Went there for a facial waxing two days before a wedding.
Came out with multiple burns around the mouth. Worst experience ever for waxing. Avoid this place.

I went here this morning to thread my eyebrows and I specifically asked her to keep my eyebrows thick and that they both have the same shape. The one that she kept thick is so uneven that I need to pluck it myself when I get home and the other one is VERY thin… When I tried telling her how I felt and how saddened I was, she wouldn’t take any accountability and was very rude. I will never go back here.

Now that I’m home and trying to fix what was done, I’ve realized that the gap between the eyebrows on one side is way overdone I strongly advise to not go here unless you’re sure that you’re seeing the aesthetician that you were satisfied with in the past.

I usually like it here. But this time the lady doing my eyebrow made the gap between the two a lot larger. I asked her if she did something different and she just looked at me In silence.

Really upset about how they look.

I have been going to sourcils au fils ddo, for years and I had always enjoyed my experience… until yesterday. I left with so much disappointment. Not only were my eyebrows thinner than they have ever been but they are now two different shapes. The inconsistency and change over of the staff is annoying.
