Je mets 1 étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre zéro. Mais leurs produits MOUSTACHE et leur service à la clientèle valent zéro. J'ai pensé économiser en achetant des cartouches de substituts chez eux au lieu des cartouches originales CANON. Résultat, leurs cartouches ont brisé mon imprimante, donc j'ai perdu 300$ (le prix des cartouches MOUSTACHES inutiles) et mon imprimante qu'ils ne vont pas réparer / rembourser évidemment. En attendant, le service à la clientèle est très évasif, vous demande de faire toutes sortes de choses (prendre des photos des cartouches, imprimer des rapports, demander d'aspirer à l'intérieur de mon imprimante) pour finalement ne fournir AUCUNE solution concrète pour mon problème. À FUIR DE TOUTE URGENCE!

Wanted to add additional items to my order which was being prepared. Did not want to help me and said I would even have to pay shipping again for that additional order. Very disappointing. It was my 3rd order that week! It is there loss!: (

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service! Worst online store I’ve ever dealt with. Spend your money elsewhere. 20% restocking fee on returns. Plus pay the shipping back. Worst customer service rep ever. Could not speak English properly. Horrible experience! Go to a local store and spend you money and support local stores in your home town.

Excellent service - you get it within a day and a half of ordering it (in Montreal). Cartridges are great, last long. FYI - never "update" your printer (this is important!) - the "new" software is to detect non manufacturer cartridges and disable them. This is an ongoing cat-mouse game. Never update your printer.

Placing my order through the website was not possible because the item did not appear on the offerings! However, a search for the item showed availability from Shopper+ and I ordered the items (tuff Guy 20x22 inch white kitchen garbage bags). Superb delivery time (1 day!) and the packaging was great.
Also, tried to create an account WITHOUT any success. Attempt simply returns me to their home page!

I haven't tried my product just yet (SCX-4300 printer toner cartridge) but the delivery was very speedy! The online purchase process was smooth and the price was awesome: more than 50% less than what Staples was charging for the same product. Thank you!

Je n’ai pas reçu mon colis malgré votre dépôt à l’entrée à 15h01. Cela n’aurait pas été difficile de sonner pour m’avertir. Effectivement le colis a été volé. Ma première plainte n’a pas reçu de réponse. J’imagine que c’était au mauvais endroit. La deuxième fois a été fructueuse et ils m’ont retourné le colis sans aucun problème.

Thank you shopper + to correct the situation. My package was dropped at the door and stolen and you replaced my order 3 weeks later with no fees.
It is sad to have poor neighbour.

First time I see this courier be used. Original purchase was from Primecables/Shopper+ in Brossard. Purchase date was a Thursday, delivered by Friday afternoon. Very impressive turnaround.

Delivery is fast but consciousness is a bit lacking in my opinion. Then again I am not sure if the delivery guy didn’t put my package in my mailbox because I opened the door as he was taking a picture of proof of delivery but I am not sure either that he would not have left my package on my doorstep that is literally 1-2 inches from sidewalk. Someone could walk by grab the package and go unnoticed (my door is THAT close to the sidewalk). How much more effort does it take to put the delivery in the mailbox that is like 2 feet away?

Wow. What a service. Took just a day (although it says 2 to 3 business days) and delivered at my door. Perfect.

Déçu: le courriel mentionne que le colis a été livré à 14: 35 alors que le dit courriel n'a été envoyé qu' à 17: 35. Le livreur n'a pas du tout sonné car j'étais à la maison de 9: 00am à 17: 00hre. J'ai même appelé à Shopper + vers 14: 30hre avant de sortir. Le colis a donc été laissé à la porte par cette température glaciale. J'espère seulement que les cartouches d'encre commandées sont encore utilisables.

My item was back order and I was never told (and it didn't mention it on the website). Waited, and waited without having any update. Although, when I realized and asked for a refund, the process was quick and easy.

On sonne à la porte, le colis est déposé dans le portique, à 16h30, ;et je reçois un message indiquant que le colis est livré à 12h43.
On a pas le même fuseau horaire.

Ils sont bon pour livrer les produits mais si un produit n'est pas à votre satisfaction, leur serveur de retour pour recevoir un no de retour est complètement pourri, 24 heures de temps de réponse entre chaque message pour finir par ne jamais recevoir de no de retour.pour des petits objets sans trop de valeur je recommande mais pour l'achat de télé ou gros appareil je ne recommande pas, nous sommes très loin du service de retour de Amazon ou de Costco.

Normally I would prefer to use them over Amazon, as they are Canadian, the prices and selection for 123ink or prime cables is very good the shipping is the weakest link. From the time you order it and it leaves the warehouse seems to take up to 3 days now. The the shipping is by land and FedEx which used to be ok but I am now waiting over two weeks for my item since FedEx has received it. Worst part is Shoppers+ have a warehouse in Richmond BC but insists on using the QC one instead.

Ordered ink for Epson printer. Cartridges varied from empty, to unable to be recognized to working for 1 or 2 days. Very poor quality. Purchased epson ink online and everything was good again.

They responded to my initial review and email on Oct 19th and promised a full refund. 4 sets of cartridges = 16 cartridges. Refund processed was for 1/4 what I paid.

I again contacted them and they refused to respond.

Great Canadian company. I used to order from Monoprice until I found primecables. The prices are generally good and you often get free shipping. I did an order yesterday and it arrived this morning. Good job guys!

