I personally recommend only one person to go see for your next car at this dealership. Christiano de Santis is the one you have to go see. It's my third car with him. Very honest, straight to the point, definitely feel confident dealing with him. You'll never feel like you're getting screwed. The reason why I keep buying from silver star.

Mercedes is a very well known reputable company and but this silver star Mercedes’-Benz dealer has a very bad service, the certification for used cars is questionable! The service after sale is very bad, i personally suggest everyone to avoid silver star and visit another Mercedes dealer for a better service

Très mauvais service.
Ne respecte pas leur engagement, même si il y a un dépôt de fait sur le véhicule, même si le crédit est approuvé sans complication, même si le véhicule est « vendu » selon leur inventaire. Ils décident de changer l’entente une fois que le client est en route pour l’échange des véhicules. Bref, ils nous font perdre notre temps. Je recommande un autre concessionnaire Mercedes le service est 100x meilleur ailleurs.

Comparatively to other Mercedes dealerships, Silverstar is far and away the best MB dealer in Montreal (in my experience). Friendly customer service and they will not tell you what you want to hear just to get their most desired result. I suggest if you're looking at Mercedes to visit Silverstar first.

For eight consecutive weeks the Check Engine Light went ON every weekend on my GLK350 after the very first maintenance at Mercedes-Benz West Island Montreal. It often happens when driving on highways. When the light went ON, the car suddenly loose power and vibrates. Bizarrely the problem always happens on weekend, and disappears on Monday, so when I brought the car to the service (twice) on the following Mondays, their mechanics couldn't find out the root cause. They kept asking me to bring the car in the next time when the problem occurs.
Disappointed with West Island's capabilities, I took a chance on Mercedes-Benz SilverStar Montreal. To my surprise, SilverStar mechanics solved the problem right away.
Thank you, SilverStar. By fixing the problem, you probably saved my life even my family's lives.

Just payed $400, basically for nothing. Just "diagnostic" without a report. $24.61 for a simple key battery, which is $3 at Pharmaprix. They did not screw the sensor on my front tire all the way through, so the tire was flat when I picked the car. No way I will service my car at this place ever again.

Pieter and his team did an excellent job finding us the right car. We are from out of province and purchased the car unseen based on Pieter's knowledge and good word. The vehicle was exactly as Pieter described it, Perfect! Pieter arranged for us to meet up with him and his assistant Brittany to complete the paperwork and drive the car home. From start to delivery, I met staff and management who were consummate professionals making my entire purchase procedure a pleasure. There are no pressure sales tactics and all questions are answered promptly and efficiently.

We had absolutely fabulous service from Calvin and Pieter! They make a perfect "A Team". We were sold not only on the car but also the service they provided during the entire process. We visited many dealers and by far this was the best experience. They made themselves available during the entire process for our many questions. Thank-you and we are enjoying our beautiful new car and we even drove away with a full tank of gas. A nice touch!

I bought 2 cars at the same time from Silver Star (E400 and GLA 250) and was "blessed' to be introduced to Maher Jundi. Three years into one lease and one purchase, I must say that the level of service, information, facilitation of procedures and advice I got from Mr. Jundi went beyond the call of duty. Mercedes is lucky to have him in its ranks.

I had a major repair done to my car and I have to say that Mercedes Silverstar is so lucky to have an employee like Andrew Longo work for them. Andrew took the time to explain what the issue was and always provided follow-ups as the part in question took over 2 months to arrive from Germany. Andrew offered top notch service during all this time and made sure that I had a courtesy car to my liking. Not only he knows what he is talking about but he has great customer service skills. Thank you Andrew for your excellent and 5 star service!

Initially when we bought our car at silver star, we went through some unpleasant experiences; however, we got all issues resolved in a very good manner. In particular, would like to greatly appreciate Mr. Frank Corica, the service department manager, who spent plenty of time and effort to make us happy. He is really a valuable resource that Mercedes should be proud of having him in their team.

What is important was that how much Silver star Benz values their customers and do their best to make them satisfied. This is something noticeable. I hope they keep their great work and always think about their customers.

My husband and I purchased our GLC last November with Harrison and I literally could not have asked for a kinder, more knowledgable person at the dealership. The service and entire experience was significantly better than any other luxury car dealership in the city, and I've been to them all. Out of all the dealerships I have visited in my life, Silver Star has provided me with by far the worst customer service I have seen to date. I recently did a lease take-over with Silver Star and wanted to make everyone aware of what goes on at this dealership.

To start, my file was assigned to a man named John Lackstone. All my personal documents in my credit application, including my SIN were sent over to John, and I was expecting a response from him. A few days later, I received a response from a woman named Tiffany Baldo, which was strange to me as she was not the advisor assigned to my file. Upon calling Tiffany to follow up, she was cold and held an attitude with me, which I found to be extremely unprofessional especially coming from staff of a luxury car dealership. Furthermore, I personally discovered that all my personal information had been leaked, and people outside the dealership have received direct access to all my confidential information. Ignoring both these matters as I knew this was an issue I would take up with management, and I did not have the energy to deal with the attitude, I signed my papers and payed my deposit.

