Great value hotel, very chic and welcoming. Had an amazing stay, beautiful view of the mountain during the season of the wonderful leaves changing. The beds are insanely comfy, the rooms are very spacious!

Very good experience, very cozy, pleasant place and the attention of the reception is impeccable, very friendly, with a special treatment towards people, the view is beautiful, you can appreciate the mountain and its beautiful landscape.

Loved the location and service. The only thing missing was an information booklet, and the hot tub. It was my first time at Mont Tremblant, it would have been nice to have a tourist guide with all the restaurants and shops listed with a map and phone numbers. And also, I had chosen this specific hotel for the hot tub (surrounding hotels all had closed theirs for maintenance- who closes a hot tub for maintenance in October? The most perfect time of year). A week out from my stay, they called to say they were closing theirs too with zero compensation. I feel like hot tubs should be maintained in the summer months when it's too hot out to use them!
Still had a very nice stay overall.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre chambre ainsi que l’emplacement. Toutefois, au moment de quitter, je devais passer à la réception me faire rembourser le dépôt de 150$. La dame à la réception me dit que quelqu’un est déjà passé se faire rembourser et faire le check out pour notre chambre. Je suis confuse car je suis avec mon conjoint et ma fille et aucun de nous n’est possiblement passé s’occuper de ça avant, donc ce n’est pas nous qui sommes venus faire le check out et surtout obtenir le remboursement sur notre chambre! Mais la dame est catégorique avec moi, et me traite comme si j'essayais d'obtenir un 2e remboursement. S’en suit donc un moment malaisant où on s’obstine pour dire que c’était pas nous, qu’on n’a pas été remboursé. Jamais elle semble douter d'elle-même, ou croire qu'il peut y avoir eu une erreur, c'est nous qui sommes en train d'essayer d'obtenir un 2e remboursement. Pourtant le superviseur juste à côté se rend compte qu'elle ne regarde pas la bonne chambre dans son ordinateur. Tout est finalement beau. La dame ne s’excusera pas, mais effectuera mon remboursement. Elle ne me regarde plus du reste de la transaction, occupée à regarder son clavier quand je lui pose des questions. Ce n’est rien de grave car tout est rentré dans l’ordre, d’où les 3 étoiles, mais normalement, elle aurait dû soupçonner une erreur de chambre ou une erreur dans le système plutôt que soupçonner une cliente d'être malhonnête tout de suite. C'était juste une mauvaise façon de conclure un séjour jusque-là parfait!

Stayed here over the thanksgiving long weekend for 3 nights. Location is super central in the heart of it all, easy access to all the key points of interest.

Beds were comfy including the sofa bed, toilets were clean, kitchen is an additional bonus!

Pretty nice hotel. Everything is super close by to the village. The rooms were a great size and I loved the mirrors they added. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the things you’d need. The decor in the room is cute and the views were nice.

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. At the pool, there are tons of chairs to relax by without having to worry about not finding room even when the hotel is at capacity. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tremblant.

Nous avons choisis cette hôtel pour une nuit en basse saisons. L'hôtel est en rénovation et nous n'avions pas accès au bain. Nous avons été avertie lors de notre arrivée: nous n'avons pas eu le temps de vous appelez.
Comme nous avions une activité à l'extérieur nous avons seulement débarquer nos bagages et sommes revenus par la suite. Quand on a regardé la vue qu'on avait c'était vraiment décevant. J'ai appelé à la réception pour savoir si on pouvait avoir une autre chambre vue que l'hôtel était plutôt vide et on nous a refusé cela. Le lendemain des travaux à 7h du matin en fasse de notre chambre. On nous charge le prix du stationnement en plus. Ça aurait été quoi de nous l'offrir.bref un hôtel qui ne cherche pas à vous accommoder.

The location at this hotel was literally perfect, we were at walking distance to where every single activity and spots were located.

This hotel is the perfect hotel for kids. Alongside the quintessence, this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Wonderful service and great accommodations. Honestly if I could give them a 6 star I would. Exceeded my expectations, what a joy! The most important is there is so much for the kids, and the distance is very close to everything.

Had an amazing stay with a couple of friends this past week, and this hotel was super great! Totally recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hotel that has a lot to offer. Every suite is equipped with every household item you would expect, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a fireplace, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, gym, game room, etc.

Staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean, and loved the fact we had a an entire kitchen set up along with a washer, dryer, fireplace and tons of amazing amenities. The view from our balcony overlooking the village was very pretty. Looking forward to staying here again, such an amazing hotel for the price. You get what you pay for indeed!

This is without question our #1 resort in Tremblant that we stay at. In summer and winter, nothing beats being the closest to the gondola, mountain and village. Beautiful hotel and facilities, great service was provided too. The rooms and spa are immaculate. We visit them three times a year and are never disappointed. Treat yourself, this hotel has a lot to offer.

Stayed here for the fourth year in a row, and wow, this hotel left a solid impression on me. The service, is great and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and minimal in a good way. Our room had a very stunning view of the pedestrian village.

For the price you pay, it’s very worth it because the other hotels do not offer this many bedrooms, and they are not all in the same room too, for such a great price.

Unlike the previous hotel we stayed at in the village, you do not need to pay for parking each time you decide to exit the hotel premises. The staff is also very friendly and did a great job accommodating us and helping meet our needs throughout our entire stay.

My family and I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. It is perfect for families, as they have tons to offer. Big rooms, game room, kids area, 2 swimming pools, a terrace, a barbecue area + terrace, spacious suites, amazing views. Very accessible to the entire village (walking distance)

This hotel is beyond amazing. From start to finish, everything was great. We have been staying here for many many years and it’s always great to be back. The hotel is at the base of the gondola and right next to all the activities. The rooms mainly overlook the mountain, which is super cool. Highly recommend this hotel for any type of getaway.
