Chimi at Carrefour Laval was very good! It was quick, it didn’t hurt and my brows are amazing!

I'm really upset, I asked for the threading and eyebrow tinting, I told the person who assisted me that it was the first time I had requested the tint service, and that I wanted a tone similar to my eyebrows, but obviously I want to see the difference before and after the tint, she put the product on me and told me that she would leave it on my eyebrow for approximately 12 minutes, but the person in charge of the place came and told her to take it off, the tint did not last even 3 minutes on the eyebrow, And since I was in a hurry I left, I got home and there was no trace of the tint, I gave them 20 dollars to do nothing, on top of that the threading is horrible done, the eyebrows have no shape, IN CONCLUSION THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TINT OR THREAD THE EYEBROWS, they did a mess, enjoy the money you did not deserve

I'm disappointed. I asker her to do my whole face (waxing/thread) she ended up just doing the chin and still made me pay for the whole face. And on top of that, she barely removed my hair, I got out of there with the exact same amount. I don't recommend it, it's a waste of money

Went to get my eyebrows threaded and when the technician was done, the line of my eyebrow was not straight. There was a chunk missing in my eyebrow but she tried to convince me it was already there when my eyebrows are really thick naturally and I have never left an eyebrow place before with a whole chunk missing. The manager on site was the worst. She is dismissive and kept saying it wasn’t their fault and that she has other clients to deal with. I know she is the owner’s daughter but that should not giver her the right to not take complaints seriously and be rude to customers. Mistakes happen but she doesn’t seem to really care about customer satisfaction and shows poor managerial skills.

I went to get my eyebrows done and asked for an arch and clean up. It was neither the shape nor the size I wanted. When I told the technician about it she said it was barely visible and to put make-up to make them equal. I am not paying for a service that I need to then fix myself or cover up with make-up. The manager was onsite and when I told her that I understand it's too late for the shape but would at least want them equal she tried to say it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do about it. She was dismissive and kept saying there were other clients. I tried making a complaint on their website and called customer service to make them aware of the situation just to learn that the manager is the owner's daughter and that she deals with complaints. She rudely told me she has other clients and hung up the phone.

This review is for Mandip. Been going to see her for years now. After having a horrible experience elsewhere I came to Sourcilologie to save my brows and she was there and has helped me grow them back in and shape them beautifully. Always the best service and the salon is super clean and relaxing.

I've been coming here for years, and I think it's the best eyebrow place. I used to go to the st Martin's location but now I go to the carrefour location because of Mandeep, she's the best over there, always does my eyebrows the way I want them.
When I first came here she knew exactly what I wanted. I will not go anywhere till she works here, she is the best there is and very nice

I’ve always had my eyebrows threaded by Mandip and she is fantastic! She really analyzes your features and knows exactly what she is doing! My eyebrows have changed dramatically thanks to her! I cannot thank her enough! Staff is also very friendly and the place is always kept incredibly clean.
