Souvlaki Authentique Ile Perrot

Usually we order from there and we appreciate the food, yesterday my husband order food for my birthday and the food was mediocre, the french fries where given in a blub same as the rice, the patatoes were dry and the Gyro brochettes were burnt. My 3 year old told me in his own words yuck mom not eating that.

Very disappointed with the food and will be bringing my business somewhere else. We loved Ile Perrot authentic souvlaki but not anymore.

We paid 60$ and the food was very bad.

Food is still good. I been a regular customer for years now and I order very often, I understand there is high inflation but if the prices have increased/stayed the same the amount of food should also remain the same… not less. For example the last few times I have ordered the chocolate cake there is no more chocolate ganache covering the whole back of the cake slice and the pieces of cake have gotten much much smaller, while the price remains expensive.

I used to order from them constantly. When they just opened. I was a regular. I loved the quality and freshness, pricing trios etc. However over time I've noticed the wait time with food is usually an hour now and the souvlaki pitas that used to have nice fresh tomate, lettuce and ingrédients are now almost lacking or none. I hope the quality improves again

Excellent service! I ordered slouvaki and received it in around 10 minutes. The food was delicious and I would 100% order again!

Toujours été excellent, mais depuis l'automne 2022, beaucoup moins bon, riz et patates grecques beaucoup trop cuites, la service très lent, la porte de la cuisine qui claque très fort au 2-3 minutes, tellement désagréable, par contre, les viandes sont toujours aussi bonnes. Aller au resto se veut normalement une belle expérience et un bon moment relaxe, Souvlaki Antique à échoué cette épreuve, et que dire du brassage de vaisselle sale de façon à faire le plus de bruit possible pour faire déranger les clients. Avant c'était mon resto préféré avec 3/4 visites par mois, mais plus maintenant.

Servis dans la plus pure tradition des souvlakis, nous avons dégusté de bonnes et généreuses assiettes de brochettes au porc et au poulet. Les salades sont fraîches et les frites très bonnes. Simple et efficace: je recommande!

Blows my mind how a GREEK restauraunt can forget the taziki on multiple orders of mine. Smh. Probably the 3rd or4th time now

When I first visited this business in October 2017 based on a FB recommendation, my experience has been consistently positive. Absolutely delicious calamari, souvlaki pita, Greek potatoes, and much more. Friendly staff and a very clean restaurant have maintained that great first impression even at the height of the pandemic. I highly recommend that you try them out if you are in the neighborhood. I wish the owners and staff continued success!

I was on holiday in Quebec visiting family. We ordered take out, good food, over priced, and 1 wrong order. Go figure

One of the only restaurants that didn't jack up the prices during Covid and kept the portions the same.
This place serves a bigger portion than the one in Vaudreuil (both 5/5 places).

Service is amazing throughout all the years! Keep it up!

Very disappointed, chicken was not made fresh as advertised. Very dry and hard. Same for the potatoes. Salad was browning a little. Complete let down.
Worth 1 star but I left 2 because presentation was nice.

We came here with a group of friends after a nice beach day. It was the perfect place to finish the day. Great food. Great beer. Great service.

I went for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with this place. The food was out of this world delicious. They had huge photos of Greece on their walls and played beautiful Greek music, I felt like I was there in the photos. Service was perfect. If you have a chance you got to try this restaurant out. You won't be disappointed. I'm going back!

This is truly a gem hidden in Île-Perrot. I have eaten gyro in pretty much every Greek spot in Montreal and have traveled to Greece and had countless gyros all over the country, I can safely say this is as close to the real thing you can get in Montreal. The gyros are perfectly prepared and every item we ordered was prepared with love and care.

Love the food and love the staff keep up the hard work!

Menu semblable au souvlaki authentique de Vaudreuil, moins l'ambiance. Pas de musique grecque, qui met de la vie. J'ai bien aimé les choix d'olives, de confitures ou d'huiles en pot de verre à l'entrée, pour l'achat! On a pris un pot de confiture à l'orange et du miel. Beau et propre!

