J'ai reçu comme cadeau d'anniversaire un massage suédois qui s'est très bien déroulé, j'ai adoré. Seulement je pense que plusieurs améliorations sont à apporter:
1. Ajouter une odeur d'huile essentielle: le client s'attend à être relaxer dès qu'il passe la porte. L'ajout d'odeur incite tout de suite a la relaxation et a la détente. Une odeur d'eucalyptus ou plus chaleureuse permet aussi d'être transporté.
2. Proposer une boisson: étant arrivée une heure plus tôt j'ai pu observer que les employés ne proposent pas de boisson ni de collation. Quelle erreur! Être accueilli par un thé, un café ou une coupe de champagne est un must, surtout au prix du massage. Avant et après le massage, le client doit se sentir pouponné. La raison à ça est que ce type de spa est réservé à une certaine clientèle ou il s'agit de cadeau donc quoi de mieux que de se détendre en profondeur?
3. Choix des huiles de massage: donner le choix entre 3 huiles essentielles de massage ajouté un côté haut de gamme surtout qu'il aimerait sentir bon après le massage.

Finalement ce type de spa n'est pas seulement une prestation mais une EXPERIENCE, ce qui en fait toute sa particularité.

Fabuleux. Je suis passée par hasard, et ils avaient une place pour un massage. Endroit très luxueux, vous avez une chambre style hôtel pour vous déshabiller et stocker vos choses. Puis vous patienter dans un jardin zen le temps que la masseuse vienne vous chercher. Shella a été super. J’ai beaucoup aimé mes huiles qu’elle m’a proposé. Je reviendrai

La personne qui a masser mon invitée a fait preuve d'un manque sérieux d'hygiène. Elle a imposer a mon invitée avant le massage de porter un élastique à cheveux qu'elle a demander de reprendre a la fin du massage. Sérieusement, vous réutilisez les élastiques d'un client à l'autre? Vraiment dégoutant!

De plus, mon invitée a demandé au moins 5 fois à sa massothérapeute de réduire la pression trop forte alors qu'elle a pris le temps de préciser d'aller doucement à la masothérapeuthe avant le massage.

Pour terminer, mon porte-feuille est resté coincé dans le coffre-fort et j'ai demandé qu'on le retire du coffre après mon massage.

Toutefois, lorsque je suis rentrée dans ma cabine a la fin du massage, le porte-feuille était sur le comptoir et je n'avais pas été présente lors de son retrait du coffre tel que demandé. Quelqu'un est rentré dans ma cabine sans ma présence ce qui est irrespectueux.

*À noter que le directeur du spa m'a contactée 2 mois plus tard pour me dire qu'il n'avait pas de problème à émettre le remboursement à condition que j'efface cet avis. Une fois l'offre acceptée, il change d'idée dans la même heure et me dit qu'il ne veux plus me rembourser.

Avertissement, afin d'éviter de vous faire traiter de personne sans considération et valeurs par le directeur, si vous souhaitez prendre ou annuler votre rendez-vous prévoyez appeler 2 ou 3 fois pour être certaine que la réceptionniste vous a bien compris. Certains employés ne parlent pas le français alors pas étonnant que la prise et l'annulation des rendez-vous soit compliquée.

Si cet avis est toujours en ligne, c'est que le directeur n'a pas la satisfaction de sa clientèle en priorité comme il le prétend.

En bon Québecois les babines suivent pas les bottines.

Emilie who does facials and Zoe for massages. Very beautiful Spa with calming surroundings. Great front desk customer service. I will admit that at one time their services were poor and definitely not worth the cost. But I am happy to see that they are getting back to giving great professional services once again. But with that being said, there definitely needs to be some diversity sensitivity training given to some of their staff members. Some can come across a bit racist, especially some staff who do manicures and pedicures.except for Oxana (she is wonderful).

But you need to properly train your receptionist when writing info on gift certificates. Young girls with very poor grammar skills.

Great urban spa where you can unwind, get pampered and feel like the VIP that you are, in Montreal's downtown core. Love the personalised cabins, waiting area, plush robes and slippers. Also, the trail mix, graced with white chocolate and the chocolate covered strawberries are an additional treat! I have frequented this spa for many years and it will continue to be my top choice.

