My family and I had a great time. Clean facility, great staff, we'll be going back again soon!

My kids had a blast! Fun space to bring your kids! Have been in the West Island for a long time and never came here, won't be the last! Staff was extremely kind!

Everyone there defaults to speaking English. Fun stuff. Cyber Sport thing hella fun. Be careful not to rip your skin off on the trampolines though. Also beware of kids. Some of them are pretty vicious.

900$ plus tax for a party of 30, but it only includes 1 activity! What a horrible set of packages this place has how absurd.

* The audacity of the owner talking about my budget. I can definitely afford it, but the prices you are charging are not worth the flimsy options you are giving. Absurd, to say the least.

It was so fun, specially in laser tag. Yeti was genuinely so nice and freindly. Surely recommend.

Today on mother’s day weekend at this place was obviously empty (we were lucky that we had this place for ourselves), at first we reserved online at their website pretty last minute and being all confused with the activities offered so we end up calling to book our time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (other places mentions the staff being lazy but not here). We were explained every step what to do and things to be careful (with my niece and nephew being under 7 years old).

This place is huge, well maintained, safe and fun! At each corner they were staff supervising (they were actually watching carefully to make sure nobody
gets hurt)

We chose the first package which had
60minutes of trampoline jump, and $10 card of arcade and it was plenty enough for us since jumping even for 15-20min non stop makes you sweat crazy! My sister and I being in our 40s, it didn’t stop us having fun! Adults have fun as well!

If ever your question is, can i bring someone who just wants to watch without paying a fee, yes! They will ask whoever who is participating to buy the antislip socks, but for those who is not participating, as long as you walk around with your own socks. My mom in her 60s, just walked, followed us everywhere and took photos of us jumping.

Just make sure when you reserve, there is this activity called “cybersport”, make sure its available since you dont want to pay for something that is closed for the day.overall this was a better experience than I thought it would be! Other trampoline locations did not have good reviews about staffs and cleanliness, but will definitely go back to this one for sure! We had a blast

Decently priced and it was a lot of fun loved that they had laser tag and a trampoline park just wished they had a foam pit.

Our children had a great time, and the staff was very helpful and patient, even though there was a very big crowd and it was very hectic, I am Jewish and most of the people that went there on that day were Jewish, and the management played Jewish music to make us feel welcome, my family will definitely go there.

What a blast! Went with a group of colleagues as part of our year-end celebration. It was great. Staff is awesome. Laser tag is so fun. Cybersport is the best!

If I could rate this place more than five stars, I would. I brought my daughter here and she had the best time. The energy and vibe of this place is amazing and the customer service is the best I’ve seen by far. This place is very well organized. Special thanks to Rosie and Mico who made sure my kid had lots of fun. They even had a race contest with her in the obstacle course. Will definitely be back and hope to see them next time!

First time visiting and will be our last. Extremely rude manager/Owner (Blonde lady) I didn't bother getting her name, She had such an attitude and as I see other bad reviews on here I am not the only one who thinks this way.we never got greeted or told "Thank you, enjoy" after paying almost $80 to jump on a trampoline for (only an hour) yup you have to pay per hour. Boy supervising the area was very nice to us he gave my children a smile.

Had an amazing time! Went there yesterday as a big group (23-25 people) and the crew at the reception handle the payment perfectly fine, we were guided through the place and the workers were very engaging and hyping us up which made it even more fun, very polite and helpful! Although we were a big group of young adults they were extremely polite & patient and we really appreciated their work and really wanted to say thank you to every single one of them! <3

Laser Tag was extremely fun, unfortunately there was a blackout mid game … but the employees ensured us that the company we’d contact us to figure something out, so we could come finish our game! Although we didn’t get to complete our activity, we were still satisfied with what we were able to do & will definitely be back to complete our laser tag game!

