Beautiful place. Perfect for our family and close to everything in Montreal.

Furnishings were like new, clean and spacious. Rooms were immaculate. Beds comfortable and bathroom lovely and clean.

Balcony had amazing views.

We did not use other facilities, but all looked great.

Definitely recommend this place & we'd use it again.

Very wonderful experience at Sonder Maisonneuve! Tidy, cozy, nice kitchen, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great too next to a metro station and tons of restaurants. Walking distance to downtown and many services too.

Their self checkin and checkout in addition to the app they have are very convenient.

I have to say that it was mostly clean but the hidden spots (under furniture) and the rug needed better cleaning. The bedsheets were ripped a tiny bit.

Overall, I will definitely stay at Sonder in other cities in the future.

Really great place for the price! Super well located (above a metro stop and steps away from St Catherine). Rooms were beautiful and super modern.

Appart hôtel absolument génial. Tout équipé avec machine à laver et sèche linge. Literie au top avec un lit big king size! Correspondait tout à fait aux photos du site. Emplacement en plein centre très pratique pour taxi, bus, métro.
Equipe à la réception au top malgré une petite déconvenue à notre arrivée.
Si j'avais 1 seul point négatif à dire c'est le bruit des travaux non loin de là et qui commençaient tous les matins à 7h.mais l'hôtel met
à disposition un appareil pour bruits blancs.

Très bel appartement, propre. Peut être qu'un petit coup de peinture sur les portes serait le bienvenue mais ce n'est pas bien grave! Si l'occasion de présenté je reviendrais sûrement séjourner ici!

Get what you pay for. No frills- no cable tv. Location is decent. I had lower floor- views on higher floor are worth extra price.

Plutôt déçu. Pourtant bien situé mais logement très bruyant et mal insonorisé. Les doubles vitrages ont que peu d effet sur les bruits de la ville.les rideaux laissent passer la lumière la nuit, et que dire des bruits du couloir quand il y a un jour de 2 cm sous la porte d entree!
A ce prix là je pensais avoir une prestation à la hauteur!

A great apartment to use while on a vacation to Montreal, had everything we needed and value for money. The only note to add is that there are a large amount of marks and smudges on the wall, the walls need to be repainted.

Our flight to Montreal got cancelled because of a major nationwide snowstorm. We obviously couldn't go. We booked with sonder for just a couple of days and they decided not to give us a refund even tho we never checked in. Unprecedented situations like this should warrant a refund, even if just partial. Sonder's inflexibility make us less inclined to book with them in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder Maisonneuve. Everything was fairly clean. Room was nice and bright. Contactless check-in and check-out. Fantastic location with many eateries nearby! Conveniently located close to Guy-Concordia subway station.

Gewöhnungsbedürftiges Buchungssystem (Download der App, Abfotografieren des Ausweises und Live-Mugshot).

Das Apartment selbst ist funktional, modern (wenn nicht sogar karg), aber sauber und neu eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt auch Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Auf dem Balkon gibt es leider keine Möbel.

Das Personal am Empfang ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

J’ai réservé un condo pour un week-end de magasinage à Montréal et sonder on annuler ma réservation sous prétexte que nous sommes des locaux et qu’ils ont peur que bous fassions le party…. Et sans aviser par message ou téléphone. Du jamais vue, 5 mamans trAnquille qui voulais profiter d’un week-end sans enfants qui se font Annuler leur fin de semaine… hâte de voir si ils vont rectifier le tir …

Wifi issues. Can’t do simple emails. Talked to Conceirge and told it was our devices. There are 6 people in our room with MacBooks, Windows, iPhones etc and none of our devices are able to use the wifi for simple tasks. Was told nothing can be done and had no follow up from there. Staff don’t care about complaints.

Marilyn with Sonder was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly prompt with her replies. They have a state of the art payment verification system which is simple enough to understand- but when I made an error Marilyn was there to walk me through the process and stayed with me until it was completed. They really take care of their guests.

Dealing with sonder is incredibly painful. You cannot do anything other than via the web or an app and have to deal with tech company style support.its virtually impossible to change or extend bookings, doing anything via support on the app takes forever, and their support consultants are misleading at best. The studio room photos are also misleading, the rooms are far smaller than indicated. Save the hassle and get a hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, a big ZERO for customer service. I booked online using booking.com, I received confirmation for the reservation as well as confirmation of payment. A couple of hours following the reception of those documents, I received an email saying our reservation had been canceled due to the fact that we were planning to host a party in the accommodations. We weren’t planning anything of that nature, we were coming to town for diner and a show. I called customer service three times, each each time I spoke with someone, they put me on hold and the line would cut out shortly after. When I finally was able to actually have a conversation with an associate, she told me that yes the reservation was cancelled because we were planning a party, I told her we weren’t and she ended up making a new reservation for us. They dont take payments over the phone, so she sent me a link where we had to enter our card information. I tried with mine first (the original one used for the first reservation), denied, we tried three other cards, all denied. At this point we were in front of the accommodations and couldn’t get in until the transaction was completed online. We made our way in the building following others, spoke with front desk. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! I provided them with the confirmation number, which they said they had no record of in their system. I gave them the bill they had sent, and my bank statement showing that the payment had gone through. At this point they try and explain that they had refunded the payment because my card was frauded. I told him that we tried with three other credit cards, all denied. He then proceeds to try and explain to us that ALL FOUR of our cards where frauded. REALLY? !? ! I called my bank in front of the manager, to try and understand. The bank saw no unusual activity on the card, said everything was ok. We tried to pay on the spot, they wanted nothing to do with us. Even trying to make a new reservation with the front desk, was denied. They said they were sorry but couldn’t help. I asked them to provided me with a confirmation that they were going to fully refund the transaction. Had to wait in the lobby for an hour until they were able to provided me with confirmation, tell me it’s going to take 7-10 business days before the money was back in my account.
I’m pretty sure they double booked, and just didn’t want to admit it. All in all a very bad experience.

We ended up booking MARRIOT RESIDENCY (AWESOME BY THE WAY, AND GREAT SERVICE) Benoit at the front desk is amazing! Even gave us a room upgrade to make up for the rough start on our weekend!