I usually never write reviews but this was outrageous.worst customer experience ever.we booked a couples massage for me and my girlfriends 1 year anniversary’s neither of us has ever gotten a massage before so we were super excited to book one together! We booked 2-3 weeks in advanced which in my opinion is more than enough time to book a massage PROPERLY.i get a call from spa diva telling me that we can no longer me in the same room since the woman who took the reservation messed up.i was truly confused when i got the call since i was at work and the girl i was speaking to had an accent and was very hard to understand so i was just saying ok to whatever she said (my mistake). Now fast forward to the day of the massage, we walk up to spa diva. Both my partner and i were shouted at to go see melina instead of the two other girls at the front desk. (This is a spa, why are the front desk workers being loud and shouting at CUSTOMERS) Melina was VERY quick to be sassy with us and truly made us uncomfortable. She had a huge attitude as well as her friend with brown hair.i completely understand mistakes happening but at the end of the day my partner and i wanted a couples massages and didn’t get what we want, melina was very sarcastic saying we could have rescheduled? On my one year anniversary? Talk about horrible customer service. I work in restoration, i know what it is to make mistakes, but at the end of the day your job is to make the customer happy, which i was not. Shout out to marie-claude the masseuse she did a phenomenal job! Melina on the other hand VERY homophobic.

So I booked a couples massage for December 17,2022 which my partner and I booked on December 2,2022. After almost 3 days before our appointment we received a call saying that we were no longer able to be in the same room. It was our first times getting a massage and we were very excited about it and it’s our 1 year anniversary. However, we asked the Melina if we were able to book it another day and we were told no because we would be charged for it. What I personally don’t understand is when we first booked the appointments on December 2, why weren’t we made aware of us not being able to be in the same room because surely if that was the case my partner and I wouldn’t have booked on that exact day. If a company or a corporation tells us one thing and then decides to tell us very close to our appointment date that it’s no longer available it shouldn’t be acceptable due to the fact that I myself work in customer service when Information is provided whether right or wrong it should be honored. When we arrived to our appointment we were greeted with extreme passive aggressiveness and horrible remarks exchanged between coworkers. One I can specifically remember is a girl who had eye lash extensions and a somewhat hooked nose who was giving us extremely dirty looks and being very dismissive towards us. What my partner and I experienced with Melina and the other coworker was very unacceptable, unwelcoming and dreadful behavior. I hate to bring this to the table but it made me feel very uncomfortable and not unaccepted in a place that should be judge-free. Due to this experience I don’t think I will every return to SPADIVA. This place is judge mental, homophobic and unwelcoming. They should have better people at the reception. And I unfortunately will never return again.

I discovered this gem downtown when I was looking to experience a prenatal massage last year. I saw Mickey twice and absolutely loved it. Heated beds and tables able to adjust for pregnant bodies. I also was able to gift a prenatal massage again with Mickey for a dear friend.

Recently, I had a deep tissue massage with Michelle, who also has a reflexology background, and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this oasis and would also recommend enjoying time in the spa rest area before and after your sessions.

You must try the stone massage, very cozy, you have a private room with a shower.

Visiting from NY and did a Reiki massage. It was exceptional! The spa is super clean, nice and very peaceful.

I bought the 1/2 day spa package here and loved it! The staff were all super friendly, the place was clean/tidy/and relaxing and the prices are very reasonable!

Just three stars as a first experience. I plan another visit to give it a second try.
First the positives: the warm welcome, they attended to me quickly and efficiently, the stylish private room with shower and quality products, the perfect lounge where I fell into a reparative sleep following my massage, the soothing and modern decor from ceiling to walls.

Now for the less positives: I had a deep tissue massage. Though I am resilient and knowledgeable of the requirements, I still expect guidance from the massage therapist. No guidance on breathing as is done elsewhere, no inquiring if her actions caused pain. I did my own breathing bc it’s not my first deep tissue but expected more implication from her part. As well, she did not intervene on my arms. I would have appreciated more communication. She did say she will not do my legs by lack of time. All she had to do is add “nor the arms” to manage my expectation.
Also, at times, she went beyond deep tissue techniques, she’d pinch my skin, at least that was the feeling. Not pleasant at all. As a result, the next day I felt bruised especially on my posterior as if I had fallen hard.
At the end, she asked me to put my robe, not the usual “take the time to re-emerge, I’ll be outside. ” I was still on my back after 2 or 3 minutes and she knocks on the door. I would have appreciated that alone time. Instead I felt rushed.
Lastly I asked the lounge reception if there was a sauna or hammam or something to which I was told there wasn’t. Only to see on your site that you have a steam room. I would have enjoyed that service for certain.
Again, this does not dismiss the overall pleasant customer experience.