The staff were very kind and thoughtful. We are from Ottawa and came to MTL for a visit. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Je veux plus rentrer dans les détails mais il est fait mal a mon fils de 4 ans qu’il veut jouer plus a la place de sa sœur qu’elle a encore de 30 min parceque j’ai deja payé 42$ pour rien il n’a pas jouer et il attend ses frères mais le travailleur la bas dès que le rentrer il était pas gentil et de nous regarde de façon bizarre même quand je veux juste parler avec lui il fait des geste avec sa collègue… et a la fin quand j’ai demandé de changer le bracelet avec ma fille j’ai pas parlé avec lui j’entraîne de parler avec l’autre travailleur il est monté pour crier a mon fils et a moi…il ma dit cest lui-même le responsable mais je pense non car j’ai jamais vu un responsable qui accueillir les gens comme ca
Mais il ya un maniére de parler et il n’est pas ni chaleureux et serviable comment engager des personnels pour les jeux des enfants comme lui aucun réaction envers les enfants ️️

The best place. Laser Tag was top abs the trampolines are tight and jumped to the moon. I love it

Had a great time with my granddaughter. She was very well received. The staff was friendly and attentive and very generous. My son was allowed to supervise her everywhere she went at no extra cost. The place was very clean and safe. My granddaughter had a terrific time, she didn't want to leave!

It was so much fun, the kids had a blast, my boyfriend and I as well. We will go back for sure.

This past week I went to Skytag. There have a trampoline park and laser tag. We went to experience the trampoline park. When we arrived the guy at the desk confirmed our booking, sold us our socks and gave us all the details about the different areas on the trampolines.

There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Each of us got a $5 arcade card to use on the arcade games.

There was only one other group/family there when we were there which was great.

TRAMPOLINES
There are 3 hill/incline trampolines, the regular trampoline square area, the sponge pit, two basketball areas, a dodge ball area, an obstacle course and a wipeout area.

Unfortunately that wipeout area was out of service. That was a real bummer as that was one of the things my son was so looking forward too.

For the obstacle course area, two people could usually do it together and race, however, when we went there was an ac leak over one side of the obstacle course. So only one side was functional.
There was an employee available to turn on the obstacle course for us when we wanted to use it. He was friendly and very apologetic.

The doge ball and basketball areas were all good.

The sponge pit was closed off for health and safety reasons. As they cannot sanitize every sponge, every time someone uses it.

I did notice a few areas on the trampolines were visibly repaired.

ARCADE GAMES
The games ranged from $1 - $2 so each of us roughly got about 2 games.

Some of the game were out of order. For example there were two car games and one was not working. There were two motorcycle games and only one was working.

But the kids had lots of fun using playing games after jumping around.

Overall it was a good experience, the staff were friendly. I felt comfortable in the fact that there was only one other group/family there when we went. The place was very clean and the staff kept cleaning while we were there.
It’s a bit difficult breathing with a mask on while jumping though.
I think once the repairs are done it would be much more fun.

The kids had a blast and was able to release some of their energy.

Amazing place, the trampolines are super fun and the laser tag room is fantastic and the equipment works surprisingly well. Staff was friendly, helpful, and patient with the kids.

However what's up with "cash only"? Especially nowadays? And somehow 1 hour later someone from our group was able to make a debit purchase yet i was denied earlier? Let me spend my money? !?

Went to Customer Service to ask for help. Every one of my questions was answered with a mockingly tone.

Excellent place to have a kids birthday party; outstanding service, great food (we ordered the pizza combo and slushes and it was very tasty) ; excellent organization and mix of structured and non-structured activities; the grounds are very clean; in addition, our hostess, Vass, was super attentive, prompt, and understanding of our needs; we have organized b-day parties for our son many years and her customer service skills do not compare! Thank you for your outstanding work, Vass!

It's so much fun! There are so many more things to do there than other Trampoline parks. They have obstacle courses, dodgeball and really bouncy trampolines than go into a big foam pit. There's also lazer tag which is the funnest thing for birthdays. They have arcade games and a snack bar with loads of ice cream they call I-Scream.

I had a great time here a lot of kids as expected. Just pick a time if you want to go with teens or adults! Just in case, but its clean not very expensive and a great way to burn off energy.

Bad customer service. Policies and procedures are unclear. The manager lied about their policies and is not trustworthy. Would avoid at all cost.

What a real off. Called 2 wks in advance to cancel and my deposit was non- refundable, but no one tells you this while reserving right. Beware

They deserve a 5 star rating for safety! I was there visiting from Connecticut and gave them a hard time about not allowing the kids to just run freely and jump around. I now see that they are right and I was wrong.
When returning to Connecticut we went to another trampoline park and my 2.5 year old had to go straight to the emergency room as there were no rules or staff to prevent a big kid from double bouncing my toddler into the air and injuring her legs! When we got to the hospital we were the SECOND family to arrive and the other little girl now needs surgery! The staff at the hospital told me that the Orthopaedic surgeons loved this place as it brings them so much business. Thank you Skytag Montreal for being so vigilant and actually caring about my child’s safety. I learned a valuable lesson, Double bouncing a young child is no joke and can result in very serious injury.

