Service pitoyable, laisse un voicemail et envoyé un email avec toutes les photos pour une réparation et aucun retour d'appel de la succursale de Brossard depuis 10 jours et ce n'est pas ma première mauvaise expérience avec Solaris. En plus, je n'ai eu que des problèmes avec ma porte de patio depuis la construction. Solaris n’était pas mon choix (contracteur) et je vous recommande fortement de ne pas accepter ce fournisseur si vous vous faites bâtir une maison. Prochaine étape, appel au bureau chef, comme la dernière fois, quelle perte de temps.

Worst service any one can hire.
I hired their services for window repairs (it’s their brand by the way) and I have paid 50% of the invoice as per their policy almost three months ago, and till now I haven’t had the service yet. The worker came more than two weeks ago to discover that he had the wrong parts with him, knowing that he was the one who came and made the assessment. He promised to come back with in ten days with the proper spare parts, but after almost three weeks waiting, all I get is not a very nice lady taking my calls and repeatedly shouting in my face “call back tomorrow and leave a voice message”. Do not work with those unprofessional rude people
