We should pay as much shipping and customs as the cover costs just because it can't be ordered in Europe

Ordered both the screen and winter cover for my Sojag double roof gazebo.
Summer screen was fantastic, durable and easy to assemble.
The winter cover will not go over our double roof even though i ordered it through them and provided my model number of my gazebo. When I called, they shared that to return I needed to pay for shipping back which is costly due to weight. Thry also told me to get four people on ladders and use broom handles to get it over the peak! Please save your money if you have a double roof gazebo and do not buy the wintercover. So dissappointed.

The structure is wonderful & has definitely withstood Atlantic Canadian winters. The screen not so much! 3 of the wraparound supports were ripped off by winds which resulted in us losing the end pieces to the track & many hooks. It appears that Sojag has recognized this & has improved the netting with hooks being installed within the structure & adding Velcro to the bottom of the posts. Unfortunately my gazebo didn’t have this. Fortunately Danny was familiar & knew the pieces I required to secure the netting again & I am very grateful for him. He was amazing to deal with. We still have 3 wraparounds that were ripped off & will still have to somehow figure out how to stop this from occurring again even with the new hooks & end pieces which we paid for. My first call to the company was frustrating… but calling back & dealing with Danny who knew exactly what was wrong was great customer service. I do wish the company was more responsible in rectifying an obvious defect with the netting that obviously proved apparent with their changes to it. I’m not sure how the new netting is fairing with the changes, but again, the structure itself is A1. We now have to try to figure out how to resew the 3 wraparounds to the nettings, sew & secure Velcro to the bottom of the posts, & adhere some type of silicone to secure the end pieces to the track so that the hooks won’t fly off anymore to make this netting usable! Again, Danny was great to deal with, but I think the company should take more responsibility on dealing with a problem that must have been apparent as they took actions to improve the problems.

Cela fait un an que j’essaie d’avoir des toiles de remplacement pour notre gazebo de 3ans. Chaque fois la même chose, tout est back order. Je leur demande si je peux mettre mon nom sur une liste d’attente. Rien à faire. Je dois rappeler jusqu’à temps où je serai assez chanceux pour qu’ils aient les toiles en stock… Quelle perte de temps!

Acheter par les americains, nos mousitiquaires et rideaux sont deja fini apres une saison.service apres ventes encore pire, pas de nouvelle depuis le 25 mai 2023

Ils ont un monopole. Je doit remplacer la toile de mon abris Roma 8X8 aux 2 ans. Vraiment très décevant, mais nous n'avons trouvé aucun compétiteur à SOJAG.: (

Excellent client service response to a warranty claim. The quickest simplest most efficient warranty replacement issue I have ever ever ever experienced! A company which stands by its products and as long as I the client provided the necessary purchased information and photos of the damaged shelter; the company sent me a new cover within the week in which they received the claim! Excellent service. I would definitely buy from them again

Suffered a wind storm April 21st 2022 and as a result a few 12 tons trees went through my beloved Shelter logic shelters. I contacted Danny shortly after gathering information if i could salvage partially what was good out of my heavy duty frames and Danny was very respondent to re-use and followed my ideas. He did not try to upsell me and was ultra helpful listening to my plan and brought valuable with his expertise. I called twice over the course of this past year and every time i was greeted with the same great personality and upmost respect. He answered all my questions no matted how trivial they were. I Thank You Sooooo much Danny for your high level of expertise and your undivided attention by helping me navigate through my challenging requirements.

The worst i order a roof panels kit for my gazebo back in June and few weeks later they told me my order will be ready in August and in August sojag told me i have to wait until October! Unbelievable service so i request to cancel my order after i missed the whole summer backyard project because of sojag

On a répondu rapidement à ma demande. Le service en anglais semble plus rapide, cependant c'est en français que l'on a corrigé ma commande pour une pièce. Bon service client - côté Gazebo Sojag.

Very very bad service paid 7000 and still waiting for parts no help customers service as bad as they can get please do research before buying with them though buy with big company nope not this they just keep answering with emails saying looking into it since April 7 2022 please do not buy from them and home depot just say’s well we only sell it for sojag take it up with them worst company I have ever had to deal with please take your money somewhere else.

