Sleep Inn & Suites Quebec City East

Very good hotel on the outskirts of Quebec and at an affordable price. You need a car, as there is no public transport nearby.
The rooms are spacious, new, clean and with spectacular views. It is a family hotel (parents with children). The only drawback is the tight space in the cabinets, a little more space would be desirable. On the other hand, the breakfast room is too small for the hotel's capacity. A couple of days we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. The buffet doesn't have a tremendous variety, but it is acceptable.
The ease of access stands out as most of the rooms are on the ground floor so there is no need to use an elevator. Parking is tight, if you arrive late you may not have a place to park.

Le manager me recommande de faire une réservation car celle que j'avais fait sur Expedia n'était pas la bonne.
Je lui dis que c'est prélevé sur mon compte et qu'il faut juste modifier la date: il me rassure que je peux l'annuler une fois que j'aurai fait la réservation avec lui par téléphone en lui donnant mes numéros de carte bancaire.

Je découvre ensuite que c'est le même manager qui refuse à Expedia l'annulation et le remboursement de la 1ere réservation.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette endroit-là. Notre chambre était très propre et la vue sur le fleuve du 2e étage était super. Nous avons été très bien reçu à la réception à notre arrivée. La seul chose que je déplore un peux c'est le manque de fruit au déjeuner mais nous avons quand même bien déjeuner.

Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast was good. Nice view of the St. Lawrence River from the breakfast area. Free parking. Very close to the falls. Worth for the money you pay. Decent hotel. Tried to extend my stay for a day and they ran out of rooms.

La chambre est très propre, bien aménagée et le site est très beau avec une très belle vue sur le fleuve.

Decided to stay here for 1 night during a vehicle purchase trip to Quebec. The receptionists are super polite, welcoming, and friendly. The staff that work in the kitchen are super polite as well. It has a complimentary breakfast included. The views are absolutely breathtaking. I personally found it to be a bit on the cheaper side, which is a bit of a surprise because of how much you're getting for the price you pay. And to top it all off, they're also pet friendly! I travel with my companion all over the place, and the staff at Sleep Inn & Suites were super welcoming about our furry friend. I would absolutely recommend Sleep Inn suites to anyone traveling to Quebec or even visiting / sightseeing. The views are amazing, and I can't wait to come back and thoroughly explore the area.

Excellent, un peu bruyant avec le passage sur la route, mais chambre et personnel au top. Mention spéciale au monsieur de l'accueil le matin qui aurait probablement pu faire carrière avec un one-man-show comique

J'ai passé 2 nuit a cet hotel, jolie chambre raffraichis, déjeuner varier (oeuf, saucisse, croissant, bagel, pain, gaufre, yogourt, banane,) insonorisation tres bien, lit confortable, HYPER propre et soigné. Personnel polie et courtoie, secteur québec et alentour je vais y retourner

Conveniently located and affordable. Nice view by the river. But noisy because of the noise from the car circulation.

Very nice efficiency hotel. Clean and modern with a 24h desk and bilingual staff. This is the best budget option if you need a rest before heading on to Montreal or Ottawa, as I can attest from experience unfortunately.

Bon hôtel près des chutes Montmorency. La chambre était petite mais correcte et bien équipée.
La salle pour le petit déjeuner borde le StLaurent. Wow! Quelle vue.

Très bien situé à quelques minutes du vieux Qc et abordable sans couper sur la qualité. Le personnel est très aimable et courtois. Les chambres sont belles, propres et surtout confortable.

Hôtel bien situé, proche de Québec et des chutes de montmorency. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien entretenues. La literie, confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est suffisant.
Le gros bémol de cet hôtel est l'isolation phonique. Les pas raisonnent et on peut entendre ce qu'il se passe dans la chambre d'à côté. Dommage.

Les chambres de cet hotel sont super bien! Depuis le changement de proprio tout est bien plus confortable ;) ils ont des oreillers de qualité. La salle de bain est aussi jolie:)

Très belle accueuil, le petit déjeuner est parfait surtout avec la belle vue que nous avions sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent et l'île d'Orléans.

Amazing views and your just minutes from Montmorecy Falls and Ile d'Orleans, both well worth your time to visit!

Le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment sympathique, très courtois, rapide et vraiment très travaillant. Très bon prix compte tenu des déjeuners qui nous sont proposés. Les chambres sont propres et confortables mais pas très grande! Bref nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour!

New, clean, cozy, comfortably located, breakfast is the best ever, check out waffles and sausages, view is magical

Chambre très propre, lits confortables, aération dans la chambre adéquat. Par contre, aération dans la salle de bain inadéquat. Bain glissant sans anti-dérapant ni de barre de douche. Déjeuner très bien organisé, incluant oeufs, saucisses, gaufres maison, etc.

Newly renovated Hotel. Staff was wearing mask all the time, rooms were clean, backyard had a beautiful patio, hotel had good options for breakfast?

Location of this hotel is great! Close to Quebec City downtown and montmorency falls.

Very nice, modern, and clean room. Fast wifi, nice tv, comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked great (I like a cold room). Strong shower with plenty of hot water.

Nice stay, pretty clean hotel, nice view of river & mountain. For a night stay it was worth.

Everything was fine (comfortable beds, nice building) but only one staff member wore a mask. The man at the front desk and a member of housekeeping were working maskless.

