend this place if you enjoy sweating in your sleep.

The room couldn’t be cooled below 20 after 16 hours with the curtains closed and the lights off.

The gym smells like mould. I can only imagine what’s in the ventilation system and walls.

Our favorite place near Montreal. Fitness center and pool are great. The restaurant on site is fantastic

The room was very shabby. Old carpet in the hallway and room. Stuffy room. Moldy smelling bathroom. Needs a renovation!

Courtesy of air Canada, they provided free hotel and meal voucher because my flight got delayed to next morning. Food was okay but they messed up and charged my credit card even though i had a meal voucher. Had to contact hotel 3 times to resolve this and not sure if it has been resolved yet. They do have a nice pool and small gym free of charge. Not far from airport and there is free shuttle bus that picks you up every 25 minutes or so.

The gym here is one of the better hotel gyms around, but the construction right now can make for marathon walks to certain rooms

Rooms are worn and ridiculous long walk to some of them. Gym is average but lacking in space and equipment and often very warm with all the windows.

Not a terrible stay, just not what I was hoping from Sheraton. It's an old hotel, and it shows its age. The bathrooms haven't been fully re-done so they're still aged. The room service breakfast was less than appealing. Cold eggs, paper thin bacon. Over priced to say the least. The hotel seems to be trying to be too fancy for itself. Overall, not bad, just not great.

This was a very nice hotel.
Staff were very accomodating and eager to help with anything i needed.
I was dissapointed there was no valet service but the parking was pretty close so I sucked it up and it was actually not bad.

The room was very clean and everything seems modern and fresh.
The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep.
The bathroom was trendy, all new fixtures and decor, it also included a mini makeup vanity, I love when hotels have these.

Room service was very efficient both with dinner and the breakfast. The room service menu includes healthy choices. For dinner i ordered a chicken and quinoa salad dish which was amazing. For breakfast i ordered the american breakfast and it was very well prepared. They also serve the breakfast room service untill 2pm which is fantastic.

Coffe in the room is great, it's starbucks and tasted amazing. They even have the starbucks to go cups with the sleeves which scored points for convenience.

I will definitely be back.

Close to airport. Walking distance. Can walk from terminal inside 10 min. Rooms have been updated. Beds are really comfy. Food is good. If you are aircrew, get a discount on food. Gym is good.

THey did amazing job when I got sick and needed emergency medical attention. Staff was amazing and is always helpful. Stay there many times

Easily 5 stars.
Stayed here due to a cancelled flight and really enjoyed the bar, pool, and the constant shuttles that come. It’s also super cool how many pilots and flight attendants come to the hotel and getting the chance to talk to some of those people was very interesting.
Only downside I wish the sauna was working although it is forgiven because this hotel is really truly the best airport hotel I have visited

So this review is a 5 star review, regardless of some oversights such as the room not being cleaned and the loudness but, BUT the positives far outweigh the negatives.

1. They are pet friendly.

2. Location is great.

3. The blankets/duvets are the most comfortable hotel blankets I've ever experienced. They were heaven. Perfect weight. Generous size. Crisp sheets and very soft and cozy. It was almost impossible to get out of bed this morning. Every other hotel should follow this lead, I detest the thin little blankets and coverlets most places have.
