If you're looking for one of the best massages you've ever had, book with Diane. She really knows what she's doing and she's also very caring and you can tell that she wants to make sure you feel amazing.

I would have given five stars but as someone mentioned in a previous review, there is a gym next door that plays loud music sometimes and the receptionist doesn't notify you when you're booking so you need to ask and make sure that there is no music that will be coming from the gym next door during your massage if that's something that would bother you.

I had one of the best facials I’ve ever had with Christina. She was excellent and it shows that she loves her job. I’m giving a 3-star review because I waited months to book this appointment and unfortunately there was a gym class at 9: 00am that made it impossible to relax. It was extremely loud and the music being upbeat and intense made the experience much less enjoyable than expected. Friendly advice, be careful what time you make your appointment although I believe it’s the Spa’s responsibility to book facials and massages around the time of the gyms classes to make their client’s experience what it should be.

2 weeks ago I went to get a pedicure. I got there 15 minutes early for my 10am appointment but the staff that attended me took me in 10 minutes late. She appeared new; she was disorganized, got up 4-5x from her seat to get things, did not follow sequence: after applying cream on my left leg, she grabbed more cream to apply on my right leg but only to realize after that my foot was still in water, she asked me to open the nail polish because it was sealed tight because she couldn't open but then got up, went around the corner of the room and I saw her open it with her mouth. This is not my first pedicure experience so I know what to expect and was not happy with this experience. On my way out, I spoke to the front desk asking her to tell the manager to call me but I did not receive a call. I had to call back the following week and when I asked if she heard about my experience, she said no.

I love courage. My hairdresser Tiffany is absolutely fantastic and the receptionist always friendly and ready to offer hot coffee or tea. I would rate it best spa in the west.

Je me suis fait coupé et coiffé les cheveux par Elnaz et j’ai adoré mon expérience. Elnaz est très professionnelle, chaleureuse et efficace. Une vraie artiste! ️️️️️

J'ai été pour un facial et pour la 1re fois dans ce spa, j'ai été déçu. L'esthéticienne m'a pris avec 15 min.de retard et elle a quand même terminée le soin à la même heure. Afin de rattraper le retard, le soin a été fait très vite et je n'ai pas pu me relaxer. Lorsque j'en ai fait part à la réceptionniste, elle m'a répondu que le facial n'avait pas de durée, que l'esthéticienne prenait le temps qu'il fallait pour compléter son soin. Dommage, très décevant!