Don't order the greek salad

This one had a lot of big tasteless tomato pink chunks with no peppers, no oregano, little cucumber and useless onion shavings with few tasteless olives (for 15.6cad inc tax/tip). Disappointing really.

The service, the fries and the calamari are awesome. Just don't come for the greek salad?

Wow! From the potatoes to the salad, homemade sauce, out of this world Gyro Pita and calamari, everything was delicious! Awesome service. Thank you for everything, 5 stars, can’t wait to come back.

I honestly was impressed by how fresh and good the food was. They are so warm and welcoming. The service was fast and the taste was authentic. It was a great reminisce of my trip to Greece.

UPDATE: I got a call from the restaurant regarding the issue. The gentleman Costa was very apologetic and courteous and professional. They were kind enough to offer me another meal on the house to remedy the bad experience and addressed the issue accordingly. Now thats how you take charge and handle a situation correctly. Thank you very much to Costa and his team for the treat and your genuine care for your clients! Ill be ordering soon again!:)

I order from you almost every 2 weeks. I am so upset and disappointed with this order I can't even fathom it. I ordered from Uber eats a 30 dollar meal from you, I got Rancid souvlaki pork pitas. One bite and I almost threw up (I am not kidding) the meat had a terrible smell to it and wasn't even properly cooked, practically 0 lemon sauce on the potatoes, and molding tomatoes in the salad. I don't know what happened to your restaurant but your standards have dropped by a mile and it seems like you chefs have no care nor attention for the quality of food. I apologize for the frustration but after working 12 hours and getting a meal like this I'm shocked and appalled. I welcome to further discuss this if your restaurant still cares for the clients that it is serving.

Kudos MJ and the team at this location. It was truly amazing to go out to enjoy a nice meal with my fam and recieving such amazing service!

To start our waitress MJ was phenomenal. Being a waiter in the past she definitely hit every point i would expect from a wait staff. From greeting, to dinning to finish every part was amazing.
We went with our 1 year old daughter. This is important to note as this is an area i found lots of wait staff dont pay attention to and treats her like an adult leaving cutlery, glasses and stuff in front of her. Mj recognized this and made every effort to not just place everything in front of her.
Throughout our meal she was super attentive! First time in a long time where i literally did not have to ask for anything excwpt for the bill.
She paid attention to our drinks and was around to top up before i finished, she brought the extra napkins before we needed them which we of course needed and brought extra plates as she sees we ordered a large platter to share. The attention to details to me was super impressive. That alone enhanced our experience as i didnt have to spend half my meal flagging down staff for anything!

Another employee was super helpful with answering questions about the menu as he was just happen to be walking by. We can definitely see he knew this menu and was honest about portions being too much for our fam. Could of easily sold us on the platter but instead gave us his honest opinion so ill try it next time with more people.

As for the food itself was just as fantastic as their staff!

This team truly set the bar on what restaurants experiences should be like.

Authentic sulvaki not that authentic at all. The calamari was dripping in oil, very greasy, we left half. Marinara sauce was a just mixed ketchup. The chicken was burnt and not well cooked. Small portion of feta, blend salad and tomatoes were not ready to eat. Potatoes were dripping in the lemon sauce and tasteless because of the huge size not cut in cubes. Don't sit on the patio you will get invaded by flies. I would not recommend.

Only tzaziki were good.

Was the best restaurant until they sold. Now the food is horrible. We got rotten potatoes, water tasting salad, practically no feta and the chicken tasted horrible. So disappointing as this place was amazing

Great food, the employees were great, and the food preparation was on point as well as served within good time.

Wanted 10 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged and we were not even given a smile from anyone. We were totally ignored, si we walked out.

The last time I ordered here the food was great and huge portions.re ordered here today after 2 years and was so disappointed. Called for a pick up for curb side pick up as I was alone with my two young kids with me and as stated on their website they do curb side pick up.long story short I Left with nothing but disappointment! It Takes over 15 times to actually reach them. Finally reach them n Took over an hour to get a my food for a pick up!? ! I waited over 30 minutes in the parking. Service is just bad. And to top it all off
My Greek salad had one piece of feta cheese…. Lol
I won't set foot in this place again.

