This SAAQ is the absolute best one, very professional, kind, and respectful. Go with an appointment and you're received on time.
I had heard about them before from friends, I had to drive an extra 30 min to get there, but it was worth it every second.
And special thanks to the lady (appointments guichet, the most left guichet) for explaining to us everything and being very patient and understanding when my debit card decided to go crazy.

Worst, slowest, arrogant and worst service place ever. If you want to waste your time come here, the lady at the door was extremely arrogant and unreasonable!

Institution gouvernementale la moins bien gérée. L'idée de vendre les rendez-vous est devenue une campagne dictatoriale au sein de l'établissement de la SAAQ. Il est vraiment dommage que les personnes qui y travaillent développent une attitude méchante envers les autres. On pourrait penser qu'elles sont conditionnées à leur arrivée en poste. Elles agissent comme si elles étaient à la tête d'une société valant 3 milliards, mais ne font que gérer les incompétences du gouvernement. C'est vraiment regrettable de travailler dans un endroit comme celui-ci et de se voir ainsi transformé de cette manière!

Pretty pathetic place. My brother came all the way from Halifax to get my car transferred to his name. We read everything about what to do and went to the center. First they made us miserable by saying the kids can't be in the waiting room, we went somewhere else to wait out the time. We went back and they said it was too late because we should have come 15 mins b4 our given time instead of 10 mins. They said we would have to wait another hour and again no kids in waiting room. I had a baby with me. We waited in the car.

After all this, the girl at the counter didn't know anything about what's clearly stated on the Quebec website which we showed her. To make her own life easier she talked us into just renewing our registrations and just letting him take the car to Halifax and transferring it there. In Halifax they said they can't do that without the actual owner present. So now the poor guy has been suffering for an year with a car that is not under his name and he can't insure or use for the purpose he bought it.

All this because someone at this office wanted to make their own life easier and not do their job.

They take almost 30 minutes each person and having like 20 peoples they closed the 2nd case and only one doing everything

Why would they close for 1hour 30 min for lunch and then come back to have 1 person working and 4 doing nothing? They come back from lunch and go to the bathroom for 15 min more…
Why the lady at the door have separate number tickets to give to those she likes or are Spanish people? Not fair.

Very efficient, they hired an employee to give out tickets and check for appointments. In fact they should hire another to be a dedicated door man/woman; nightclubs should take notes, the lineup at the SAAQ during lunch hour can be envious. For those who need to take a long nap or need to do a yoga session while waiting, I highly recommend this facility.

C’est tellement plus intéressant et si simple! J’ai un bien meilleur suivi de mon dossier, plus d’informations dans mes affaires que d’attendre a un guichet bêtement pour remettre un véhicule en route suite à un remisage? Et etc…je recommande l’application!

J'ai eu besoin d'aller à deux reprises pour mettre à jour un véhicule partagé. La première fois, le service n'a pas marche et maintenant le service est très lent, j'ai attendu plus de 120 minutes.

How do u justify having a 1: 30 lunch brake. When there this many online problems. And people have to wait 3 hours outside. Closed from 12 to 1.30 for lunch. Not right

I was about to renew my health care card, but the lady who served me was so rude.she doesn't let me talk and ask me to come back in rew weeks. I know she is busy, but it's not a way to show her moody face to customer.i'll never go back there again.it use to be friendly during the time of MIRS (maison internationale de la rive-sud). Bad service!

Je comprends que le système connaît des changements radicaux, mais je penses que ça aurait été le minimum d’avoir quelqu’un pour répondre au téléphone pour des questions. Votre site n’est pas infaillible, il y a beaucoup de gens qui ne sont pas nécessairement à l’aise avec la technologie. Peu importe à quel numéro j’appelle c’est impossible d’obtenir un service. Je dois renouveler mon permis avec photo mais impossible d’obtenir rendez-vous avant 1mois. ça m’oblige à conduire avec un permis invalide. Il y a un numéro indiquer sur le site au cas où on a des amendes en raison du contexte, mais il n’y a aucune réponse. C’est à croire que c’est pour faire semblant de fournir un service. J’aurais eu tendance à penser qu’ils auraient pris les conséquences d’un changement aussi radical plus au sérieux, car ils qui offre tout de même des services de grande envergure. J’aurais également espéré qu’il y aurait eu une plus grande attention leur part à l’égard des consommateurs/citoyens à qui cette situation leur complique la vie.

Rude. Ignorant, unhelpful and different i fo than given by saaq by telephone, even when presented with evidence. Unwilling to care or try, seems common problem