After completing the file with Tiffany, I proceeded to ask the receptionist to see the manager in order to file a complaint. The only time Tiffany seemed interested in checking up on me as a client was during the time she saw me in one of the manager’s office (Samuel). Upon filing my complaint, Samuel had agreed that what has happened was not acceptable, and that he would be launching an internal investigation to find out what has happened and how extensively my information was leaked. A few days later I received an update that he has not forgotten about me, but he was still investigating. I signed my lease papers around one week later on October 5 (still haven’t heard anything back about my complaint at this point), payed for only the registration as I was told I did not need to make my first payment (even though I asked if I should) as it has been taken care of by the previous leaser, and I would take over payments starting next month (November 5).

On November 10th, I was charged the amount twice. Upon calling Mercedes Benz Financial Services, They informed me that Silver Star has put in the withdrawal request late, and requested for October and November payments to be withdrawn, which was never mentioned to me or been authorized by me. MBFS told me that they were sorry about the situation, but the dealership provided me with incorrect information and that they should have been more clear and upfront about this situation to me at the time of sale.

On top of all of this, I was having an issue with my car during this whole time as I was having very bad fuel efficiency, and my car was barely driving 200-300km on a full tank. After multiple visits to the service department, I unsurprisingly received even worse service then at the sales department. My car has still not been repaired to date as the mechanics did not even take a look at the pictures or logs I provided proving my poor fuel efficiency, and they did not even check the car before dismissing my complaint.

Finally, two months later after all of these horrible experiences, I am yet to receive an update from management regarding my complaint, as it was probably forgotten about since Silver Star does not care about their clients or their experience at their dealership. After owning several other luxury cars, I was looking forward towards my first Mercedes Benz, expecting an excellent experience, but unfortunately this was not the case, and I am extremely disappointed in this dealership, the service, as well as my vehicle. I truly believe that this does not reflect what Mercedes-Benz stands for, and that this situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I had an issue with my GLE and reached out Mr. Samuel Daoust. He is very helpful, professional and down to earth! When the car was ready for pick up, he got it delivered to my place! What an exceptional service!
Also, I would give a shout out for Mr. Giovani for his great and kind personality!
I would recommend both gentleman if you are planning to buy a MB from silverstar!

La madame des rendez-vous pour la réparation est superbe.
En finale, ils ont un côté hautain et te font sentir que si tu n'as pas acheté une voiture chez eux tu n'as pas d'affaire à les appeler pour les déranger. Je mets 3 étoiles car ils ont quand même pris le temps d'écouter sous mon insistance, mes questions.

I originally was going to give a 1 star with my very unpleasant experience with a highly known sales manager here & was never going to come back. A few weeks later I get a call asking if I'm still interested as they're having an event. I decided, sure, let's give them another shot and see if they can help me with what I am looking for (not knowing I had a bad experience)

JOE CARUSO is truly a great man. Right from the start, he makes you feel like you're in good hands. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and he makes you feel comfortable, you will without a doubt have a great time as he also is very funny. Joe takes the time to know what you want, and he tries his best to get it. I highly recommend going to see him first! (Especially if you don't want to have any bad experienced the first time around ;)

Along with BRET, he is a great sales specialist. He provided me with an experience, not even my 1st one was could. He took the time & showed me everything I would've wanted to know or didn't know I needed! Small features here and there, very knowledgeable and a very personality you can be extremely comfortable with.

These two are a great duo. If you can, I highly recommend them.

Back in January, me and Pascale, visited the Montreal auto show only to Discover that the Mercedes Kiosk was SilverStar's own. This is where we have met Zachary who talked to us for a good period of time. We gave him our expectations and he mentioned he would follow back. A month ago, not only had he followed up already with us prior, he reached back to inform us that a private sale was coming up in July. He followed through again in July to offer us proactively what we were looking for. As customers we felt cared for and guided in our searching process. Customer service is not just about meeting expectations, it's mostly about managing a relationship, exceeding expectations. As customers, we always felt that we were making the right choice by choosing Silverstar as our car dealership. We now have a product that we, me and my love one really like and even more, we have a valued business relationship. Thanks to Paul Harari for his availability and his openness to better understand what we were going through. Our Final Kudos goes to Christiano DeSantis, as customers we were able to be heard, listen to and in such process, we also observed how much involvement he threw in. At the end, for this, he has all our respect and we appreciate it a lot. His proactivity and advocacy were felt and for this, we will remain loyal to the brand and the dealership. We wish that many more customers can benefit from his customer caring and resolution skills in the future.
