I call just now to take appointement someone take the phone i said hi hello he just close the line without any reply and then i call back same second i find line busy i think u have to think about who work with u doctor on this reception! Many people speak about that

It's a fantastic clinic! The doctor, dr. Silver, is friendly and smart. The secretary is not very friendly but the doctor himself is great!

My family members have files here so I called to inquiry about contact lenses. I was met with such hostility by the receptionist. Before asking my question, I could already hear that she was not enjoying being where she was this morning.

Anyways, she said the doctors doesn't do that anymore and that he stopped doing it for year. As if i'm supposed to know.

The call lasted about 1 minute which is all that needed to get the information I need. It's too bad she was rude and not interested in helping me. If ever I was greeted or treated like that by the doctor she represents, I would never see that professional again. The experience I just had was so bad. It has developed such a bad reputation for the office she represents. It's a shame because I'm sure the doctor himself is great at what he does, but I wouldn't want to call that number again.

I'd rather have bad eye sights than call this woman for anything.

Referred to Dr Silver by clinic for an recurring eye inflammation. Very professional and knowledgeable and did a full eye exam then prescribed an ointment and follow up appointment 2 weeks later. Made me feel less anxious about my eye problem by ruling out several possibilities. Highly recommend Dr Silver

Superb doctor. Made an otherwise hellish dental experience as comfortable as could be. Gentle and great sense of humour.

Worst bedside manner ever and took 9 weeks and multiple reminders from my GP to even call in a referral - he is old, rude, and in my case proved not just useless but made getting to a solution much harder.