I ordered a Gazebo directly from Sojag. I called them and placed the order on the phone. Sean was very helpful and attentive and completed the transaction in minutes.
I opted to pick up the order my self but after 2 attempts, I was told the roof was not found and they couldn't complete the order. I called Sean and he immediately rectified the issue by offering a different model (pretty much the same piece but slightly different design and slight color variation).
The issue I had there were parts missing.
The
boxes were sealed and unopened. I called Sean again and he immediately placed an order for the missing parts.
Great quality products. This is the 2nd one I order from this company and I have no regrets. Very satisfied overall

Histoire courte commande d’un abris reçu 2 sem plus tard la moitié de la commande est endommagé.
Demande pièce de rechange réception 1,5 sem plus tard erreur de shipping pas le même format refait une demande mais là ils doivent avoir leurs pièces en erreur avant l’envoie des bonnes pièces. Cédule 2 jours de suite avec leurs transporteurs pas d’appel pas de suivi aucune réponse du pourquoi je ne reçoit pas les pièces et ce n’est pas encore terminer donc 1,5 mois plus tard toujours pas installer mon abris car il me manque des pièces

Contacted customer service regarding some issues with velcro stitching & grommet on gazebo screen section. My wife was able to repair velcro stitching but I needed one grommet to replace damaged one, instead Sojag sent a whole new set of screens, awesome customer service. Rec'd new screen set within a week.

After several unsuccessful attempts to find a soft top replacement gazebo top in my community, I decided to call the toll free number listed on the Sojag web site. The call was answered by a recorded message that said due to Covid, all inquiries were being directed to their web site for searches and orders. Just as I was about to hang up and go to the site again a person answered the phone and asked how she could help me. I was surprised given the answering machine told me there were no staff to help at the time. I gave the numbers and letters on the tag for the soft top that came with the gazebo upon initial purchase and she confirmed the number and said they had a good stock of those available and did I wish to put my order in. It took only minutes and my replacement top was on the way, shipping free. It took exactly the 7 business days to arrive and all was in good order. The top fits like a glove! I am very pleased with the service Sojag provided!

Acheté gazebo 10X12 San Mateo en 2017 (donc seulement 3 été) et plusieurs panneaux du toit sont endommagés. Il n'y a aucune information sur votre site web pour les pièces de remplacement pour ce modèle. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider?

Really regretting my purchase of a Sojag Meridien. The roof is really poor quality and its design is even worse. Does not help that the instruction manual is unclear and inaccurate. Sojag will not stand by their product and basically says it's an installation issue. We've had several experienced builders try to put it together. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this product.

The kit arrived quickly, began assembly, every piece is very well made. Ready to install roof panels but spacer blocks were missing. Contacted the company and after submitting proof of purchase they promptly sent replacement parts. Couldn’t be happier, it’s a great shelter for my bbq, highly recommend this if you’re looking for a well made, sturdy shelter to do some grillin!

After a lengthy consideration of steel roof gazebos on the market, we choice Sojag's Messina model as it had good reviews and all the best in class features available.
My wife and I assembled it in a little more than 2 days (not bad for 65 year olds). The parts were clearly identified and with the instructions and available video, it went together smoothly.
We damaged a part during the assembly process and Sojag replaced it at no charge without hesitation.
Great product from a company with exceptional customer service.
Recommend it highly.

Mon premier gazebo que j'ai acheté à duré 10 ans. J'en ai acheté un autre, nous l'avons installé la semaine passée. La qualité est de beaucoup inférieur à l'autre. Les toiles et les coutures sont tellement minces. Il ne durera pas longtemps. En plus je croyais acheté d'un manufacturier Québécoise. Quel désappointement quand j'ai vue sur la boîte MADE IN CHINA! J'ai payé 250$ de plus que mon premier et on voit déjà à travers les toiles.