Few trampolines. 1 foam pit. Dodge ball area. 1v1 obstacle race. Lazer quest. It's a good place to spend a couple of hours, but it's kinda small. Didn't try the lazer quest though.

I had my daughter's Birthday and she enjoyed her time with her friends, the host Christian was so friendly and hospitable. I recommend this place for the kids.

Good place to spend an hour with kids, but they don't have a big space and I remember once last time I went there with my family, after purchasing the tickets, we were told by one of the girls not to use the trampoline area, as they just reserved it for school kids. We should have been advised prior to purchasing the tickets and she refuse to refund us also.

So many great things to do with the family. We opted for laser tag. We waited around 10 minutes, and were called to put our names and information into the computer. Then we were taken downstairs to watch an instruction video and then headed into a room nearby to place the electronic vest on. We were divided into a red and green team. (Pro tip: really liked spy mode) We played four, six-minute games of laser tag. Everyone had so much fun playing.

Pour être honnête j'ai passe une bonne soirer, la seule chose qui a été dérangeant c'est que les employer était si débordé qui n'ont pas pu offrir un bon servis a la clientèle

Très divertissant pour les enfants, mais quand même dispendieux. Nous sommes allés un samedi après-midi et il y avait beaucoup trop de jeunes enfants. Le laser tag est moins intéressant quand nous sommes seulement 2 adultes avec 2 ados contre une grosse gang d’enfants qui ne prennent pas le jeu au sérieux. Beaucoup de monde sur les trampolines, donc il faut souvent attendre. Très très peu d’arcades qui coûte cher! Le service est bon et les employés sont sympathiques pour la plupart. Ils vendent des paires de bas antidérapant 4$ la paire pour les trampolines, sinon il faut aller pieds nu. Nous avions pris la peine de s’apporter des bas, mais ils ne veulent pas qu’on les porte. Endroit à essayer une fois, mais nous y retournerons plus.

Kids love it and it's a good size for a couple hours of playing. Staff is friendly. Looking forward to the opening of their snack bar in a few weeks!

Would love to see a larger arcade and kids enjoy playing after bouncing.

Great place for young children, the place offers laser tag, trampolines, wipe out games and bumper cars. You pay here by time so 30min starting, 60min, 90min and etc. Personally an hour is good enough, the place is not too crowded, free parking restaurant available, few arcades machines.

We have my daughter's birthday party here! And it was amazing! The kids love it and all the staff was amazing!

Brought mt daughter for her birthday and she has a so much fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and even me and my wife had fun.

I love this place! Really cleaned up and spaced because it's not as popular as iSaute, but I think it's better. They're easy to call and it's really easy to reserve as well! If you want to have a good family time with your kids or just want to jump around with your friends, you've found the right place!

I came here once and it was a horrible experience the whole time I was there. The staff is just too rude, the owner should have a serious talk with them. They're too bossy, especially the blonde one that is there. And way too expensive. Also, I hurt my wrist in the basketball place, very dangerous. One star.

Fun place for the kids. I just dont like the fact that non paying parents get to hang out upstairs.its a bit far if you have to reach out to your kids quickly.

Bon pour les activités de team building. Les animateur étaient courtois et claires dans leurs explications. Les équipements de lazer tag fonctionnaient très bien comparé à d'autres centres d'amusement semblables.

The kids had to eat in the car because they wanted $50 to let us eat our own food inside. The tall blonde woman kicked all 8 kids out before finishing the last round of laser tag. Unpleasant staff. Waste of time and $$$

When big boys start to jump, kids tend to get out. They should find a solution for this. Nice and comfortable waiting area for parents. Do not forget to bring your own coffee.

Un endroit très chouette. Il y a beaucoup de jeux. Pour enfants surtout. Des trampolines (beaucoup de trampolines.), des jeux vidéos de voitures, des jeux de basket-ball.etc. Il y a aussi un espace, des salles et des terrasses disponibles pour fêter les anniversaires (les trampolines sont souvent inclus dans la réservation). On peut également commander des pizzas à l'avance pour un événement.

Loved it i was bouncing everywhere and im 25 years old just need to expect soreness the nxt day. Decent price u can even get a monthly pass which would be worth it