This is the first time I ordered from this company. I placed my order on a Sunday and by Monday, the next morning my boxes were at my door. I was very impressed with the fast delivery and with parcels being stolen from porches in general, I greatly appreciated that the driver rang my doorbell before leaving. I will definitely order from Shopperplus.ca again.

Where is my order? Some one items you bring them to me they are so heavy, i have to bring in door and call the customer service but no one come back to pick up, i have to bring back out side you can come to pick up any time but i do not reponsible for that items, Please resend my order #36045329

J'ai commencé par commander chez eux en petites quantités, et je me faisais livrer dans un Métro de Montréal. D'abord, l'idée est génial et innovatrice selon moi! Petit coup de déplacement et donc de pollution, puis aussi très facile de passer chercher sa commande en route vers la maison que je sois en auto ou en transport en commun. Ensuite, dans le cas où je ne puisse me déplacer, il est possible d'enregistrer le nom d'un 2e ramasseur autorisé. Ça aussi c'est génial! Hier, la commande que j'ai faite était surdimensionné et donc l'option de livraison au Métro de mon choix n'était pas disponible. Toutefois, avec le coût minime d'un le livraison sur l'île. J'ai opté pour la livraison à la maison. Le colis est arrivé le jour même! J'ai également déjà eu à faire un retour avec eux, le processus est simple, et le bordereau de retour ne m'a rien coûté. J'ai été à la poste comme lors d'un retour Amazon et mon remboursement à été fait sur ma cartes quelques jours plus tard.

En somme, je suis super satisfaite, et je recommande à tous vos services. De plus, la grande diversité de produits que vous offrez est alléchante! Merci encore!

Le livreur a pris l'ascenseur et est venu me le porter à la porte, ce que beaucoup de compagnies ne font pas.ils le laissent dans l'entrée et nous sommes 90 logements (on peut se le faire voler) Merci pour le service et il était presque 20.00 heure

I tried to order a toaster oven on their site. The first time I ordered it, they cancelled my order because my shipping address was not the address attached to my credit card. I updated my profile with the billing address as the address that is attached to my card and replaced the order, they cancelled it again because even though the billing address matched, it was not my shipping address. Customer service representative Patrick told me to use PayPal Express, which I did because then it is PayPal who would take the fraud, not them. They have cancelled my order for the third time because my PalPal address does not match my shipping address. I will not be trying to order anything again from this site. I will also never be registering a credit card to the apartment I am currently living just so I can use this site. My credit card is not fraudulent one, it is Shopper Plus’ system that is, what I can only describe as, ridiculous. I would not trust it, this whole experience has been sketchy and I hope they refund my credit card, that has been charged twice now for nothing.

Have been doing business for them for years, not anymore! When they found no one to deliver to they left the package on a small plant outside while it was snowing. All the items inside are wet!

Talked to a manager, said I shouldn't have discarded the items, even though it was soaking wet!
Was refunded but no compensation was offered.

Bad management, bad customer service, only order from them if you want your items wet or full of snow.

C'est ma première expérience et j'en suis abasourdie. Service ultra rapide moins de 4h. Tout est parfait et mieux encore la qualité est au rendez-vous. Incroyable! Je ne me souviens pas d'un service comme celui là par internet et j'ai acheté souvent (plus de 500 fois c sur) Je vais recommander!

Order is lost in mail by Canada post. I was told by shopper+ to initially wait for 48 hours for the delivery after which I will get the shipping charges refunded and a new product will be send.
Shipping charges were refunded but they are not sending me the product as promised and are referring to the same tracking number which shows no movement for the past week.
The support chat person left me hanging and stopped responding to my texts. I don’t know how will I get my order or refund. Shopper+ is not acting like a Canadian company. If you see a good price online theirs going to be a catch.

Could not ask for better service. Ordered in the morning. Picked it up at the vaudreuil warehouse at 14.00

This is a really non-professional company. Lowest qualified staffs. Lowest qualified service. Very poor language services. I really don’t know where do they find these non-professional employees.

Amazing! Same day delivery, I was not expecting that at all since I did not pay for faster shipping. I chose the free option and I had my printer later that day. Will purchase from them again with no hesitation.

Second time ordering from them and I am Amazed at the low prices and delivery is SO FAST! I did not even know that I was receiving same day shipment and the delivery guide was really polite and wore a Shopper+ lanyard and card. Can't beat that with Canada Post or those other delivery companies that just toss the box on the door step! I will order from them again for sure! It's nice to see that we can get good service and fast/almost free shipping even outside our the US!

Very reasonable price and efficient customer services. Some products from different suppliers are not as good as others. Propose to track product quality reports and sell good products.

Surprisingly Fast delivery! I made an order today at about 11am and somehow received same day delivery with the package arriving before 5pm (FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over $49). I live in the West Island in Montreal.

Two stars because the prices were great, and it arrived quickly but discovered the products (and staff I was in contact with) were from China, not Canada, so products were like dollar store quality. Long process to make returns (because of time difference in China), and they take a chunk of your payment back for "restocking". Not impressed.

I had a great experience by buying online, delivery was fast, product quality is superb and best price on the market, i would definitely recommend buying from Shopper Plus.

After sale service ia not very thorough when it comes to answering emails.

Shipping was late therefore delivery was late.

Wrong item received- ordered 1 unit but got a box of 5. I was happy at this point until i opened the package to find the package was incomplete.
