Everything went very smoothly at customs with their well organized TN packet. Matthew and Melissa S went above and beyond to make my life easier - they verified my visa stamp was accurate as soon as I left customs and sent me a PDF of my I94 within a few hours so I knew I was ready to work on arrival.

I spoke with Matthew on the phone for a consult in supporting my marriage visa in the US and all these 5 stars make me think they’re definitely fake. Matthew didn’t seem to care about my situation at all, he didn’t ask me any questions about my situation, he was harsh and instilled so much fear in me that I nearly had a panic attack and my partner and I spent the afternoon researching countries we could live together abroad. I had two more consultations with other firms who assured me my case was common, that I would have no problems getting a visa, and that fear tactics were often used to try and get clients. That being said maybe he was having a bad day but it seemed Matthew had zero desire to help me. Would not recommend but, go find out for yourself!
