Smile Direct Club

My worst experience at a dentist office (it's not a dentist office though). There was a red hair guy, Max, very rude and very naive looking who was not present at his room when I arrived.and when I found him myself elsewhere basically he was so upset it was time to see a client! The office is actually a part of shared office with multiple company sharing a flat seperated by partitions. This guy definitely was not a orthodontist or dentist. I am actually very very happy I ran away without paying a penny to this cheap bracelet selling club because when I was about to write this comment here I saw the comments and many people are more than unhappy with them.
Thanks Max who cancelled my appointment I know you must be paid a minimal wage to work there and no suprise you are like that.

J’ai été pris en charge par Queen, elle a toute faite pour me mettre à l’aise, super accueillante. Elle a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer le processus de mon traitement et elle a faite le scan 3D de mes dent. Je suis tres satisfaite du service.

Concept très pratique avec beaucoup d'outils de fournis, cependant le service à la clientèle en français est complètement pourri voire quasi inexistant. Chaque fois que j'appelle on me sert en anglais même si je demande à être servi en français et lorsque j'ai fini par avoir une ligne pour parler à un agent en français j'attends plus d'une heure. Malheureusement je n'ai pas toujours le temps d'attendre aussi longtemps car il y a des gens qui travaillent dans la vie.j'essaie à chaque semaine de rejoindre quelqu'un et c'est toujours l'enfer. Résultat, j'éprouve des problèmes avec mes traitements ceux-ci n'avancent pas et je n'ai personne pour m'aider dans une langue que je peux comprendre. Alors si vous êtes bilingue c'est parfait mais si vous ne comprenez pas un mot de l'anglais je ne recommande pas smile direct Club.

This review is just for the initial consultation - Afyah was great and informative, and super efficient with doing the imaging/pictures. She also explained everything to me about the process and payment options. I would highly recommend coming to the office for a consult if you're hesitant - they don't pressure you, and you can tweak / change /cancel the plan afterward if need be. Thanks again, Afyah!

FRAUD! I went in for a consultation at the montreal center and booked online. Was asked to provide a credit card insase I cancel and would be charge 20$ if I do. Woke up to 2700$ charge on my credit card. Called to cancel and they said I signed the waiver. I asked for a copy of the waiver and it was signed by someone at the center. Their now telling it will take 7 days for someone to call me back! Do not deal with this company

Hugo was welcoming and handled the consult very well. As others have mentioned the consult is a means to a sale. If that puts you off then this probably isn’t for you. We’ll see if my sons teeth get fixed but from what I’ve gathered it looks promising

Le conseilleur Monsieur Daouda is extrêmement professionnel et sympathique! Moi et mon fils sont allés pour une consultation. Il nous a expliqué le traitement et nous a aidé à prendre le scan. Le service est impeccable!

I really like how friendly the staff are! They welcomed me to their office and explained the whole process really well. It was Queen who was in charge of taking care of me and she was super kind and understanding. The whole thing passed really quickly. I came in waited for 5 min, got the 3D scan and was done the next 10 min.

I recommend trying their service and I can't wait to get my aligners once my evaluation has been assessed:)

Had my consultation today with yogo it was really amazed to see how much technology becomes in today's world yo yogo explain how the smile club works and he take some samples I was totally happy.behalf of me I will really like to be approved and have a kit for myself!

Honnêtement, j'avais peur que ça soit un processus peu professionnel. Dès la première fois que je suis allée là j'ai su tout de suite que c'était pas si pire. Et finalement, je viens de finir mes 4 mois d'aligneurs et j'adore déjà mon sourire! Je viens d'avoir un deuxième rendez-vous dans les locaux pour des ajustements (gratuits), j'ai très hâte de commencer les derniers aligneurs.
Pour vrai, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir Queen pour me servir les deux fois et elle est tellement charmante! Elle s'intéresse vraiment à nous! Elle se souvenait de moi et même un peu de ce qu'on avait parlé il y a 5 mois! Une perle rare!

Amazing appointment with Queen, seriously i am so happy to start my journey with smile direct club, seeing the before and after pictures, they will be able to close my spaces on my upper teeth so I can feel more confident! Every one go with SMILEDIRECTCLUB they are way more affordable an legit company. My sister and cousin did the treatment and they are so happy and satisfied they recommend it to everyone, SDC even overs free corrections after your treatment is done. Such a great brand i wish SDC existed when i was younger!

Let me start by saying that I had an amazing experience with Queen. She was super sweet and friendly. I went to get another touch up which is FREE by the way. It seems to good to be true but they really make sure that you get what you need and that's what's amazing about Smile Direct Club. I was very happy with my results, I had a drastic transformation, but touch ups are free and you get as many as you want like where else could you get that! It's so worth it:)

My consultation was with a young lady today around 12: 30PM. She was really rude and didn’t seem to even know their promotions. I booked online and it clearly said that it includes a free whitening kit if you book an appointment and she starts rambling misinformation about how their not just giving them out like that (like I’m begging for it and it wasn’t on their website).

