SAS ont été à l’écoute et m’ont aidé à faire le choix de mon appareil CPAP il y a plus de dix ans.
J’ai remplacé mon appareil il y a quelques mois et j’ai eu le même service courtois et personnalisé.

Very professional and exceptionally helpful staff. Great and prompt solutions offered which were truly effective! The staff could not be more accommodating and helpful to us. Huge thank you to all staff, especially Linda who was always very helpful and informative!

Aucun suivi sur le rappel de la Dreamstation. Aucun retour d’appelle sur les message laisser.

J’ai du faire affaire avec un autre bannière afin de me faire remplacer ma Dreamstation.

Le problème n’est ps Philips, mais vous… Philips à accepter en moins d’un mois de remplacer ma machine avec la demande qu’un autre fournisseur a fait.

De votre côté, zéro suivi en plus d’un an…. Si vous désirez en discuter, vous avez mes coordonnées dans vos dossier

Amazing service by Ulka Verma and the team at SAS. I have been having issues with my machine that I purchased in Ontario and she has always been so accommodating trying to find me a solution. Thank you for the help!

I have always beens treated very well here. The technicians are very conscientious and thorough. The receptionist is very helpful and knowledgable as well.

I had to get a CPAP because of my issue. I shopped around and ended up buying mine from SAS because I felt I would get better customer service, and the price was very similar to what I was getting elsewhere. Now it's 2 months later and I still need to make adjustments and tweaking, plus an oximetry as per my doctor's prescription. From start to finish, I've had absolutely awesome customer service, above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

My spouse had a so so experience with Sleep Apnea Solutions. The sleep test was fine and showed he stopped breathing several times per hour. What we did not like were the CPAP services or shall I say SALES. We were given a machine and when we asked about other machines, we were told for your apnea, this is the one? No choice whatsoever. Later we found another clinic in the East end of Mtl where we live and we had choice and we were given follow up appointments. No one tried to SELL us a CPAP.

In my opinion the best group in the city. I've been to a few clinics seeking help, even walked in and completely ignored. I'm rating the SAS group as the best in Montreal. They corrected my CPAP machine programming which was incorrectly setup by another organisation and to which I was told was a US machine (not a Canadian). Stephane and Janice provided me with a better mask, and to boot with a visit location suitable to my needs - the customer. I love them, they have multiple locations that they visit. This team is incredible and the attention I was given was exactly how every "customer" should be treated - honestly and with appreciation and service that was beyond expectation. I'm very impressed. Big thank you to Brenda for managing an awesome team.