Déjeuner continental, bien préparé et servi par une employée (pandémie) Chambres impeccables et propres, situé près de l'ile d'orleans. Très peu bruyant, le soir à 22 hres nous n'entendions plus rien. Je le recommande et j'y retournerai sans hésitation

Very racist and rude receptionists! Kept making me and my family embarrassed when we asked for food (especially the Asian lady) we just asked enough for the three of us but made it seem like we were asking a lot in front of other customers. Kept giving me less food on breakfast saying do I really want to eat that. Very noise sensitive rooms can hear everything from the room. Cheap breakfast but did the job. Rooms were clean and view was good.

Great experience. Nice river view from the patio. The room were nice and clean. The lady in the front desk was above and beyond to accommodate guests.

Very friendly staff, very clean, good size rooms, well located and superb view of the bridge and water from the back. Great spot for kiting.

I give only four stars because the waitress, I think she was Asian, at the breakfast counter was a bit tough and rude when I asked for an empty tray and she refused and said that is enough. She compiled the food in 3 trays and the breakfast was for 4 people. Other than that it clean and comfortable place and people at the front desk was so nice.

A surprisingly good place to stay with an excellent situation near Montmorency falls and the bridge to île d’orleans. Not too far from Quebec City.

On se faisait réveiller toute la nuit par le chauffage.même si on le mettait à off, la ventilation partait environ 30 sec à chaque 10min.sans parler du bruit du frigidaire.bien ordinaire!

A happy surprise, as we found it on a sleepy, cold night after a long day's drive. Very clean, quiet, lovely location.

The staff made sure to let us know breakfast was ready (30min earlier than posted) as we were leaving the hotel. We were able to get some food before we had to leave. Thank you

Service chaleureux et très cordial, chambre style très modernes et propre, séjour calme et reposant. Déjeuner complet, fourni sur vue du fleuve et île d'Orléans saisissantes. Ça vaut le détour et surtout le prix. Une piscine serait la cerise sur le Sunday.

Impossible de dormir dans cet établissement. Du bruit à l'acceuil jusqu'à 23h00 et des réparations bruyantes tout autour de l'hôtel des 6h du matin. La chambre est glaciale. Les lits sont confortables.

This a great hotel. This is my second time stay here. Budget friendly hotel for family. I did stay here to visit montmorency falls. This place is just 2kms far away from falls. Good free complimentary breakfast provided to all guest. They are renovating this place now. It should look more beautiful in the summer.

VERY disappointed! They are in full renovation, plaster dust all over the place. Even the vending machine had plaster dust all over it and covered my sleeve when I went to get my purchase out of the machine. There's no ceiling due to renovations. The hallway has patches of plaster everywhere. The reception is tiny and hardly passable. The parking is covered with nails etc. At 7 am even on Sunday, you could clearly hear the workers outside and the beep beep of the machines backing up and hydraulic of the machine bringing to stuff upward.
It will be a great place when it's done but make sure to call in advance to know if they are still in renovation before you book.
The room thankfully was very clean but we had to leave the tv on all weekend because even by my teenage son who is a tech geek, following the instructions, was not able to get the channels on the tv.
I would not have paid more than $50 for this room, thankfully I was paying with points otherwise I would have left in a heart beat.
BTW.the photos of a red hotel is old because there is no siding on it as of April 7th, 2019.

Very cozy hotel, it is right beside the river, close to the falls and old quebec city, friendly staff. The price is really reasonable.

The owner is very hospitable and welcoming. We booked 2 Queen Large (2) rooms and the rooms were very spacious, and very clean (our room had carpet and it was very clean).
+ Beds were ok/comfortable.
+ Bathroom was spacious and clean.
+ A/C worked perfectly and silently.
+ Wireless internet was very high speed.
+ Has very nice backyard (with a gazebo), if you want to relax and enjoy the river view in the evening.

After arriving at Quebec city around 1pm (from Montreal), and before gong for Montmorency Falls we stopped at the hotel (very close to the falls) to see if we could early check-in (at least 1 of 2 rooms, for 2 families) so we could unload our cars.
Both room were ready for check-in at 1pm, and so we were able to freshen up after 3 hours drive from Montreal.
The person checked us in even hold the door when we are coming in with large cooler and bags (Thank You). Our 2 rooms were given face to face, without even asking.
Saw one of the cleaning lady was bear foot (relaxed), so you can imagine how clean the rooms and hallway floors are)
Excellent value for our1 night stay. Will definitely stay here during our next Quebec city visit.

We liked everything in this hotel, except the continental breakfast.
If some boiled egg or scrambled egg could be added - that will just perfect breakfast.
I highly suggest the owner of this hotel to invest in a scramble egg machine and add some protein to the breakfast.
However, breakfast area & table were quickly clean for new guests and juice and everything else was quickly refilled (did not have to ask).

My 11 years old son selected this hotel as he knows that I like waterfalls. The falls are less than 5 minutes away and they are spectacular. The hotel is located on the highway with subway, Tim hortons and gas station nearby.just two minutes walking. There is a great view at the back of the hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and beddings are comfy. Shower is great with the portable handle. Breakfast is average like other hotels. I also like the desk chair.very comfy. Above all, the service was friendly and talked to me in English as I do not know French. She had two happy helpers - girls same age as my two boys. I will definitely drop again when I am near Quebec City.
