Can't say anything about their tattoos but I've been pierced here 6 times and have always had a great experience. Super clean shop, with informative and patient staff. Fair pricing, only thing is they don't take credit cards, not a massive deal but something people should be aware of. Overall, I wouldn't be pierced anywhere else in Montreal

Phil was super amazing and chill all while being super professional, results were great! Couldn’t reccomend this place more! (plus they reccomended us our new favorite burger place lol)

The lines on the tattoo look like they were done by a amateur and the artist added white ink without even asking me and I’m allergic to white ink

I happened to get my very first tattoo done at SSS a few years back and this is why I didn't think twice about coming back here to get my piercings done. Is it cheap? I’m going to say no, is it expensive I’m also going to say no… but I actually don’t know what the running prices are so I'm not going to complain.

That said, the following is the reason why I would never hesitate recommending this place to anyone. I decided to get lobes and conch piercing done. I can't stress enough how their patience and reassurance really helped me through this entire process (yes i know it's simple, but it's me were talking about. I'm honestly a big baby sprinkled with a dash of indecisiveness so it can make anything simple a lot longer than it should). Max, the most patient soul wasted A LONG time answering all my questions; Richard gave me words of reassurance while waiting my turn; and dear lord, poor Jesse had to endure my awkward anxiety. He gave me all the information I needed, communicated every step with me, and definitely got me excited for getting my piercing done. Very professional, kind and he certainly entertained my awkwardness like a champ!

I got this done last week and so far so good:)
ps.the healing process definitely hurts more than the piercing, they are that good!

Had an amazing experience! Best piercing I've ever had done here. Big shout-out to my piercer Phil, he did a wonderful job. He was super patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure the location of the piercings was exactly as I wanted and truly symmetrical. No surprises either, I was a bit nervous for the needle but he really made me feel like I was in good hands. Super super nice too, truly fantastic work! And shout-out to Max as well who helped me pick out jewelry for some other piercings, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me and did an amazing job on the anodization for my daith and conch rings. By the by, the music in the store is bomb too ;) Will definitely come back for any future piercings! <3

I got my conch pierced here by Charles and it was one of the best piercing experiences ive had! He is super professional and experienced. He made me feel comfortable and was patient with me and took his time to properly mark and pierce my conch and I could barely feel a thing. You can definitely tell hes being doing this for years and that he loves it! 10/10 would recommend

Got a few piercings here, even tried the apprentice day once. Everything is clean and sterile and they have good jewelry options. Was overall a good experience. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, we did get one super arrogant guy during one of our visits, but the other staff was all so great it makes up for it.

Won’t come again due to the unprofessional work and extra charging！！！！！！！
My friend came here at the beginning of May and I came here a week later. It was my friend’s first time getting pierced and we chose this place for its high ranking.
A guy helped my friend to get her ear loop pierced but the first time they offered my friends with the wrong studs (not the ones that my friend chose for herself) and realized they were wrong after they pieced them to my friend’s ears. So my friend had to endure the pain again to take the wrong off and replace with the right ones.
At that time, their manner was rather good. So the next week when I wanna get my ear pierced, I chose this place as well. This time was a sweet lady serving me and everything was great. She told me that after three months I could replaced the old studs and they could help me with it free of charge. I was surprised because the guy last week did not tell my friend anything about the free replacing.
Two weeks ago my friend went back to the store with her new ear rings brought by herself and got her replacement freely. But after she wore the new ear rings, she found out that her piercing was not in a horizontal line that she expected.
And when I came here today, the guy at the counter looked me in the eye and told me it would cost 25CAD for the replacement if the new studs that I hope to wear was not from their store. And 5 CAD if the new ones are from their store. When I told he the fact that my friend got replacement freely, he was very ARROGANT and told me that he didn’t know why my friend was not charged and refused to provide me any reasons.
His bad attitude piss me off and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wanna have a pleasant experience in piercing.

Very Very bad experience, I paid near 300 dollars for the earrings and ear piercing but they gave me 50 dollars earrings instead. When I walked out from the store they told me they made a mistake and made me pain again to change the right ones. And the most important is I got really unsymmetrical piercings for my ears, one side is too low and I cannot wear earrings even not too heavy. I asked how to fix it they told me they will charge me again and make me pain again! I sincerely don’t recommend at all.

I highly recommend the service. I got my navel pierced perfectly, everything went smoothly. It has been almost two months, I didn’t notice any side effects. Very satisfying. Thank you for everything.

Very professional, good merchandise and good service. All my piercings are from here and they are all still in perfect condition.

Good customer service, but artist gave us a price and then change it at pay time, they don’t accept credit cards and will charge in is dollars if you are a tourist. Do a good research before.

This place rules, wouldn't get pierced anywhere else.staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional.four of us were able to get multiple piercings same day via walk-in with minimal wait and had a killer time.great music too!

Excellent place for piercings, possibly the best! I'd suddenly had a very bad irritation issue with an old labret piercing from another parlour years ago. I'd gone to a piercing shop in town that gave me tips but that worsened my situation. I went to buy a new piercing at Slick Styled Steel and the piercer guy addressed it and took the time to talk about it, and gave me very good advice. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have since then healed and am very satisfied with their products and services. I highly recommend!

I have gotten 7 piercings and 3 tattoos here over the past year and I have never had a bad experience. I feel welcomed every time I go and I absolutely love it.ps, if you want to get a piercing, Charles is one of the best. I have had all great experiences but he just takes it to another level.

Friendly staff, very relaxed vibes. I'd like to shout out IG @ppparis_tattoo she did an amazing job on my cat tattoo. I am so in love with her original artwork. She's very communicative, friendly and obviously loves the work that she does.
