Over priced, old arrogant waiter and boring dated atmosphere.

Très bon resto grecque. Plusieurs fois et toujours très bon. La vinaigrette est succulente!

The best Nescafe Frappé in Montreal! The Octopus dish is also very tasty, as is the Baklava cheesecake!
The New Beef dishes make it a more sensible destination given the location in Ville St laurent, where at least half the population only eat HALAL or Kosher.good call

Amazing food and atmosphere. Ideal for family get togethers, work gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries and even team parties! Service and food always top!

The food was delicious yet not very different from any food court greek restaurany. If very very hungry, it'll do.
I didn't like that they wanted so bad to take away our plates so quickly, we weren't planning to stay 4h or something

This restaurant should deserve more then 5 stars
The reason is this—Today around 2pm
my mother and I was coming into this restaurant for lunch
after leaving my car and just about to step on the sidewalk next to the restaurant
She Fell down
within 2 seconds or less a girl who works as a greeter came running out right after one of the owners or manager came outside to help
they help her up along with the 2 policeman who was driving by
that manager did first aid on her

This restaurant is one of a kind they work for their heart not for the money
there should be more places like this
This place should get an award of excellence

Absolutely delicious plate of chicken gyros, with the best fries! A beautiful evening sitting outside on their cozy terrasse lends to a perfect experience. Great attentive service too. Thank you.

This is one of their multiple locations in Montreal with the most number of reviews and i just happened to come in to dine in.i am giving this place 3 stars just comparing the quality of food, service and atmosphere of the store with my favorite Greek restaurant located in Northvale New Jersey, The Greek Village.
The grilled chicken souvlaki platter was ok, not super tasty in overall, chicken was too mush and salard was not fresh, but the Ouzo lemonade was very good and the bartender was friendlier as to two other employees I encountered when i entered the store were lack of good service. All it takes is a warm smile and greetings but no one in the store seems to know how.

It was shocking how amazing the service is post-covid. We were a big group and the server was great, ambiance was good (except it was quite loud) and the food was delicious. I just ordered the chicken salad but the chicken was extremely tender. The fried calamry and grilled octopus was great. No one was disappointed.

Excellent plats, style grecque. Il y a un côté bar et un côté resto. Assez rapide si vous passez pour un plat pour emporter.

Dined in with a friend last night. Good atmosphere, very clean, food was good with great portions. Would have given 5* if waitress wasn’t so rushed

This place is across from Cote Vertu Shopping Centre. Whenever I'm in this area this is the restaurant I go to. Their souvlaki platter is so delicious and tender every time.

Used to be better.

I used to dine here pre-pandemic and the plates would usually fill me up (1 pita gyro plate).

Recently I visited them and noticed that the pita had more dressing with respect to the chicken, feta cheese was a small cube, potatoes weren't seasoned well.

Lunch service was still quick and friendly staff.

A different twist on the traditional Greek menu. Even though they've been around for years, this was my first time and it definitely won't be the last. I can't wait to try some of the other dishes on their menu. Worth a trip. Bon appétit!

We ordered the calamari and some other plate to share.
We were in shock when we saw the calamari plate coming
The portion is not enough even for one person, and it is way overpriced 20$ compared to the portion.
I feel I have been ripped off, I dont think if I ever go to a Souvlaki bar again, no way I am ordering the Calamari again.

Such amazing food and such HUGE and GENEROUS portions. I recommend to get the full experience to dine in and not do take out. Feels more fun.

Great Greek food here. I have always received fast and efficient service. I also love the decor inside the place, really sets the Mediterranean vibe. Portions are big, so be sure to come hungry or go conservative with your ordering. Be sure to leave room for some baklava, the honey they use is fantastic.

A perfect example of choosing to do less but doing everything you chose to do really well. The food here is classic Montreal Greek food. A tight classic Greek menu where everything on it is fresh and tasty. My favourite is the chicken Souvlaki Bar garden salad. Once a week I order it to go for lunch, bring it back to the office, eat half and put the other half in the refrigerator for the next day's lunch. They separate the chicken from the salad from the dressing, which they give you in two plastic containers. Smart. On the second day it's a brand new salad. I have no idea how they manage to serve such consistently fresh salad. On day two it looks like it did when I picked it up. The salad dressing is amazing. Love the Greek potatoes and the lamb chops. Service is as good as the food. These guys know how to run a restaurant.

Le souvlaki bar de saint laurent etait mieux avant.les portions sont vraiment petite jai commander une assiette gyro poulet j'ai recu des miettes. Je conseillerai celui de laval ils sont pas aussi avare avec leur nourriture.

Services impeccables, notre serveuse a été très agréable et à l'écoute.

Commandes: assiette de tartinades avec pain pitta, poulet entier (pas de cuisses.un peu bizarre), grande salade grec, petite assiette de gyros de porc, café, diet coke (aucun alcool), un seul dessert (cheesecake) car le yaourt grec présent au menu n'était pas disponible.

Après le match, tous les invités à notre table ont été malades. Tous les symptômes d'un food poisonning.

Le lendemain on a pris la peine de prévenir le gérant qui a eu pour seul réponse de nier.

La seule bonne chose c'est que le CH a gagné ce soir là!

Food was great and filling. Nice ambiance. Had the calamari pita plate. It had nice fried calamari in it. Really enjoyed it.

