I love this shelter, the people and volunteers are amazing and the animals are first on their list

I'm Sad To Report This.
After Looking Through So Many Places, This Places Had So Many Great Reviews About Them Taking On All Those Wonderful Animals.
Sadly I Was Moving And In My New Place I Wasn't Allowed Animals.
So I Took 2 To 3 Weeks Of Looking Through All The Sites And Reviews Very Carefully Because I Wanted My Beautiful Cat To Be Well Taken Care Of.
So I Called Here, Sadly They Made Me Feel Bad About Giving Up My Loving Animal, She Literally Told Me And I Quote " Maybe You Will Think Twice Next Time You Think About Getting An Animal That You Can't Take Care Of".
I Cried After Hanging Up, I Called My Hubby Afterwards And He Was Livid, That Someone Can Say Such A Thing When They Feel Already Down From Having To Give Up Their Pet.
Anyways All This To Report Bad Service From These People

Excellent experience adopting our cats from SAFAS. Very kind and knowledgeable staff who clearly love their jobs. Our cats were well taken care of and were ready for adoption with all vaccinations and associated paperwork. We are from the US and we’re able to bring the cats across the border successfully. Would absolutely recommend adopting your cat from them! Thank you!

Je n’ai que des beaux mots à dire de cet endroit. Personnel très dévoué et aimable. Endroit très propre. On a passé plus de 2h à regarder les chats pour choisir notre prochain compagnon et jamais on ne s’est senti pressé. Finalement on est reparti avec 2 chats absolument adorables.
Je recommande ce refuge sans hésiter.
