Cons
Poor desk, poor management team, everyone is taking care of everything in a bad sense. They don't respect the roles of each other and like to tell everything what to do. The kind of place where their is almost much director than employees. They like take all decisions and to do micro-management. Very toxic environment. Most of their projects/clients are unsatisfied and they quit the project before it end.
Advice to Management
You should take example on the new generation of manager who have real management formation/skills.