I went there last Friday and the Covid measures are not respected here. Its really dissapointing that after more than a year into the pandemic restaurants can finally reopen inside and they were so careless.

The food was great as per usual but the manager (or owner) a middle aged man had his mask down on his chin the entire two hours I was there walking around. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Also next to us was a birthday party, a family with close to 20 people split into just two tables. I will be going to the Laval location next time.

It was my 1st time and I loved it! Staff was very welcoming! Food was amazing! I will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best of all the Souvlaki Bars. Go for the SVK salad. Replace the house dressing with their lemon sauce. If you are very hungry or sharing get the half chicken or whole chicken.

I trying to find the most appropriate words to describe the Gyros I had here.and I'm struggling. Let's say it is probably the best I ever ate, certainly one of those I'll always remember. Enough said.
Only remark is that the beer (blue moon) was a bit pricey.

Is there were no stars I will have used it … I ordered online to save time for my sick friend and I got there the order wasn’t even entered in their system. I had to wait even more in my notifications said the food was ready at 18: 04 guess what they give me the food at 18: 30 don’t bother with them.im not going back to the one in ville st Laurent again… besides we have so much variety in Montréal good luck ordering food online with them the money are taking but service is lucking

Did a pick up for the first time. I would give them a ZERO if it was possible but alas it's not, you have to put minimum one star. We ordered a half chicken plate: rice uncooked, fries extremely oily and there was 5 spoons of oil floating in the box. One would get a heart attack eating that oil dripping plate. Called the manager and he explained that they put extra seasoned oil on everything, and the explanation he gave for the uncooked rice was "I didn't check the rice today". He didn't offer a solution to our ruined meal and stated that the refund was impossible. How can these owners sleep soundly while the customers arteries are congealing with "seasoned oil" sprayed throughout the food? For those of you who believe that this could be authentic Greek food will be sorely disappointed and ashamed.

The Meat and drinks were fantastic, the potatoes were not my favourite but everything was really enjoyable. Let's not forget. MEAT SHOVEL!

Good Greek restaurant in Ville st Laurent went there for after movies snack and drinks food was good we had the Lukaniko sausages and the grilled octopus which were great. Had some Koolaid and a Mojito Service was good will go back

We noticed the owner or manager speaking with customers AND employees in the most arrogant and rude condescending tone we’ve ever witnessed. This was a major turn off-we paid our bills and left.

Food is soo good but it should be cooked with less oil.they use tons of oil.
Again food is good.
Please keep the washrooms a little cleaner

I came with the whole family last week and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was really good and the staff was very friendly. Plan on coming back very soon.

Super endroit joliment décoré. La nourriture est délicieuse et le service est génial. Le personnel est très gentil et même le propriétaire est sur place et veille à la bonne gestion de son restaurant. Très belle expérience, je recommande!

Le Service #1. Les calmars frit "les meilleurs que j'ai mangé à date" la viande savoureuse.le décor la luminosité du restaurant on un impact important, le bar est impressionnant. Le stationnement spacieux. Bref party de bureau fait là et tout était ça "Coche"

I actually really enjoy this place. Casual dining.nice cocktails. Good place to go if you don't feel like leaving St-Lo to dine out.

Great place, warm atmosphere and friendly courteous staff. My complaint is with the souvlaki - not all that great. Dry and tzatiki not traditional.

Really nothing special. The place is cute and the service is good, but the food is only OK. I tried a meat shovel and a lamb chop. Neither were very interesting. Nobody in my party of eight said that they would go back. There are better Greek places around.

Take this review with the grain of salt my friends told me to go to this place because it was really good place they convinced I went had the saltiest food in my life the worst service ever wait I almost died of thirst because the waitress then bring me water or Coke like I asked didn't even see her so I can fly her down then even see another waiter or waitress to have service they were all gone I don't know where and I mean I waited long not the not 5-10 minutes like more 20 minutes my friends even found it kind of funny that the first day I show up I get the worst service ever but hey it is what it is I give one star because I'm never going back they will never convince me of going back there but they convinced me at first because they liked it and they swore by it

Souvlaki bar is a restaurant that stays faithful to authentic Greek cuisine, which isn't the easiest to find nowadays.
My waiter George Z. Was very friendly and ensured that my friends and I were catered too even if he had other clients to handle. Which I appreciate because restaurant work is never easy!
Will definitely come back again!

Great souvlaki. Always tasty. Good portions.really delicious. The food service is fast, although the drinks are usually really slow to come. Some of them come way too late, so prepare to start eating without anything to drink.

Good food, nice portion size for the price. Clean restaraunt with friendly service. Both times in two weeks, front house staff told me the specials with the price. Bilingual. Would eat here again.

Worst Greek food and slow service.food was stale.overrated chain! Greektown Grill is the real place to go if you want real souvlaki and real service!

Its just ok. Ambience and servers are nice but if you want really good greek food go to Marathon. Souvlaki plate was just average.

Good food. Lacking a bit on the portins of food such as rice and fries etc. Very good customer service.

We were a group of 10 and the food came out promptly and was delicious. The only issue we had was at the end of the night. It took a good 20-30 mins to get our bills. Our waiter had a huge problem remembering who ordered what and had to re do the bills twice because he mixed everything up. Other than that we had a great time.
