Great experience all around. The new manager Marie-Ange is so nice and caring. My favorite hairdresser is Zafiria, she does amazing coloring, she got rid of my orangy hair and on plus of that given me a beautiful haircut, I have been getting so many compliments. Would highly recommend.

Finally found a hairdresser that knows how to do hair right, her name Leonarda, thank you for the great hairstyle, love my hair!

I went once for myself, once for my 6 year old daughter and the last time with my son I literally just said to forget it and left.
Terrible service.
They have no sense of gentleness whatsoever. They will be a little bit more gentle with adults, but with kids? Two different ladies same rough yanking on little kids hair that left sores on head. No brush, no detangler… just a simple half broken dollar store comb to get tangles out? !
Also when I went for myself I wanted simple bob with some layers. She start explaining how she cannot do layers. For my son I wanted undercut that is simple to do. Right away she start explaining what she can’t do…. You can go to any corner hair salon and would most likely get better service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Expensive for a clipper cut, i tried cutting it myself at the highest setting and for 0$, it came out almost as they would minus the side touch-up.

Nous avons souvent des stéréotypes concernant les salons dans une grosse ligne de magasin, mais il ne faut pas toujours se fier à l'apparence. Les coiffeurs qui sont dans ce salon sont super professionnels de ce que j'en comprend il en a que c'est leur profession depuis plus de 20 ans, comme tout métier, il ne faut jamais rester sur un avis et toujours donner une secondes chance.
Depuis 1 an presque 2, la gérante à été changer. Le niveau de sourire à augmenté alors je vous dis.tentez votre chance, vous ne serez pas dessus par la nouvelles ambiances. Du moin, j'ai tester une seconde fois et je ne suis pas déçu du tout.

Super duper nice staff. Very very considerate and they made sure that the drastic haircut I was getting (more than 10inches cut!) was something I was sure about which shows that they truly care about the well-being of their clientele. The haircut itself was also well done!

The worst place to cut a little boy''s hsir, the guy was so rude and have holding his Head so hard as he was moving.he's a 3 years old. He didn't even smile or tried to talk to my son. I'll never go back there.
