These guys are absolute lifesavers. They managed to squeeze me in for a clutch replacement, fluid replacement, an exhaust leak check and a power commander installation.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and overall the pleasure to deal with.

I managed to get my bike back that same week which was incredibly impressive and the work was top notch!

This work was time sensitive as all the parts needed to be installed before a dynojet appointment. They were the only shop that had managed to squeeze me in. I'll definitely be going back there for future maintenance or installations

If I lived in Montreal this would be my one stop mechanic shop, owner is a racer himself.

I recently made a long distance purchase from Toronto so i was hesitant of the quality. I sent the seller to S. O. S and I must say I could not have done it without them. They made sure I am purchasing a safe & sound bike and were always very flexible with appointments.

Everyone here is super nice and professional, they’re truly there for the love of motorcycle and to provide excellent service.

I ordered the 37 point inspection package and they went through the entire bike thoroughly and were transparent with everything they noticed. I actually ended up knocking $400 off the purchase price from the seller because of it.

Got my vfr800 in for a chain and sprocket replacement, oil and fluid change, battery replacement and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to show me the different types of part that would help my bike with the type of driving I do. Had great recommendations and never once I felt pressured into buying these recommendations. The customer service experience is outstanding. I recommend them.

This shop and their leadership is fantastic! Stranded on a Saturday on the side of the highway near Sherbrooke, SOS Moto was the only place that could replace my

As a new rider, I was drawn to this shop based on its ratings. Unfortunately, I was mislead and did not have a positive experience. I brought my classic CB900 here and informed them I'm a new rider and I'd like a full check up/ tune up done to ensure it's safe to ride for the season. The mechanic told me that they will never let a bike leave without it being safe to ride. After getting the bike back, it could barley start but they told me it's all good and I'm safe to ride home. After getting home, my friend informed me that my rear brake light and left indicator light was out. The mechanic didn't even check the lights. I spent almost $600 to get an oil change and replace spark plugs. BEWARE of getting taken advantage of if you're a new rider.

Response to owner: I don't understand why you're blaming me for not buying your battery as why you didn't conduct a basic safety check.

The battery was a new Shorai Lithium battery which was working before hand. I refused the one you tried to sell me because the battery I had was brand new and under warranty. Shorai sent me a replacement battery.

Didn't have to wait to get serviced, just call the same day for an appointment set up a time and that was it. Also invoice was ready and I was charged exactly what I was told over the phone.

Excellent work, excellent rates, excellent people. Very satisfied with the work they've done on my SFV650.

I want to begin by saying these guys are super professional. I came in to see Franklin and Elias 2 weeks ago to get a quote on how much it would cost to put my bike back to OEM quality. I bought a Red 2007 Yamaha R6 that needed some work done in order to get it back to perfect riding conditions. Franklin inspected my bike and gave me a quote and I followed him with all the things I wanted done to my bike. The team at S. O. S took care of my R6 and also installed some levers that I purchased at free of cost and while test riding my bike Elias noticed some bearing was broken and they replaced it for me free of charge. I really want to thank the group at S. O. S for taking care of my bike and putting it back to OEM specifications.

The best, period! Licensed, knowledgable, HONEST! These guys take care of their clients and know the importance to mechanical safety when it comes to two wheels!

If you are in need of a new motorcycle mechanic I would highly recommend S. O. S Moto! Excellent customer service, very good communication, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and the mechanics are extremely qualified! Luwi has worked on my bikes for the past 5 years, reliable and affordable. He takes great care of the bikes and is meticulous. I recommend him over and over. Excellent service!

Took my zx7r to have it mechanically examined by Franklin and to replace the slave cylinder seal and the regulator. He noticed that my rear tire was of the wrong size and gave me his opinion about other issues. Ended up replacing the chain sprockets, and the tires as well. I was very pleased with the results and I am happy to say that I will be a returning customer.

I’d like to thank the whole team at S. O. S Moto for taking care of me and my bike.
Went in with a problem on my bike being the water pump leaking.
They took my bike in, took the assembly a part and then told me exactly what was wrong.
They gave me the option of getting my own parts or them ordering it. (not many places let’s you get your parts after they’ve started working on your bike)
My parts took a while to come in since I ordered from a third party but the team at S. O. S where kind enough to keep my bike with them until my parts arrived!
Even tho I haven’t asked them to do so they went over my whole bike in the mean time to make sure everything was good with the bike since I’ve had an issue previously when I brought it to another shop not far.
A couple weeks later after receiving my parts my bike was ready to go!
But one of the techs noticed that my suspension looked too stiff for me when I sat down on my bike.
They offered me a suspension adjustment to my weight and height.
WOW I never knew I could be this comfortable on a SuperSport!

Overall I recommend this place to everyone that needs any type of repair on there bikes and even suspension adjustments!

Diagnosis and complete engine rebuild on a Yamaha R1 2015 done within a week time! We can have our bike back top notch and ready to roll for the start of the season!
