Very nice and respectful staff. The sales associate was very patient and kind with my father. The shoes are also very comfortable and good quality. Although, I wish they had more bigger sizes for women but other than that staff and customer service is wonderful!

Sales person makes my 93 year old try on a size 7 when we clearly asked for a size 9. She is not helpful and makes this experience in-store question wheither it would be better to shop on-line.

Very friendly and nice staff. The last time I shopped here was last Summer and I had a great experience. So I came back recently and got a great service as expected! The young guy with curly hair that served me was unfortunately not there anymore. He was very polite and had the patience to serve me and my daughters. He knew many details about different types of shoes and helped us find the best fit. Very rare to find such high quality service nowadays. Very impressed and will go back again soon with my daughters!

The staff and Tana the store manager are more than professional. Tania helped me and resolved my issue in less than 2 minute. We’ll definitely go shop there. I shopped at this store at Fairview last week bought a pair of go walk 5 performance sneakers I brisk walk every night like them a lot so, I came back on Saturday to buy another pair for working out in my home gym they didn't have my size, so I bought a pair of lightweight sneakers which I am also very happy with! The service both times was great I have no complaints if I ever need new sneakers I'll definitely come back.

One of the employees kicked my friends and I out of the store for looking at a shoe weird.

I have been to a lot of shoe stores and it is very hard for me to fine a great fit but Tanya has the Midas Touch! And she has all the qualities, very customer oriented and she demands total customer satisfaction. What more could a client want, as a customer you have Peace of Mind.