I want to start off by saying how welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable the staff was during my first appointment. Secondly, I was really impressed with the 3 dimensional system they have. I was able to compare my before and after pictures and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
At first the retainers were a little tight but they settled in, and I am getting the results I wanted. I am almost done by whole treatment and I can't wait to get my overall results.
I am very pleased with smile direct club!

I initially had my consult in Laval last year. The service and staff were outstanding. I had a wonderful experience with Smile Direct and I am SO happy with my smile now and very satisfied with post-program customer service. The program is costing friendly and the results are satisfying. I'm so glad I went with SDC! I always recommend to family, friends and colleagues

Don't waste your time here.you are better off going to a real orthodontist and coughing up the $6,000! They were only willing to do 10% of the work that needs to be done in my mouth! They were literally only going to straighten 6 of my upper teeth and NOTHING in my lower teeth! They also do not take jaw structure or sizing into account when they create the 3D image. They are willing to straighten your teeth but you might end up with a out of balance jaw alignment!
The second i saw the minimal amount of work they were willing to do on my teeth, i immediately cancelled my account with them! And they REFUSED to remove my credit card information or actually delete my account with them! They say they cant delete the credit card information due to HIPAA regulations but they NEVER tell you that when they ask you for your credit card information during the consultation in order to create an account with them! They even tell you that they cannot create the account without the credit card on file BUT i never said for sure that i wanted the treatment or not i just wanted a consultation to see what would be done to my teeth in the 3D imaging! Providing your credit card information should be YOUR choice! And they quite literally took that choice for me by giving me an ultimatum saying "if you want us to send you the 3D image through the account we need your credit card or else we cant create the account" THAT IS COERCION!

I have been to consultations before and no one has EVER asked for my credit card information before i was 100% sure i wanted the treatment!
They are not 100% transparent with their patients and they require you to give them your credit card information during the consultation! NEVER PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITHOUT DECIDING 100% YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE TREATMENT! I was coerced into providing my credit card information and they told me i can cancel with them if i choose not to proceed with the treatment but what they don't tell it is that they hold your credit card information hostage and they try to tell you that your account was cancelled yet it is still active on my end. NO if an account is cancelled then it couldn't be visible anymore to ANYONE! That is the whole point of cancelling and account!

The first impression was great! Kati was very kind, answered my questions and was also very quick, which was awesome for my busy schedule! Can't wait to see if I am eligible to get my teeth fixed now!

Horrible! Better off going with an actual dentist. I've been dealing with them for over a year when they told me I would be done in 4 months. Do not go with them!

Not happy at all with the service. Being a little naive, I trusted that they knew what they were doing. My first set of aligners messed up my underbite (right side teeth don't meet anymore and there is a huge space between up and down as my bottom teeth started going down and down). "It's normal", they said, "it's to make space for the moving teeth". Ok. I go on with my program. Nearing the end, where I would expect to see improvement, the bit isn't better and the space between my teeth increases. So they go ahead with a retouch to fix this. The new aligners are tight but again, I trust they know what they are doing. Not only did the retouch not fix the two problems, but my gums started to disappear and I began seeing s space forming between my two front teeth. While doing a scan for a second retouch set, they tell me the same thing, that space is needed to allow the teeth to move. I was reluctant at this point but proceeded to order the second retouch set. But while waiting for them to arrive, (over a month now and still nothing), I had to cancel the program due to increasing damage to my gums and a complete demolition of my trust that the new set would make things better and not create more problems. My dentist insisted I stopped and now I have to get braces to fix the bite as (a my bf found out while having the exact same issue) that particular fix isn't something that can be fix with aligners.
The problem with Smile Direct is that they do not jave consultations or follow ups with dentists compared with Invisiline provided by dentists who will follow up and make sure the process is going well. SD do offer retouches for free, which is nice but the problems do not get fixed and there is potential for further issues.
They offer no guaranty and refunds are only anytime before 30days.before.you see the end result. They take no responsibilities for the screw ups and make it look like the problem was there before their program or there's something wrong in your dental history.
Apply at your own risk. It may work for you, or you may end up having more problems down the line. Both me and my bf have issues, surprisingly the SAME issue and no fix.

Went in on Tuesday afternoon - during a snowstorm! Had a blast! Queen was nothing but professional, and extremely sweet the entire time! Just cannot wait to get my liners!

Charlotte was awesome. I was blown away by the care, service provided and the professionalism. She detailed every steps of the corrective actions needed as I nearing the end of my program with SDC. She helped me greatly, thank you. I really wish that the Tennessee headquarters would take the exemple of the Montreal branch office.

Rien à dire par rapport au niveau service a la clientèle très bien, par contre c’est la deuxième fois que je refais mon 3d scanner, et ce fut très long avant un update (1 semaine et 1 jour) et le plus plate dans tout ça c’est que le update de mon “new smile” n’a pas été effectué, donc le new smile est encore le meme que le premier scan.je suis decouragée