UPDATE: owner now gaslighting. I didn't show up at 10: 30. That was someone else. I cane at 10: 52. I was told, dismissively by your cook that you don't open until 11. I came back at 11: 08. Was told cashier hadn't arrived, no one to help you and blankly stares at me.you came out from the back looked at me and walked away. Are you too good to rub your own cash?

Doesn't open when they say they will. Showed up a bit before opening, they said come back at 11. Came back st 11 and they said cashier isn't in. No one there can operate a cash? Service used to be great. Last few times, felt they were taking customers for granted. Last straw. Not going back.

I've ordered here easily 15+ times. I've never had a issue, everything was always perfect. When you look at the portion sizes and everything you get for what you paid, it's a crazy good deal.
Portions great, food is awesome, delivery time is always accurate. Would definitely recommend if your looking for Greek

J en reviens tout simplement pas les assiettes généreuses que l on avait il y a quelques mois ne sont plus presentes c est triste car on a encourager ces gens pendant la pandémie et voici la façon de nous remercier pita avec rien dedans et poulet brûlé et que dire lorsque j ai été me faire rembourser la serveuse a donner la machine a transaction que tout le monde tripotte au chef pour qu il lui montre comment elle fonctionnait et ensuite il a continuer a faire de la bouffe sans se laver les mains ca en dit long sur le reste moi c est fini a tout jamais a vous de décider du reste

Great place for pitas, in my opinion the Leonidas plate is best because the sauce inside makes the meat tenderer.

We dropped by on a whim and had no expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the great souvlaki pitas and friendly, cheerful service. We'll be back for more the next time we're in the area.

We have been supporting this business since opening! We live 5 mins away from this location so it’s easy access for us to pick up or have delivery. The food has always been delicious and we have left great reviews previously. Not sure if the owners have changed recently. But, this past weekend we had the worst customer service we have ever experienced at any restaurant. We placed an order on their online platform at 7: 50pm. Order was confirmed and said it would be delivered in 45 mins. 50 mins came and went and at this point it was 10 mins to closing! So I called over 10 times to make sure everything was ok and the line was constantly busy. I finally got through AFTER 9pm (after closing time) just to have them tell me “oh sorry our system crashed right after your order was confirmed and it just came back up now. We meant to call you and let you know. ” System conveniently came back up after closing.and we were stuck waiting over an hour for food we never were going to get? Had they called and told us we would have made arrangements to place our order over the phone and go pick up instead if that was an option. At this point all other restaurants in ile perrot are closed as well. And all we got was an “I’m sorry” over the phone. So we were stuck having to go pick up McDonald’s at 930pm. I had wrote to them on their Facebook page as well while we couldn’t get through the phone lines when we noticed it had been taking awhile for our food to be delivered but we only got a response at 930pm with another Im sorry our system crashed. I would give 5 stars for the food but the customer service has thrown us off completely.

Just one thing, menu says chicken Pita is $6.50.we ordered several and were charged $7.50 each?

They have the traditional gyro. My friend and I stumbled onto this place by accident. I haven't changed Greek restaurant since. Hubby loved it too. Very grateful I found this gem. So fresh, delicious, good prices. They have this amazing garlic sauce they put over the potatoes. Very clean inside, beautiful enormous pictures of Greece on their walls. Great service.

Overly expensive food for 1 stick of meat per 15$ plate, extra 5.60$ per stick, equivalent of 1/3 of the plate’s price.and no Tzaziki sauce included, extra 1$ for just for sauce. Amir or Boustans doesn’t rip you off like that! And Receptionist not the friendliest. I do not recommend.

Great food and staff. They have large portions which they might think to lessen the portions as sometimes a meal can be enough for two. I highly recommend the greek potatoes, they are delicious. I've had the pita combo and poutine and both have been well worth the money.
