Service immonde, on est allé à trois reprises pour renouveler le permis apprenti de ma femme et finalement la madame au service a très mal fait son travail, de telle façon que son compte a été bloqué et on du aller à SAAQ Langelier où on attend toujours pour que son cas soit clarifié. On a eu un très mauvais service, et même après avoir appelé à plusieures reprises personne ne nous a répondu. En somme un service immonde sans grande possibilité de parler à quelqu’un lorsqu’on appelle. Succursale absolument à éviter!

Rude old woman should retire already. All they do is yell at ppl. If someone asks a question omg hell breaks loose. Whoever runs this saaq other then the old bag that can barley get off or on her chair should check everyone in there. They do not deserve their jobs, 0 manners i get it they see alot of ppl a day thats the job they chose. If a cx is not mean to u u shouldn't yell or humiliate them in-front of others. Common sense right. I didnt get yelled at but i seen 4 different ppl get yelled at and they were not even doing anything wrong. Change themmmmmmm.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi y’a autant de commentaires négatifs mais jy suis allé ce matin, les gens étaient accueillant surtout L’agent de sécurité, il m’a bien accueilli. Il faut plus d’agent comme lui merci pour son travail exceptionnel le service a été rapide et bien fait, il y’a pas une longue attente. Continuez de faire un travail remarquable

Aucun rendez-vous de disponible pour des mois et impossible d'accéder sans rendez-vous. Personel tres rudes qui a pas envie de travailler.

I'm giving 1 star just because I cannot give zero. I have never seen employees as disrespectful as these people. I was asking a question today regarding my driver's license and the lady was just dismissing me the whole time without letting me finish my story. Then another employee who was entering literally said: "deja sortez de la parce que vous bloquez l'entrée" when there was no one in line and he could have said it way nicer! They do not know how to talk to people and it's not the first time I have seen them being rude.
Might I add that the lady changed her attitude towards me when she saw that I was still calm even if she was rude the whole time.

This place is very much open and working for those with appointments only. Had my car registered in no time and lady over there at the counter was very helpful and efficient. Though a small place it is good enough to get all DL or Vehicle registration stuff completed

If I could give zero starts I would. The phone number was not working to make an appointment, therefore I went in person to take one. I enter and it says on a sign that I am not allowed to enter until I make an appointment (which is what I intended to do). However, there is no one at the entrance that I can talk to. I wait ten minutes and call out hello so I can talk to someone, but no one ever comes. Finally I let myself in the room. As soon as I enter, a woman keeps yelling at me ‘Get out’ extremely loudly in very rude tone. I then politely and calmly explain that I would like to talk to someone about masking an appointment and there’s no one at the entrance. She continues to yell at me and does not listen to me, and continues screaming at me to ‘get out’. A man starts approaching to talk to me and we both leave to the entrance. Then, once again, I politely tell him my situation and he says he can’t help me. Further, when I explained to him that I need to renew my learners license, he interrupts me and says in an extremely rude tone ‘I know, I work here’. Very impatient and rude staff. Clearly never learned manners or received basic education. Do not recommend.

La madame a la porte elle pense être supérieure à nous tous. Vraiment désagréable et bête pour parle.
Le monde qui travail à l intérieur Vraiment rien à dire très poli et gentil.
Seulement la Mme de la entrée q est vraiment désagréable et impoli

We have three people. My friend is waiting in the line outside. Me and the other friend wait inside the building. But the lady ask us to go out and wait outside. It is cold outside, -13 degrees. I don’t understand what is the problem.

Bad arrangement! On Google, it says this saaq opens until 4: 30 pm. I went to this saaq yesterday to submit the inspection report at 4: 15pm. And they asked me to queue outside the building. So we take it for granted that they would accept me. But after waiting outside for 15 minutes. They told me to leave because they were going to close. Then why did they ask me to wait outside? They should tell me in advance that they would not accept me today so that I could leave without waiting outside cold for 15 minutes! When I went inside to ask why they did that, an old employee and a young employee’s attitude were really impatient and rude. We just wanted to ask why not just told us in advance, but the old employee just ignored us and locked the door and the hound employee talked to us like we were yelling at him. Really bad attitude.

Il vous laisse dehors pour faire la file d’attente en plein hiver… il fait froid et c’est 3-4 heures d’attente et il
Manques d’employé, on doit payer notre plaque mais il ne nous donne pas le service nécessaire… ça doit changer!

Worst saaq I’ve ever been to. They are by far the slowest possible and the lady just kept coming out to regularly shout at everyone in line that the wait time was over an hour and chances were no one would get seen.
I eventually got fed up at left after waiting almost 2 hours.