I made a reservation online and the Spa left a message to confirm my appointment but the person on the phone spoke too fast I couldn't identify the number to return my call.

Spa Diva used to have an individual check-in room for guests. I kind of miss that service. I like that they offer flavoured water (chlorophyll, fruits infused…) in the waiting room.

I booked a pedicure and I was the only customer at that time. The treatment is done on a reclined chair with massage functions. In the past, I had a pedicure done at another spa where the staff was a bit rough while doing the nail shaping and cuticle trimming, which ended up being painful. Here, Lindsay was careful and I felt fine.

It was my first time at this spa and it was the best massage experience I’ve had! The staff was very friendly and professional and my massage therapist was very open and educational. I would recommend everyone I know to come here!

I was really looking forward to my facial, but was left quite disappointed. The facialist used her bare hands during the facial and used tissue for the extractions. It also lasted 40 minutes instead of the complete 60 minutes indicated on the website.

Went in for a haute couture pedicure. The place was super clean, peaceful and very zen. The staff very friendly. The pedicure itself was very good. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have liked a better selection of nail polish colours.

I went with my daughter last week to Spa Diva it’s actually one of our favorite spas. We were both extremely happy with our massages. I had Marie France she was amazing. I always wish you could just relax in the room after the message for 10-15 min to just close your eyes and take a brief nap. I think it would make the experience be even better.
The private changing cabins are great and clean. I gave it a 4 because in the past they would offer strawberries or pastries in lounge room along with teas and coffee. This time they only had the mixte nuts. Also they should really fix that center fountain it looks sad and unkept.

It is always a treat coming to Spa Diva! I’ve had several different therapists over the years, and all have been phenomenal. The amenities are what add to the luxury of this experience. Private locker rooms with a shower, fluffy slippers to keep, and robe rental are included.

J'adore ce spa, vraiment relaxant, on a sa salle de bain personnelle pour se preparer, avec peignoir serviettes etc.les boissons et snacks sont offerts en attendant le massage ou bien aprés.les masseuses sont aussi tres bonnes.

I got a special gift for my wife on Mother’s Day a facial and body wrap massage. My wife loved the treatments she said it was the best. However, why it lost 1 star was because when she came in it was like “go there” and then after her treatment they said “here is something for you but we are closing” so she felt rushed and no one wants to feel rushed when you make an appointment and want to relax. Otherwise a great place

This spa is wonderful! Having a private cabin to shower and get ready in was great for after the massage. The lounge is serene, and staff is very lovely… highly recommend this spa!

Omg this place was amazing, the customer service, the atmosphere everything about it was top notch. If i ever make it back to Montreal I will go again.

J’ai choisi la microdermabrasion avec Lydia et ce fut merveilleux. J’y retournerais si ce n’était pas du reste.

Le salon en a perdu et ça fait un peu cheap en arrivant (vide) et le staff d’accueil ou derrière le comptoir est pas nécessairement le plus compétent.

Je n’ai pas aimé me faire mettre en attente 25 minutes un mardi en plein jour pour finalement parler avec une adolescente qui n’a aucune idée comment déplacer mon rendez-vous en me menaçant de me charger le dit rendez-vous si je ne me présentait pas.

C’était tellement ridicule.

J’ai donc décidé d’annulé et d’adopter le Spa St-James au Ritz. Le service c’est quelque chose qu’ils ne compromettent pas.

Great service and staff. I really liked the private and very clean cabin for taking showers and changing clothes. The lounge was also quite relaxing. The only thing I think it can be improved is the time to time street noise since the location is in downtown.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage from Zoe. She went beyond and above my expectations and was excellent.

My mom has been a client of SpaDiva for years. She had a nail appointment today but woke up very unwell and can’t even get out of bed. I asked for the appointment to be rescheduled, but they said they can’t do this and that they will charge the full amount of the service on my card. I know they get a lot of walk-ins on Monday because of the 10% discount on their services so they can easily fill her place. Zero flexibility.

Will start off with most positive things.
It was really cool like mini hotel room kinda and fancy with chocolate strawberries. A friend recommended this spa! The staff was beyond nice!
*Problem was, it was worst massage in my entire life. Infact I had pain lot during the massage and somewhat was bit embarrass to admit it. I did not like swedish massage at all. I also didnt feel that relaxed and ive had massages before.its shame cause beside the massage I enioyed everything else including shower etc. Maybe it was just person who gave me the massage. But I really did not enjoy it. Again everyone was so nice, but techniques used on my back every single one she used wasnt that pleasant. Unfournately, I will not be coming back to this spa.

