Came in looking for a pendant. Man showed me some, but was always typing on his phone. Didn’t bother me so I took a look at 2 of the trays, Found something nice and was ready to buy but wanted to check out another tray. Suddenly the man told me to leave and that he wasn’t going to show me any more, in a passive aggressive tone. Who talks like that to potential customers? I asked for a reason and he said he didn’t like that I touched some of his jewelry, shaking his head and all. I apologized but if you didn’t like that just tell me from the beginning, and I wouldn’t have lol, but instead he kicked me out and I quote “Go, you touch everything I show”. If I’m gonna spend hundreds or thousands on jewellery of course I’m going to handle it and check it out. Never going back and I recommend nobody does. I was shocked by his attitude that I didn’t even say anything and left. I’ve turned right over and bought jewellery at a friendly and welcoming shop just a hundred feet from his shop. If you don’t want my business, tell me at the door so we don’t waste each others time.

Service à la clientèle exécrable. Lorsque j’ai montré mon bijou en or qui a bizarrement terni, l’homme derrière le comptoir m’a agressivement répondu que ce n’était pas lui qui m’avait vendu cela alors que j’ai bel et bien acheté mon bijou à cet endroit. J’ai essayé de lui expliquer, mais rien à faire, il haussait le ton et devenait de plus en plus irrespectueux pour finalement me chasser en me criant de sortir. Pire expérience à vie, je ne remets plus jamais le pied là bas!

He can custom make practically any piece and tell you if it's realistic within your budget. He's really the best! He even pierced my son's ear. I've been to other places that have ripped me off so I traded in all my trash gold jewelry and bought something of quality. I recommend this shop.
