I used piscine Sirius for the first time this year. They replaced my inground pool liner. Awesome work. Very professional. Will definitely use them again for any other pool related work.

J’ai acheté des pièces pour la piscine et que la vendeuse m’a recommandé mais ils ne font pas. Je n’ai même pas utilisé les pièces elles sont propre et neuves. J’ai demandé de me rembourser et ils ont refusé. J’en avais pour 100. O0 $. De plus, j’ai remarqué que le prix des pièces sont beaucoup plus dispendieuses que d’autres magasins de piscine. Jour et la nuit. Délais et fausses promesses sur les dates et surprise dans les montants facturés. Un stress que nous n’avons pas de besoin. Le seul point positif, le tout fut bien réparer… pour le moment mais a quel prix. Je je ferai plus affaire avec eux.

Very good store, highly recommend. My friend has a indoor in- ground pool was leaking. They sent the best technicians and gave the good solution. The sales girl in the stroe gave a crystal explanation for the job. My friend is very appropriate.

I had a serious problem that developed over the years with my inground pool. The shallow end of the pool was sinking due to improper foundation that were installed by another pool company. Piscine Sirius did a fantastic job of redoing the end that was sinking and corrected all the initial installation mistakes that had been done. They went out of their way to ensure the work was done correctly this time. Thank you Piscine Sirius!

J'ai fait affaire avec piscine Sirius de Laval pour le changement de ma toile et on m'a offert un excellent service. Il m'ont permis de faire de grosse économie en me suggérant de commander ma toile la saison passée afin d'éviter l'augmentation. Très courtois et un service à la clientèle sans reproche. Je les recomande certainement.

INCROYABLE! Le service que j'ai reçu était le top du top. Ils m'ont même rappeler pour savoir si l'eau était bonne hehe. Sérieusement c'est pas parce que c'est moins chère que la qualité n'était pas là. Merci à toute l'équipe pour l'été de rêve qu'on va passer.

Very unreliable, I took a day off work they never showed nor did they call to cancel or postpone. I called them and didn’t leave a message they called me back and said they said they missed a call from me and how could they help me? I told them I had an appointment with them to come and close my pool and they said “oh sorry with the weather we’ve been really busy and we couldn’t make it today”. I said OK are you able to come in the near future they said “yes absolutely 100% we will be there this coming Sunday” which was six days after my original appointment. I said please I’m staying in town this weekend and waiting for you if you cannot make it can you please call me and let me know on Friday? “Yes madame, no problem of course” was the response. It is now Sunday at 5 PM and I never received a phone call nor did they show. I called and left a message to remind them at 10 AM today being Sunday. No response. I highly suggest you call someone else if you want a reliable service. They clearly don’t care!

Listen to the other reviews, I wish I had. Please go elsewhere. These are the most dishonest people you will ever encounter. They are not people of their word, and customer service is the worst you can imagine. They Never answer their phones, dont return messages and have the worst after sale service. Promise you the sun and moon, take your money and then disappear. Save yourself a headache and activation go somewhere else!

The installation was so poor, with a lot of errors, the floor tissue was full of wrinkles, the columns were not correctly aligned (and they are still), and there was a hole in the tissue even before it could be used. This is not the main problem, but the irresponsible and late service response was the worst. I don't recommend for any one.

I called them because I have a leak, he did the pressure test and he told me that I have a leak. When i asked what the solution is, he said he doesn’t know where the leak is and that i have to remove the entire cement around the pool to find the leak, he wants $10,000 To do it.
So basically I wasted $160 to get an information that I already know.
Now I need to find a real company to do a real test to find where the leak is and give me a logic solution.
Thank you for nothing.

J'ai eu à refaire la toile de ma piscine et j’ai eu un très bon service, de la part du service à la clientèle, le prix de la toile, le grand choix de toiles et le délai de l'installation. Sans oublier Sam l'installateur qui a fait un excellent travail et à qui je dis un gros merci.

Cauchemar. Beaucoup trop chère, pas professionnels. Ils travailles a la course ils prennent pas le temps de bien faire les choses. En plus ils ont découper la vieille toile autour de l'écumoir et installer la nouvelle par dessus.j'ai été obligé de réinstaller les capuchons car ils étais installer tout croche car c'étais trop long pour les installer comme il faut etc.en plus ils ont le culot de me charger le gros prix pour passer un coup de râteau au fond avant d'installer la nouvelle toile. Cauchemar.

Réceptionniste sur la coche elle connais très bien ses produits et Un service professionnel par le technicien qui est venu, je lui donne 5 etoile le meilleur je vous le recommande
