Snack Shack

My first time trying today. Poutine taste great, not underfried as McD or overburned as Harvey's. It was just right. The fish tasted great, Tartar souse, not sure if it is made there or from the store, tastes not strong on the ingredients, just as I like. Fish is fried, not soggy. Chicken burger was good, fulfilling, spicy (I had Buffalo). Will be back to try more menu options.

Mauvaise poutine. Besoin de revoir leur patate pas bonne et le fromage est coulant.

35 mins for a large fry. Taste is ok. You do the math at this point. Definitely better options.

Bonne bouffe mais! Service très ordinaire. Ça nous a pris environ 20 pour recevoir notre commande. Je comprends que ça arrive d’être débordé et qu’il y a une pénurie de personnel, mais jamais je n’ai vécu une attente aussi longue dans un autre casse-croûte. Les commandes take-out semblaient être beaucoup plus priorisées que celles sur place, très décevant. De plus, sur 4 items sur notre commande, seule 1 chose était bien faite. J’ai payé pour une poutine snack-chack et reçu une poutine normale, je n’ai même pas voulu retourner pour faire faire la correction parce que je ne voulais pas attendre un autre 20 minutes pour une poutine.
Il faut vraiment revérifier la façon de fonctionner en cuisine pour être plus efficace.

La bouffe est bonne mais le service est tellement lent c'est épouvantable. 10 minutes avant qu'on prenne ma commande et il n'y avait personne d'autre avant moi. Ensuite 45 minutes d'attente pour qu'ils préparent une poutine c'est désespérant. Dire que j'ai été là pour sauver du temps et ça pris presque une heure!
On dirait qu'ils priorisent les commandes skip et doordash sur les clients qui sont là en personne.
Si je n'avais pas déjà payé je serais parti.

Wrong toppings on hamburger, missing my fries, small poutine instead of medium. Took forever, poor skip the dishes guy waited 20 minutes at the store, probably lost wages because of them. Never ordering from there again. New owners have really made this place bad. Thank you Skip the Dishes for the refund as I should not have to pay for such poor service.

The poutine was incredibly delicious, with tons of gravy and cheese curds. The customer service was excellent! I would definitely go again.

It takes FOREVER to ger your food. Inside of the restaurant is very dirty. Food isn't bad.

Usually very good food haven't had to wait too long and even when I do I don't mind because the food is delicious. Although yesterday I ordered a wrap that had what appeared to be two chicken strips in it and I was half way through when I bit into a bone and could not finish the rest of my meal. I looked past the fact that my wrap was not the caesar wrap I had ordered but I can't look past a bone that could have caused some damage and been very dangerous had I swallowed it. Will still be eating from here of course! Just a note to be more wary when preparing your meats:)

Je ne connais pas bien Snack Shack mais j’étais émerveillé de voir cette future mère protéger sa descendance à tout prix dans la nature. Au centre commercial d’Aylmer

Not fast food? ! 50 minutes to receive order while others ordering after me received their orders. Food is good but why does it take so long to get it? Employees also like to swear profusely while working…fyi the clients waiting can hear you clearly. Will look elsewhere next time as this is a pretty regular occurrence lately unfortunately.

My go too is poutine. Bacon onion because that is the best!

Great little restaurant. Nothing fancy but does the job for a quick meal. Very busy so ordering in advance is recommended for pickup.

Meilleure poutine en ville. Je vous défis de trouver une autre place qui offre une large poutine a 8.85$. Les prix sont super et la poutine vaux le detour:)

5 étoiles, réduit a 4 a cause de de la réduction des portion qui a eu lieu. J'y vais régulièrement depuis plusieurs années, et tout d'un coup, bam! 25% de moins!

Fast, Delicious Food, lots of Tables and a Good Variety of Meals to choose from. Burger Platters, Smoke Meat Platters, Club Sandwich Platters etc. Family Size Fries and Poutines as well.

Best Poutin Ever! Their portions are massive I recommend buying one size smaller than you normally eat. Photo is a large.

This restaurant is nostalgic and always takes the time to get the order right fresh and hot. Well done

Always great food, wonderful service and easily in the top 3 poutines in the Gatineau area!

The food is amazing and prices are great. I enjoyed everything I tried. Great fries, clubs, burgers, smoked meat, spaghetti.and now they even have breakfasts, which I haven't tried but will soon for sure.