I went there with my daugther to relax we got the hot stones massages they were great. Then I had a facial treatment. The lady who gave the the facial never spoke to me i have no idea what she put in my face and why? Was a ok facial nothing great and the person giving me the facial her cell phone rang during the treatment. The person at reception was fairly rude! And very expensive!

Love that every client gets a private cabin to change in with their own shower and safe. Massage therapist was extremely friendly and comforting yet professional. The spa rooms are perfectly equipped and the ambience is ideal.

J'ai été me faire une manucure shellac et une pédicure sans vernis et je suis sortie de la avec un bill de 167$! Pas de prothèse sur une couche de vernis. Un service des plus basics que j'aurais pu faire chez moi. Il me manque du vernis sur presque chaque doigts et la forme est pas uniforme sur tous les doigts. Pour les pieds le service était relativement bien. Les filles ont été super gentilles mais franchement pour le prix. Plus jamais!

Excellent service. I lived my nail technician Rosanna. Best time to go is Mon and Tue when there are not many people and more relaxing space. I'm definitely going to look at other services and try them out.

I booked a massage for two and they were amazing. Customer service 10/10. I liked that we each had a private changing cabin. It was super clean. I recommend Spa Diva if you looking for a spot with a 10/10 customer service and an amazing spa experience.

My first time at Spa Diva and I loved it! I've been to a few different spas and I've never had my own private changing room with a shower, which was a nice added touch! I had a hot stone massage by Michelle, which was an amazing experience and then ended with chocolate covered strawberries relaxing in their beautiful lounge area! What more could you ask for!

Spa Diva is my favourite! Aromatherapy is the best. Everyone in the staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. I felt at home and I loved my experience. I am coming back very soon (mostly next week!). I would highly recommend to come and spend a full day of relaxation and self-care!

I always have great service at Spa Diva! They called me twice before to confirm my appointment and also warned about existing traffic which may cause delays in arrival and Covid precautions. I was very satisfied with both the treatments: detox facial and deep tissue body massage (there too I was warned the deep tissue technique is not like a Swedish massage but harder, it’s really intense so I appreciated the explanation, I knew what to expect and it was just what I needed!) Just wished they had smaller sized robes given my petite size but that is but removing a star for. I highly recommend Spa Diva! Thank you!

I've been to this spa a number of times. Still the best atmosphere and overall experience in Downtown Montreal.

Very nice staff, good variety of treatments. I have done microdermabrasion, and have had different massages and I was always pleased.

I went to Spa Dive with my friend recently. It was both of our first experiences going for a massage so we were excited but kinda nervous. We both had an amazing time! The place was beautiful, the masseuse made me feel very at ease right away and the whole experience was fantastic! I felt soooo relaxed afterwards. I will definitely return there in the next few months.

The private change rooms are a touch of luxury. The main waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages is lovely and much appreciated. This is my second visit and I'll be returning for sure!

The Spa Diva employees are professional, pleasant and accommodating.

After a relaxing Swedish massage, I continued my relaxation in their gorgeously renovated lounge (since my last visit) and was served white cranberry juice, trail mix & chocolate covered strawberries by a pleasant staff member who wished me a "Happy Birthday".

If you want to treat yourself to well deserved pampering, Spa Diva is definitely the place to go, without hesitation.

We spend a very nice time in the hands of professional. The relaxation space is amazing with some strawberries and hot beverage. I will definitely go back to try the massages!

Spa Diva has always been my to go place for a lot of their services. Their waxing service with Larissa in specific is simply amazing. I have tried a lot of places and Larissa has been the best out of them all in cleanliness, professionalism, techniques and lastly quality! I would definitely recommend people to try this place!

Je trouve vraiment regrettable d'avoir eu mon soin par une esthéticienne qui sache à peine quelques mots de français. A Montréal, les services doivent être dans les deux langues et pas uniquement en anglais donc vraiment déçue. Ce fut ma première expérience donc en choisissant le soin via le site internet, n'ayant aucune connaissance sur le personnel, j'ai mentionné peu importe pour l'employé mais je ne me doutait pas que ce serait uniquement en anglais car non mentionné lors de la prise du rendez-vous. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Someone tried to use my credit card for a bunch of online purchases the day after I gave the receptionist my card info over the phone to reserve my massage. I don’t use my credit card otherwise so there is no where else someone could have frauded my card. Check your staff! They don’t serve wine anymore either.that sucked.