Purchased a Sojag Marsala Gazebo from Costco last month. After assembling this last week it was found that there was a manufacturing defect in the bug screens where a few of the grommets has been mis-formed and were not fully attached. A quick 3 min call and email with a couple photos. Sojag had a replacement screen shipped to my house in 3 days free of charge. Amazing customer service! And so far great quality product. Highly recommended!

Was able to build with the help of my wife over a weekend. Be very careful tightening the Y screws that hold the J, J1 and R pieces in place as I found them to not hold very securely inside the holes in the E and F parts (before the roof panels are installed). Hoping the roof doesn't fall off under the weight of snow. Will update next spring on 1 year performance. It does look great once fully assembled.
My biggest gripe is the poor customer service. I tried calling their customer service phone number and no one answered (after 3 attempts).
Just got a recording recommending I log a ticket online. When I logged a ticket with a video explaining the issue, I didn't get a response for 2 weeks. The response. "For any warranty issues we will need your proof of purchase, model number, letter and quantity of the parts and pictures of the damages. " I haven't responded yet but it's frustrating to not be able to speak to a live person. Fingers crossed this lasts!

Really good customer service, and swift delivery of items. My replacement canopy and curtains were easy to hang/install, and fitted exactly as my previous coverings. I was, however, somewhat disappointed with the quality of the replacement curtains and roof canopy that I ordered. Quality of previous replacement canopy bought from Sojag in 2015 was far superior to the quality of the canopy I received this time. The previous canopy was manufactured using a much more durable and waterproof material, that was considerably ‘heavier’. My recently purchased canopy and curtains were manufactured using a much lighter weight material, very similar to an inexpensive tent material. I do no expect the new replacements to be as durable, and I certainly do not think they will perform as well, or as long, as my previous - only time will tell. My disappointment might have been mitigated, was it not for the fact that the cost to replace the canopy item, was exactly the same price as 5 years ago. Inflation of cost should not deter manufacturers from maintaining quality in their products.

They were a little hard to get hold of, but once I did the ordering and delivery went very smooth. The only complaint I have is the replacement canopy is not the same quality as the original. The original lasted 8-9 years, the replacement, this is my third, only last about 3 years.

Fantastic piece of kit and not difficult to build but it does take time and patience. 3 people for about 5 hours
Bolted it to the patio and have installed power for lights and an infrared heater that clamps to the center pole
Ordered the curtains as well as the Mosquito nets that come as standard and they arrived within 3 days. Fantastic Company to deal with

Responded to a damage claim in a very fast and professional manner. Keep us updated as to what was going on and when the parts were going to be delivered.

Do not ever buy their stuff! If your item is past warranty and you need replacement parts they will charge you 90% of what a brand new one would cost! These Scam artist want to screw the consumer over just so you buy a new one instead! I got a Dakota 8 x 8 from an online auction it didn’t list what pieces were missing but I thought hey shouldn’t be hard to just get a handful of pieces that may be missing and save a few bucks than buying a brand new one Which I could never afford because I am lower class! I just wanted something nice out back so I can smoke meats on my smoker out of the rain!

We purchased the Palm Spring 10x12 awning set from SoJag a year and a half ago. While we like the simplicity of setting it up each spring, we are disappointed by it's performance. Sadly there aren't enough "rain holes" in the roof canvas; therefore when it rains, the roof sags terribly in a couple places. At times it has even bent the metal framing. I think there is a defect in the design of this product. Unfortunately, our warranty is past. So, hopefully our dilemma will prevent others from having to deal with this problem. Will probably purchase another screen room from a different company now.

Service à la clientèle qui ne vaut pas cher. Tu appelles pour un renseignement et le message te dit de leur écrire. J'attends encore une réponse plus de 3 semaines après leur avoir écris. J'ai acheté un de leur gazébo.je crois qu'il est discontinué et qu'ils en vendent encore mais oubliez les panneaux de rideaux, il n'y en n'a plus nul part. Achetez ailleurs!

They delivered after scheduled week and since we weren't home, they left it in our driveway, to add insult to injury, a box is missing on top of that.
Called them all week and, emailed them 4 times but zero response.

Now we have to reschedule our guys to build it but we can't even give them a date since we can't even get in touch with sojag CS for the missing box.