Always on point with their appointment confirmations, the place is beautiful and calm, the staff has been there for a long time and is very knowledgeable and professional. They also use great quality products, and I love their location, at Cours Mont-Royal. They are a top-quality spa and salon, worth the extra $$.

The moment you step through that door, Spa Diva starts engaging your 5 senses and you begin to unwind. They have private rooms for changing, showering, personal storage to a lounge area where you can enjoy healthy beverages with chocolate covered strawberries in front of their meditation pool. Their massage options are varied and their masseuses are respectful and professional. The rooms have dimmers, massage tables with heating options, aromatherapy and soft music. It’s a wonderfully immersive experience that you definitely won’t regret. My favorite place to unwind for an hour or longer.

I love this spa and have been going there for almost 10 years! Their waiting area alone is bar none.you can either sit or lie down listening to the calming water flowing while you wait for your esthetician to come get you and you can go back once you’re done and need a few calming min before heading back out. I absolutely adore my esthetician Emily C. She is kind, patient and I always leave there feeling like a million bucks! I’m disabled and they’ve all gotten used to me and I to them and I’ll forever be grateful to have found such a welcoming spa that offers a long list of services; whether it be waxing, facials, manis/pedis or massages, you’ll be happy you chose Spa Diva!

This is the classic spa experience. The facility is large but it comes at a service cost. You're not treated as luxuriously as some other spas, however, your experience is just as good if not better in terms of skill and the environment is much more relaxing.

I agree with nancy B.i have heard the same thing many times about the new management.he definitely puts on a show infront of clients to make the management look better than it actually is.otherwise the actual employees and services are amazing.pricing is reasonable as well

Un RDV mensuel avec ma meilleure amie. C’est plus dispendieux que la norme et ça sent bon, les gens sont professionnels et compétents et on prend soin de nous. Merci beaucoup pour nos beaux ongles, les meilleures pédicures et manucures et en plus, organiques, rien de moins. Toujours prêtes pour nos voyages ou sorties culturelles.

Provides good services with good employees, but I know a previous employee who hated the management. Apparently the supervisor is extremely rude and sarcastic.puts on a show infront of customers but has no empathy for his workers. Cares more about the appaearance of the spa to the public then his own employees.

Went for a massage - the lady marie (could be wrong I was really stressed out and didn't fully remember her name but it was along those lines) WAS FANTASTIC I'd recommend her anyday. Go to her and her magic hands will fix you! The only reason for the 4 stars is that the music kept glitching - stopping - playing - stopping -playing while also switching sounds alot. Honestly this took me out of my comfort and I kept finding myself wishing the music would just stay one relaxing song or at least be able to switch between song properly

Had a pedicure and manicure with my wife on my birthday this week. Edi was very attentive, meticulous and exceeded my expectations. Just a note to the management, i hope the renovations will be done soon in the lounge area. It looks messy and takes away from the experience. The attention to detail is important in a place like this. Still five stars thanks for Edi.:)

Horrible experience. Person was extremely rough, filled my skin, and did not remove the older shellac properly. Hugging and puffing the whole time, polish showed through. This was supposed to be for my wedding it’s absolutely unacceptable. Will not be back.

I brought my best friend here to get a pedicure prior to her wedding, and she received horrible service. The lady was very rough and hurt her, did not properly remove her shellac and argued with her about it. She then applied the shellac over the not properly removed shellac and you could still see the old shellac through it. Unacceptable for a place that charges as much as they do.

The personal shower and change rooms were a nice touch. Waiting room was quiet and peaceful but felt a little awkward as there was no music playing or aromas and mostly just me and the reception lady in silence. Only issue was the masseuse who seemed a little judgemental towards me for getting a massage. Probably I wasn’t her usual clientele age.

As a part of the spa industry, I hear terrible things from this organization. The girls coming from different countries that work here are being ABUSED financially. Spa Diva offers them 10$/hour which is highly illegal, and because these girls don't know the labour laws, they get away with it. On top of it, they get robbed of their tips. I heard this from several different past and present employees. Get your act together Spa Diva, you've been opened for so long, abusing of immigrants should not be part of your practices.

Great services but no longer allowing a tip to be added to the bill. Make sure to bring cash for tipping.

I love this place! The experience is amazing, the staff it's great and very knowledgeable. WhetherW I go I feel like I'm having a mini vacation:)

This place is so beautiful and well managed. I considered our couples massage to be very affordable considering how luxurious the whole experience was.

Very pleasing and pretty place. Soothing and evryone was very nice and welcoming. I had a good talk with the woman who did my facial.
